本文设计了一种4 M-pixel/s 4通道X射线CCD读出电路.为加快读出速度,采用相同的4个通道并行处理CCD信号,每通道由2个3阶3位增量型ΣΔ模数转换器(I-ΣΔADC)交替采样CCD信号进行量化.在调制器结构中引入环路延时迁移(SLD)缓解紧张的时序.设计实例采用0.35μm 2P4M CMOS工艺实现,芯片工作在3.3V电源电压和64MHz时钟频率下,设计获得前端电路折算到输入的等效积分噪声为13.53μV,积分非线性为0.009 6%,功耗为1.35W.  相似文献

采用流水线结构完成了一个10位精度150MHz采样率的模数转换器的设计.通过采用动态比较器降低电路的功耗.在采样保持电路中使用一种新颖的自举开关,可减小失真,使得电路在输入信号频率很高时仍具有很好的动态性能.芯片采用台积电(TSMC)0.25μm CMOS工艺,其有效面积为2.8mm2.测试结果表明,最大积分非线性误差和微分非线性误差分别为1.15LSB和0.75LSB;在150MHz采样率下,对80MHz信号转换的无杂散动态范围为52.4dB;功耗为97mW.  相似文献

针对当前物联网技术对功耗的严格要求,设计了一种基于分段电容的低功耗SAR ADC电路.电路通过使用分离电容阵列来降低整个CDAC所需要的单位电容数和ADC的功耗.同时采用了分离电容校正技术来降低整体CDAC的非线性和失调校正技术来降低比较器电路的失调.在0.18,mm CMOS工艺下完成了一款10-bit 10-Msample/s的电路原型设计及相应的版图设计和验证工作,带有PAD的芯片整体面积为1,2mm.芯片后仿真结果表明:该转换器在校正情况下,4.89,MHz输入信号频率下信号噪声谐波比(SFDR)为61.43,dB,比不校正提高了54%,;有效位数达到9.90,bit,比不校正提高了3.7,bit;在1.8,V电源电压下功耗仅为255.61,mW.  相似文献

本文以一个14位,转换速率250 MSPS的模数转换器(ADC)为信号终端,提出了一种提高高速ADC时钟电路稳定性的解决方案.方案使用AD9517-1作为时钟分配芯片,为芯片设计了一款中心频率250 MHz,相位噪声-98.7d Bc/Hz的三阶环路滤波器.信号输出性噪比(SNR)70.12 d B,时钟抖动282 fs rms,带宽496 fs rms.通过分析时钟信号的过冲和反射现象,对输出信号进行了基于低温共烧陶瓷工艺(LTCC)的微带线复数阻抗匹配和仿真.  相似文献

本前置放大器带宽可达到35MHz,具有良好的直流和交流特性.电路包括输入阻抗匹配、无源衰减网络、有源放大等环节。本设计采用OPA2354芯片来实现阻抗匹配。输入阻抗匹配单元有50Ω和1MΩ两种数值可选:无源衰减网络单元可以在输入阻抗不变的前提下实现对信号1倍或10倍衰减:有源放大单元采用一片0PA656芯片来实现对信号的2倍放大。采用一片0PA656芯片实现对信号的5倍放大,电路输出电阻近似为0。  相似文献

为了克服传统逐次逼近型模数转换器(SAR ADC)精度低和能量效率低的问题,通过采用新型开关切换策略来提高SAR ADC的能量效率,采用冗余电容阵列和数字纠错技术来提高SAR ADC的精度。电路采用SMIC110nm CMOS工艺实现,并结合Cadence模拟开发套件进行后仿验证。结果表明,在工作电压为1.2 V,采样速率为1 MS/s时,输入0.301 MHz的正弦波,SAR ADC的有效位数(ENOB)达到了13.25 bits,信号噪声失真比(SNDR)为81.55 dB,功耗为181μW;所设计的SAR ADC电路的精度和功耗得到了有效改善。  相似文献

针对可穿戴血氧芯片因运动干扰而使准确度受限的问题,提出一种基于加速度传感器的自适应抗运动干扰算法并进行了电路设计.根据三轴加速度信号判断运动幅度,当运动较微弱时,采用自适应滤波(AF)算法消除运动干扰,提取特征参数,计算血氧饱和度;当运动较强烈时,采用改进型离散饱和度变换(IDST)算法,比较不同离散饱和度下参考信号与加速度信号的相关性,相关系数最大时的离散饱和度即为血氧饱和度.所设计的芯片采用SMIC 180 nm工艺实现,算法电路的测量误差在2%以内,整个抗运动干扰模块的电路面积为0.31 mm2,最高时钟频率可达到56.4 MHz,满足可穿戴应用的需求.  相似文献

针对混合信号电路的测试问题,提出了一种内建自测试(BIST)结构,分析并给出了如何利用该结构来计算片上高速模数转换器(ADC)的静态参数.该方法利用三角波信号作为测试激励,采用码密度直方图分析方法快速计算ADC的各静态参数.根据改进测试算法所构造的BIST结构实现了芯片内只有ADC电路的可测性设计,而不需要用到片内集成DSP.内嵌的信号发生器能自动生成高频连续三角波测试信号,适合高速ADC的测试.该BIST结构硬件开销小,易于片上集成,仿真试验表明了该结构的有效性.  相似文献

为了在电源管理芯片中完成高精度、低功耗的模数转换,提出了1种自给时钟的增量型Sigma-Delta模数转换器(ADC).该ADC由2阶Sigma-Delta调制器结构组成,使用基于过零检测的开关电容积分器代替了基于运算放大器的开关电容积分器,又通过2阶积分器电路的相互触发产生自给时钟,从而无需外部提供时序信号.该ADC使用0.5μm CMOS工艺,在运行500个周期时可以获得的信号噪声失真比(SNDR)为90.06 d B,有效精度为14.66位,转换时间小于330μs,在5 V供电下功耗为0.317 m W.在保持Sigma-Delta ADC较高精度的同时,通过采用基于零点检测的电路减少了所需的外围电路,从而节省了面积.  相似文献

文章设计了一款Flash-SAR混合型模数转换器(analog-to-digital converter,ADC),结合了快闪型(flash)ADC与逐次逼近型(successive approximation register,SAR)ADC的优点,具有高速、高精度和低功耗的特点;提出了一种带冗余位数字校准算法,该算法在SAR ADC中添加1 bit冗余位,当第1级Flash ADC带来的误差小于一定的失调电压限度,第2级SAR ADC中的数字校正电路能够将误差校准回来,最终得到正确的数字输出。该ADC采用"3+10"的2级流水线结构,在SMIC 0.18μm互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor,CMOS)混合信号工艺下进行仿真,当电源电压为1.8 V,采样频率为100 MHz,输入信号接近Nyquist频率时,通过数字校准,ADC有效位(effective number of bits,ENOB)为10.990,信噪比为67.973 dB,无杂散波动态范围为95.381 dB,仿真结果证明了该算法能够有效提升ADC系统...  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
