报道斯达油脂酵母U9018以蔗糖为基质产生的胞外多糖的一些理化性质,胞外多糖由D-甘露糖、D-半乳糖和D-葡萄糖醛酸组成,三种单糖的含量比值为1:1:1,单糖为吡喃型糖,该多糖在低浓度时有较高的粘度,且粘度随浓度或加热温度的提高而增大,20℃下0.5%浓度的多糖溶液可形成凝胶,1.5%浓度的多糖深液形成的凝胶强可达21.65g/cm^2,凝胶无色透明,U9018多糖对黄原胶有显差的增粘作用。  相似文献

通过美拉德反应和蛋白加热凝胶化获得了微凝胶,并将灵芝酸载入其中.首先通过美拉德干热反应制备卵白蛋白-灵芝多糖复合物,然后在pH=4.5和85 ℃的条件下加热复合物溶液30 min得到了微凝胶,其平均粒径约100 nm并呈单分散性分布.在酸性条件下由于卵白蛋白和灵芝酸之间存在较强的疏水作用,微凝胶中灵芝酸的包封率高于90%,同时灵芝多糖有利于防止蛋白分子之间的宏观聚集.原子力显微镜表明,微凝胶粒子基本呈球形.微凝胶在4 ℃下具有良好的贮存稳定性.  相似文献

采用食用菌为原料,采用微波辅助热水解提取法提取出复合多糖,并用凝胶树脂对提取液中复合多糖进行纯化.对复合多糖与锌离子配合反应及产物进行初步的探讨研究.确定最佳的反应条件为反应温度为60℃、反应时间为60 min、p H值为9.0,在此条件下,锌离子∶多糖配合比为1∶1(物质的量比).采用红外光谱对产物进行了表征.  相似文献

研究了魔芋葡甘露聚糖、卡拉胶、黄原胶等三种多糖之间的复配作用, 同时探讨了温度、时间、浓度、电解质各因素对凝胶性能的影响.结果表明: 多种多糖通过分子间力产生交互作用, 对多糖的凝胶性能(如凝胶强度、凝胶弹性)等具有良好的增效性.当魔芋葡甘露聚糖、卡拉胶、黄原胶三者共混质量比为1:0.4:0.2 (即 5.6%:2.2%:1.1%), 多糖总质量分数为9%, 温度为90℃、凝胶时间为10小时, K 浓度为1.0%时, 凝胶强度可达到最佳.  相似文献

为了改善泊洛沙姆温敏水凝胶的性能,用5种不同化学结构的多糖及多糖衍生物与泊洛沙姆制备温敏水凝胶,研究这些多糖的化学结构对水凝胶性能的影响。结果表明多糖及多糖衍生物与泊洛沙姆在接近体温(34~37℃)时形成水凝胶,有利于实现可注射使用的目的。两亲性多糖衍生物/泊洛沙姆温敏水凝胶的稳定性更高,体现出更强的剪切变稀性质,缓释疏水性药物—强的松的时间更长,这些性质可能与两亲性海藻酸钠衍生物和两亲性壳聚糖衍生物与泊洛沙姆之间存在疏水相互作用力有关。5种温敏水凝胶体均表现出促进成骨细胞增殖生长的性能,在骨关节组织具有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

紫芝茵丝体多糖含有多个多糖组分,其分子量分布范围很宽,用不同乙醇浓度先分级沉淀多糖,再用Sephaclex G-100葡萄糖凝胶柱分离纯化不同分子量的多糖组分.结果表明:50%乙醇浓度沉淀多糖含有单一多糖组分,60%乙醇浓度沉淀多糖主要含有三个多糖组分,70%乙醇浓度沉淀多糖主要含有二个多糖组分,85%乙醇浓度沉淀多糖含有一个多糖组分.  相似文献

以柘树(Cudrania tricuspidata (Carr.) Bur.)的根为材料,经热水抽提、木瓜蛋白酶-Sevag法除蛋白、乙醇沉淀和凝胶柱层析分离纯化,得到1种水溶性的柘树根多糖(CTP)并研究了其单糖组成. 采用紫外光谱和红外光谱法对柘树根多糖进行了定性分析,结果表明,柘树根多糖具有多糖特征性的紫外和红外吸收峰,不含糖醛酸;高效凝胶渗透色谱法测定结果表明,柘树根多糖的峰值分子量为18881;采用气相色谱法测定柘树根多糖中单糖的种类和构成比例,结果表明,柘树根多糖主要由葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、木糖等4种单糖组成,并计算出4种单糖的摩尔组成比例.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
