提出了一种320×256红外焦平面阵列读出电路的原理及电路设计,采用直接注入的单元电路,在给定的单元面积内可以获得较大的积分电容。相关的320×256阵列读出电路已经在0.5μm双层多晶三层铝N阱CMOS工艺线上实现,整体芯片的面积为9.0 mm×11.2 mm。实测结果表明芯片在常温和低温77 K时都工作正常,工作频率大于5 MHz,整电路的功耗为48 mW左右,动态范围是75 dB,噪声电压为0.5 mV。  相似文献

对单端电容跨阻抗放大器读出电路的非线性进行了理论研究,详细分析了积分电路、采样保持电路、行选电路对非线性的影响。在此基础上,为提高读出电路的线性度,提出在积分电路中引入增益自举结构以及行选电路中采用转移电荷电路替代传统源跟随电路的方法。具体电路采用CSMC DPTM 0.5μm工艺实现,在输入积分光电流为2.0nA~26.5nA的范围内,读出电路的非线性度仅为0.05%。  相似文献

为了满足辐射探测器的读出密度要求,完成了低噪声CM O S专用集成电荷灵敏前置放大器的设计和测试。采用0.6μm CM O S工艺,电路面积为260μm×210μm,功耗为15.9mW,比传统的电荷灵敏前放的电路密度至少提高了3个数量级。测量得到的噪声结果为:在成形时间为1μs时,零电容噪声为1 377.1 e,电容噪声斜率为43.7 e/pF。噪声的实测结果和理论分析比较吻合,间接测量了使用工艺NM O S的1/f噪声系数,为低噪声设计提供了参考依据。  相似文献

设计一种32通道X射线探测器读出电路, 将探测到的微弱电信号进行放大并转换成电压信号读出。该电路中每个通道包含一个电荷灵敏放大器、一个相关双采样电路和一个采样保持电路。 为提高成像质量, 对读出电路进行低噪声设计, 其中前级的噪声贡献尤为明显, 因此重点对噪声源进行理论分析并采取相应的降噪措施。仿真得到输出积分噪声为69.7 μV。  相似文献

为了解决像素碲锌镉探测器的高密度和低噪声读出问题,设计了一款8通道的低噪声前端读出芯片。每个通道由两级电荷灵敏前放、4阶半Gauss成形电路和输出驱动放大器组成。芯片采用了0.35μm CMOS工艺完成了流片测试,单通道的电荷增益为65~260mV/fC,成形时间调节范围为1~4μs,测得的最好等效噪声电荷为200e。连接碲锌镉探测器后测得241 Am和57 Co全能峰的能量分辨率分别为9.6%和5.9%。初步测试结果表明:芯片的各项功能都正常,噪声的实测结果与仿真结果比较吻合,但探测器的漏电流以及输入端寄生电容使得其电子学噪声显著增加。  相似文献

介绍了320×288红外(IR)读出电路(ROIC)中列读出级的低功耗设计。采用新型的主从两级放大的列读出结构和输出总线分割技术相结合。其中主放大器完成电荷到电压的转换,从放大器完成对输出总线的驱动来满足一定的读出速度,总线分割是把320列分组来减少输出总线上的负载电容。通过spice的仿真可以发现,与传统的列读出级相比,这种新型结构的功耗由原来的47mW降到了现在的6.74mW,节省了80%以上的功耗。  相似文献

用TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工艺设计了一种应用于5 GHz锁相环型频率合成器中的电荷泵电路.该电路运用单位增益运放电路和自偏置共源共栅电流源电路实现了充放电流的高度匹配.充分利用单位增益运放电路减小电荷泵输出端的电荷共享现象,使电荷泵电路结构较简单并减小了功耗.Spectre后仿真表明,在电源1.8 V、输出电压0.5-1.3 V,充放电流失配率小于0.8%,电流绝对值偏移率小于0.6%,最大功耗8.53 mW.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
