采用粘度法测得了PPTA/尼龙-101分子复合体系在硫酸溶液中的粘度数据,作出了ηsp-c、「η」-Xp及α-Xp的关系曲线,显示ηsp-c与「η」-Xp关系曲线都呈直线,α-Xp的关系曲线中,α〉0,表明PPTA和尼龙-1010在复合体系中是相容的,且在PPTA含量为10%左右,α值最大,表明其相容性最好。并从分子链结构方面对组间相容性进行了探讨。  相似文献

测定了合成的不同成份的FeO-CaO-MgO系炉渣的粘度,得知:在炉渣中,当mFe/mso2为1.2~1.5,ωMgO为6%~9%,ωFe3O4为3%~4%,ωCaO为0~9%,温度范围为1250~1450℃时,炉渣粘度随ωFe/ωSiO2和ωCaO的升高而降低,随着ωMgO的升高而增大;在1350℃以上时,上述变化关系则不明显.对于闪速炼镍所采用的FeO-SiO2-CaO-MgO系炉渣,在一般的冶炼操作温度(1300~1350℃)下,当渣中ωMgO高达6%~8%时,仍可获得流动性能良好的渣;当ωMgO在9%以上时,则渣的粘度迅速上升以致不适合于冶炼.同时,在炉渣总量不变的情况下,在一定的范围内通过减少SiO2的加入量和补加CaO含量可使炉渣粘度得到改善.  相似文献

本文研究了在Zn-0.1%Ni合金锭液中形成的渣的成分、相结构、形成机制以及影响成渣的两个因素.结果表明,这种渣是由单斜晶系的Fe(Ni)-Zn13ζ合金相和纯Zn的η基体相组成的混合物,其形成机制与纯Zn镀液中渣的形成机制基本相同,即工件及钢质锌锅与镀液反应形成二元系(Fe-Zn)相(ζ相),部分剥落进入镀液中,并且其中的Fe原子被Ni原子部分取代之后形成三元系的Fe-Ni-Zn合金渣.结果还表明,向Zn-Ni合金镀液中加入少于0.2%Al及低温镀锌均有利于减少渣的形成.  相似文献

良好的耐磨性能与韧性通常很难兼之,采用高合金风生产成本较高,W2钢则两种特性兼优,且合金成份成本较低,采用合理的化学成分,冶炼工艺,锻造方法和热处理条件,得到了洛氏硬度60.2,冲击韧性σk115J/cm^2的W2钢,其合金元素总量(W+Mo V Cr)为M2高速工具钢的40%左右,洛氏硬度和耐磨性能达到M2水平,冲击韧性σk则比M2高1.5倍,W2钢性能亦优于日本新研制开发的ES钢,其吨钢生产成本约为M2钢的35%-40%左右。  相似文献

介绍了用直流电热法从攀钢高炉钛渣中冶炼钛硅合金的工艺。研究了电硅热法冶炼钛硅合金时渣中TiO2的还原贫化规律和直流电对钛硅合金冶炼的作用,用直流电硅热法可生产含Ti20%左右的钛硅合金,钛回收率小于60%.开发了直流电硅铝热法生产钛硅合金工艺,采用直流电硅铝热法可生产含Ti>30%、Si<35%的钛硅合金,钛回收率大于80%,铁硅合金可部分取代钛铁用于炼钢,还原残渣可用于制水泥。  相似文献

通过对硫酸渣的物质组成和矿物特性的研究,提出了一种联合工艺处理硫酸渣,可获得合格的炼铁原料.试验结果表明,硫酸渣铁含量51.56%,含硫1.36%的情况下,采用酸浸洗、磁选、水力旋流器分级工艺流程,可获得轶含量60.66%,含硫0.2%左右的铁精矿,金属回收率为43.6%.  相似文献

丙烯酸系共聚物具有广泛的用途,采用反相乳液聚合的方法对其进行了合成规律的研究。在以Span-Tween类或Span-OP类为乳化剂,脂肪烃为油相介质,在用氧化还原引发剂的条件下,研究了聚合反应温度、反应时间、水相pH值、单体浓度、油水比、共聚单体配比、交联剂用量对聚合反应及产物性能的影响,得到了质量分数w为2%水溶液的粘度η达20PaS以上的增稠产物。  相似文献

以高氟化钙渣 ANF-6 和无氟化钙渣 A_1 为例,研究了它们比电导、导热系数、粘度对电渣重熔过程电耗的影响。研究表明:在1500~1900℃时 ANF-6 渣比电导比 A_1 渣高3~10倍;A_1 渣的电效率比 ANF-6 渣提高 10.2%;A_1 渣的总热阻值比 ANF-6 渣大1倍,可减少热损失,提高热效率;在 1600℃下 ANF-6 渣粘度值比 A_1 渣小 10倍左右,渣粘度大传热慢,可提高热效率。可见,低比电导、低导热系数、高粘度渣有利于提高电效率,降低电耗。  相似文献

对湘钢高AlO3高炉渣的粘度进行了测试。通过改变二元碱度R和MgO的含量,探讨在高Al2O3情况下高炉渣的最优配比。实验表明,在高Al2O3下,保持高MgO,较低碱度是可行的。实验中,R=0.95,WMgO=12%的炉渣流动性最好。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
