筋膜内子宫全切除术与传统子宫全切除术式对比分析

目的：探讨筋膜内子宫全切除术的可行性、临床效果和安全性．方法：回顾性分析2005年1月至2007年10月．我院行筋膜内子宫全切重建阴道顶改良手术50例（改良组）及同期行传统的子宫全切术（对照组）的临床资料,比较手术效果和术后恢复情况．结果：平均手术时间、术中平均出血量,改良组（77±41）min、（142±26）ml和对照组（107±49）min、（230±38）ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．患者术后排气时间、术后发病率、平均住院时间,改良组（46±4）h、1096、（7．8±0．6）d,对照组（48±6）h、10．896、（7．4±0．2）d两组比较,差异无统计学意义．结论：筋膜内子宫全切除术比传统子宫全切除术的手术效果好,创伤小,术后并发症少,是一种值得推广、应用的术式．

半乳糖亚急性致衰老模型的研究

以６～８周龄雄性ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠为实验对象，研究半乳糖亚急性致衰老动物模型，并观察其对免疫功能的影响，皮下注射半乳糖１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ，４０ｄ后发现，致衰组与对照组相比，脑ＭＡＯ－Ｂ活性升高５７．９％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；肝ＳＯＤ活性下降１７．２％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；心肌脂褐素含量增高４８．３％（Ｐ＜０．０１），而且各项指标均与老年组（１７月龄）非常接近（Ｐ＞０．０５）．致衰组与对照组相比，对巨噬细胞吞噬功能，迟发型过敏反应，溶血素的产生，免疫器官的重量均无显著影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）．表明这种亚急性致衰老模型可以用作筛选抗衰老药物和食品的生化指标的研究，而不能作为研究免疫功能的亚急性致衰老模型。     

钌(Ⅲ)-KIO_4(或KBrO_3)-3,5-Br_2-PADAP体系催化光度法测定微量钌

首次报道了硫酸介质中微量钌（Ⅲ）对ＫＩＯ４（或ＫＢｒＯ３）氧化２－［（３，５－二溴－２－吡啶）－偶氮－５－二乙氨基苯酚（３，５－Ｂｒ２－ＰＡＤＡＰ）褪色具有显著的催化作用，并以此反应为指示反应建立了测定微量钌的催化光度法．在Ｒｕ（Ⅲ）－ＫＩＯ４－３，５－Ｂｒ２－ＰＡＤＡＰ体系中，钌（Ⅲ）含量在０．０８０～０．３００μｇ／１０．０ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律；在Ｒｕ（Ⅲ）－ＫＢｒＯ３－３，５－Ｂｒ２－ＰＡＤＡＰ体系中，钌（Ⅲ）含量在０．０５０～０．３０μｇ／１０．０ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律．这两种方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简单等特点并已用于实际样品中微量钌的测定，结果令人满意．     

云芝糖肽对裸鼠荷人肝癌的抑制作用

比较了云芝糖肽（Ｐｏｌｙｓａｃｃｈａｒｉｄｅ—ｐｒｐｔｉｄｅｏｆＣｏｒｉｏｌｕｓｖｅｒｓｉｃｏｌｏｒ，ＰＳＰ）单方和云芝糖肽复方（ＰＳＰ＋丹参＋川芎＋黄芪）对荷人肝癌ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ裸鼠的治疗作用，并观察了裸鼠体内脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的变化．试验结果表明，ＰＳＰ单方和复方按０．５～１．０ｇ／ｋｇ（体重）．ｄ连续用药２８天，对裸鼠荷人肝癌有明显的抑制作用，抑瘤率为５２％～５８％，增加药物剂量并不增强其抑瘤效果。裸鼠红细胞内５ＯＤ活性与对照组相比明显增强（单方：Ｐ＜０．０５；复方：Ｐ＜０．０１）．裸鼠血浆内ＬＰＯ含量有所下降，而以ＰＳＰ复方组对裸鼠血浆中过氧化反应的减弱更为显著。提示ＰＳＰ单方和复方的抑瘤效应可能与提高宿主的抗氧化能力有关。     

改良经腹全子宫切除术52例临床分析

目的：评价改良全子宫切除术的临床效果。方法：采用子宫切除术后阴道残端悬吊及不缝合盆腔及腹壁腹膜的改良方法（悬吊组）52例与传统方法（对照组）50例进行比较。结果：悬吊组与对照组相比，手术时间短，术后疼痛轻，术后病率低（P〈0．001）。结论：改良的全子宫切除术有较好的临床效果，值得推广应用。     

改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术与开腹子宫次切术的对比性分析

探讨改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术与开腹子宫次切术的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门恢复排气时间、术后病率、术后住院日、恢复工作时间;对行腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术130例患者为研究组（腔镜组）,取同期临床特点相似的开腹子宫次切术90例为对照组（开腹组）;两种手术效果比较腔镜组的平均手术时间较开腹组长,平均出血量亦较开腹少,但两组对比无明显差异。腔镜组肠道恢复时间、术后平均住院日,术后恢复工作时间均较开腹明显缩短,术后病率明显低于开腹组。     

渗透胁迫下小麦的膜损伤与ABA增高的关系

以渗透势为－０．６７ＭＰａ的ＰＥＧ根际处理小麦幼苗，在２４ｈ胁迫期间，叶片相对含水量（ＲＷＣ）和叶绿素含量下降，质膜透性于１８ｈ迅速升高，丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量在１２ｈ后急剧增加，超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性下降，过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）活性升高；而ＡＢＡ含量在胁迫处理下的３ｈ和１５ｈ出现两个高峰．表明渗透胁迫下ＡＢＡ的积累在膜损伤之前．

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
