自李四光教授创立山字型构造以来,淮阳山字型构造的研究受到人们的重视,但涉及淮阳山字型形成过程方面的论述尚少。安徽省和县至庐江一带是该山字型前弧东冀的东北邯分,笔者近二、三年中为研究该地区构造对煤田形成及分布的控制作用,曾参加过地面地质调查工作,从获得的地质资料分析,淮阳山字型前弧东冀有长期的、复杂的形成过程并可以分出成型前期、成型期及改造期。印支旋回及其以前的时期乃是区域上华夏系构造发育时期,燕山早期重接复合为山字型前弧东冀,燕山中晚期及其后它受到进一步的加强与改造,但前孤东冀构造仍然醒目。  相似文献

山字型构造乃是弧形构造的一种特殊类型,二者均系“盖层”滑动的产物。在华南地区,除了李四光同志所指的具有砥柱的山字型及弧形构造外,还存在有受“格状”断裂控制和断块活动而造成的类型以及混合类型,其分布甚至更加普遍。本文拟从其分布、特点、力学机制及模拟实验等方面加以探讨。  相似文献

针对复杂断块群的特点,提出了断块模式的概念,并把现河庄油田划分为放射状、墙角状、平行弧状和入字型4种断块模式。探讨了各种断块模式的油气富集规律。研究结果表明,不同断块模式的控油特点不同,即使是同一断块模式,在不同的部位,油气分布也不一致。其中,放射状构造的垒块、平行弧状构造的弧形断层内侧、入字型构造的锐角区是油气高产富集区。并进一步提出生油条件、储集条件、构造条件、构造应力场条件和断层封闭性条件是控制不同断块模式内油气分布的主要因素。  相似文献

山字型构造是相当复杂的一类扭动构造型式,有其特定的边界条件、组成要素和力学机制。但是,它们大多为南北向或东西向挤压和扭动作用导致地壳表层不均衡滑移的产物,实质上可视为纬向构造带或经向构造带的变种。山字型构造不仅控矿作用十分显著,且能借以较准确地推导区域应力场,进而追索地壳运动的方式和方向。因此,探讨和确定这种应变图象具有重要的理论与实践意义。随着南海北部与邻域地质和地球物理新资料的不断积累,逐步证实该区确有可能存在一个横跨海陆的巨大山字型构造体系。虽然,它已酝酿和拟议约十多年,但人们对其存在与否仍有认识分歧。为此,本文拟着重阐述“华南陆缘系”存在的有关论据。  相似文献

Two novel subunits of the mouse NMDA receptor channel, the epsilon 2 and epsilon 3 subunits, have been identified by cloning and expression of complementary DNAs. The heteromeric epsilon 1/zeta 1, epsilon 2/zeta 1 and epsilon 3/zeta 1 NMDA receptor channels exhibit distinct functional properties in affinities for agonists and sensitivities to competitive antagonists and Mg2+ block. In contrast to the wide distribution of the epsilon 1 and zeta 1 subunit messenger RNAs in the brain, the epsilon 2 subunit mRNA is expressed only in the forebrain and the epsilon 3 subunit mRNA is found predominantly in the cerebellum. The epsilon 1/zeta 1 and epsilon 2/zeta 1 channels expressed in Xenopus oocytes, but not the epsilon 3/zeta 1 channel, are activated by treatment with 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate. These findings suggest that the molecular diversity of the epsilon subunit family underlies the functional heterogeneity of the NMDA receptor channel.  相似文献

The high-affinity IgE receptor (Fc epsilon RI), which is expressed on the surface of mast cells and basophils, has a central role in immediate allergic responses. In the rat basophilic leukaemia cell line RBL-2H3, which is a model system for the analysis of Fc epsilon RI-mediated signal transduction, surface engagement of Fc epsilon RI induces histamine release and the tyrosine phosphorylation of several distinct proteins. Although the alpha, beta, and gamma subunits of Fc epsilon RI lack intrinsic tyrosine protein kinase (TPK) activity, a kinase that copurifies with Fc epsilon RI phosphorylates the beta and gamma subunits of the receptor on tyrosine residues. We report here that in RBL-2H3 cells, p56lyn and pp60c-src are activated after Fc epsilon RI crosslinking, and p56lyn coimmunoprecipitates with Fc epsilon RI. In the mouse mast-cell line PT-18, another cell type used to study FC epsilon RI-mediated signalling, tyrosine phosphorylation of proteins is also an immediate consequence of receptor crosslinking. Notably, the only detectable src protein-related TPK in PT-18 cells is p62c-yes, and it is this TPK that is activated on Fc epsilon RI engagement and coimmunoprecipitates with the receptor. Therefore, it seems that different src protein-related TPKs can associate with the same receptor and become activated after receptor engagement.  相似文献

Immunoglobulin E comprises the main immunoglobulin class associated with allergy. Its multifarious activities are mediated by two types of Fc receptors found on different cell populations, Fc epsilon R1 on mast cells and basophils, and Fc epsilon R2 on inflammatory cells (monocytes, eosinophils and platelets) and B lymphocytes. Recombinant epsilon-chain fragments synthesized in Escherichia coli have provided the means of mapping the receptor-binding sites on human IgE, and blocking IgE-receptor interactions. We have previously shown that the Fc epsilon R1 binding site is contained within a sequence (Gln 301-Arg 376) spanning the C epsilon 2 and C epsilon 3 domains. Here we show that Fc epsilon R2 can recognize a motif in the C epsilon 3 domain that is formed on dimerization of one or both of the flanking (C epsilon 2 and C epsilon 4) domains. Glycosylation of IgE is not required for the activity of either receptor.  相似文献

Antibodies of the immunoglobulin E isotype sensitize mast cells and basophils for antigen-induced mediator release by binding through the Fc portion to a high-affinity receptor (Fc epsilon R1, Ka = 10(9)M-1) on the cell surface causing the clinical manifestations of type I hypersensitivity. As the amino acid sequence of the human epsilon chain is now known, attempts have been made to map the Fc epsilon R1 binding site on IgE to a fragment smaller than Fc epsilon using proteolytic cleavage products, none of which proved to be active. Cleavage between the C epsilon 2 and C epsilon 3 domains released two inactive fragments, suggesting that the junction between these segments could be important in receptor binding. This region is protected against protease digestion in the rat IgE complex with the receptor of rat basophilic leukaemia cells. Here we report the mapping of the mast cell receptor binding site on human IgE to a sequence of 76 amino acids at the C epsilon 2/C epsilon 3 junction. Recombinant peptides containing this sequence inhibit passive sensitization of skin mast cells in vivo and sensitize mast cells to degranulation by anti-IgE in vitro almost as efficiently as a myeloma IgE. Fragments containing the separate domains are inactive. Additional sequences are required for rapid assembly of fragments into disulphide-linked dimers, suggesting that a single chain can form the active site. In a three-dimensional model of the human Fc epsilon, the two identical segments are far apart. Each folds to generate a cleft between the C epsilon 2 and C epsilon 3 domains on the surface of the Fc epsilon. The docking of IgE on to mast cells could take place within this cleft.  相似文献

Ligand-gated ion channels, a major class of cell-surface proteins, have a pseudosymmetric structure with five highly homologous subunits arranged around a central ion pore. The correct assembly of each channel, whose subunit composition varies with cell type and stage of development, requires specific recognition between the subunits. Assembly of the pentameric form of the acetylcholine receptor from adult muscle (AChR; alpha 2 beta epsilon delta) proceeds by a stepwise pathway starting with the formation of the heterodimers, alpha epsilon and alpha delta. The heterodimers than associate with the beta subunit and with each other to form the complete receptor. We have now determined which parts of the subunits mediate the interactions during assembly of the adult form of the receptor from mouse muscle by using a chimaeric subunit in which the N-terminal and C-terminal extracellular domains are derived from the epsilon subunit with the remainder from the beta subunit. The epsilon and beta subunits were chosen because the epsilon subunit forms a heterodimer with the alpha subunit in the pathway for assembly of the receptor, whereas the beta subunit does not. The epsilon beta chimera can substitute for the epsilon but not the beta subunit in the oligomeric receptor, indicating that the alpha subunit specifically recognizes an extracellular domain of the epsilon subunit.  相似文献

Cosmid clones containing the human gamma, epsilon and alpha heavy chain constant region genes and an epsilon pseudogene have been isolated. All these genes have a switch sequence detectable by hybridization. We have studied overlapping cosmids covering two separate regions of the genome, and the gene order in each of these regions was found to be gamma-gamma-epsilon-alpha. This implies an evolutionary duplication in this multigene family involving gamma, epsilon and alpha genes.  相似文献

The Huai’an gneiss terrane mainly consists of TTG gneisses and dioritic gneisses. Laser in situ U-Pb dating of magmatic zircon cores indicates that protolith of these gneisses was formed at ~2.5 Ga. The TTG gneisses have positive εNd(t) values of 2.7 to 4.3, and most of the magmatic zircons have positive εHf(t) values of 2.0 to 8.3. These positive εNd(t) and εHf(t) values are both similar to those of the contemporaneous depleted mantle at 2.5 Ga. Moreover, the young Hf model ages of 2.44 to 2.73 Ga for the magmatic zircons are close to the timing of the zircons growth. The whole-rock εNd(t) values are lower in the dioritic gneisses (0.8 to 1.7) than in the TTG gneisses due to the involvement of ancient crust in its source. However, many magmatic zircons from the dioritic gneisses have similar εHf(t) values (2.0 to 7.9) to that of the coeval depleted mantle; their Hf model ages of 2.49 to 2.75 Ga are close to the U-Pb ages of zircons. The highest εHf(t) values are close to the value of the depleted mantle, and the relatively high εHf(t) values corresponds to the relatively young Hf model age. These Nd and Hf isotope features suggest that these two types of gneisses of the Huai’an gneiss terrane originated from the juvenile crust at ca. 2.5 Ga.  相似文献
