城市火灾风险及防范措施研究

城市是一个国家经济、政治、文化的展现地,对经济发展和社会进步发挥着巨大的作用.随着城市化的发展,城市设施规模不断扩大,一旦发生火灾,不仅会对国家财产、人民安全造成极大损害,也会危及社会的稳定.本文以城市现代化为背景主要从城市火灾发生的因素及特点出发,提出了适合我国城市特别是中小城市重大火灾风险和防火能力的战略防范.     

提升泰城城市化水平若干问题的思考

提升城市化是解决我国目前经济发展中存在的主要矛盾,实现现代化的战略选择.本文对泰城城市化的动力机制、城市建设和发展方向等方面进行了分析,提出了提升泰城城市化水平的对策.     

江西省城市体系的结构特征与优化研究

在对江西省城市体系的规模等级、城市职能和空间结构的特征进行研究的基础上,提出了进一步优化江西省城市体系的对策:（1）提高城市化水平,完善城市等级规模结构;（2）突出自身优势,构建合理、高效的职能结构体系;（3）调整空间结构,着力培育赣中北城市集聚区.     

浙江城市化的合理规模与效率分析

根据城市化合理规模理论 ,判断一个区域城市化的规模是否合理 ,既要从静态考察 ,也要从动态考察 ;既要考察单个城市的合理规模 ,更要考察城市体系的合理规模。经济效益是判断一个区域城市化规模是否合理的基本出发点。基于上述观点 ,根据浙江省的统计资料 ,对浙江省不同等级城市的经济效益进行实证分析后得出的结论是 ,浙江省的城市化进程既要循序渐进 ,讲求科学规划 ,合理布局 ,走大、中、小城市合理分布、协调发展的道路 ,同时也要充分重视中等城市在区域城市化中的重要作用 ,把追求区域整体经济效益最大化作为城市化的目标。     

经营城市理念及方法的初步探索

经营城市概念的提出是我国城市化快速发展的必然结果.在市场经济经济下,树立正确的经营城市理念,用经营企业的办法建设城市,是加快提升城市化水平,扩大城市规模,提高城市品位,增强城市聚集和辐射能力的必然选择.     

完善城市规模体系的思考

对中国城市化的发展问题现存在着诸多争议。为此，在借鉴国外城市化模式经验基础上，得出适合中国国情的城市化发展模式，即重点打造都市圈，积极发展中小城市，大力发展小城镇，形成以大都市圈为龙头、中小城市为纽带、小城镇为基础的规模等级合理的城市规模体系。     

城市产业规模分布的等级标度分析

企业是城市组织的重要成分之一,是城市产业发展的具体表现形式.城市企业大小的测度分布服从位序—规模法则,可以采用Zipf定律描述.从理论上可以证明,凡是服从Zipf定律的系统,都可以开展等级标度分析.等级标度分析包括两个方面:一是等级标度律的统计分析,二是等级标度指数的数值分析.以河南平顶山卫东区的纳税百强企业为例,说明如何对企业规模分布划分等级结构,以及如何开展等级标度分析.通过标度分析解释产业结构特征,可为城市产业发展和规划提供参考.     

城市化进程中的生态环境问题及生态城市建设

依据生态城市理论对我国城市化特点、城市建设中的主要生态问题、生态城市建设进行了分析,研究表明:我国城市化水平与生态环境问题均表现出阶段性特点,全国大部分城市几乎出现了类似的生态环境问题;生态城市建设重补偿,缺乏前瞻性.基于上述结果,以石家庄市为例,提出生态城市建设的战略对策.     

武汉城市圈城市体系等级规模结构研究

通过对2002~2007年武汉城市圈城市体系等级规模的首位比、首位度以及位序-规模现状与变化趋势研究,分析了武汉城市圈城市体系的等级规模的结构特点.提出未来武汉城市圈城市体系发展的相应建议.     

芜湖“十二五”期间城市化发展初论

随着芜湖经济社会发展和工业化步伐加快,推进城市化进程历史性地摆在我们面前。本研究以新型城市化视角出发,就芜湖城市化规模、产业发展特点、人口内源性转移和外源性增加、城市空间布局调整以及城市基础设施建设、城市管理和社会保障、城市文化建设等,对＂十二·五＂期间芜湖城市化发展进行研究,提出芜湖市今后一段时期城市化发展战略,使芜湖成为区域中心城市,提升芜湖集聚力、辐射力,推动芜湖区域城乡一体化发展。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
