企业业务流程管理中,流程的预期定义模型往往与实施后的实际业务流程存在差异,差异的大小会影响流程模型有效性以及企业的运行效益。在利用统一建模语言和多色集合理论对业务流程建模基础上,提出一种针对业务流程间微观差异的形式化描述方法;并由此从业务流程的组织结构角度出发,提出基于熵理论的差异度计算评估方法,为进一步分析流程模型有效性及判定流程实施水平提供依据,是熵理论的在业务流程管理领域的理论扩展。  相似文献

从组织学习和知识创造的视角,主要讨论企业采取知识流程外包的策略选择问题.针对于知识流程外包中所存在的两种学习模式,即知识吸收效应和干中学效应,从知识的创造过程出发,凭借成本–收益的经济分析框架对企业知识流程内部运营和外包决策进行理论建模和比较分析.结论发现:在知识流程外包中,基于企业协同合作的知识吸收效应加强了干中学效应,因此在其他条件不变的情况下,企业应该选择知识流程外包来获得所叠加的两种效应.其次,为了加强知识流程外包的绩效,企业重点是加强自身对知识吸收的能力建设.最后,为了提高两种学习效应的效果,企业应该从长期动态的角度去考虑外包决策,而非基于短期的优劣予以判断.  相似文献

对基本Perti网进行了扩充,提出了一种优化Perti网模型,使之能够支持制造企业生产系统流程再造,并提出了一种建立在层次化、模块化和标准化基础上的生产系统建模和仿真方法;运用约束理论的思想,提出了生产系统再造的流程结构优化和瓶颈优化的层次化方法,并探讨了运用时间Petri网模型寻找和消除约束的方法,目的是为制造企业生产系统渐进式流程再造提供有效的方法和工具.这种方法可以将实际系统细化为多个层次的模型,并将生产系统局部作更详细的分析,从而避免了分析整个系统的复杂性.而且,可以通过调整模块和修改模块构造新系统,从而实现生产系统再设计的快速化和柔性化.最后,对这个方法在企业的应用进行了案例分析.  相似文献

汽车开放系统架构有助于复杂的汽车电子软件的开发、管理及维护,交易级建模在较高抽象层次对系统进行建模,提高了建模速度.针对基于AUTOSAR的软件设计流程,采用SystemC 语言及其提供的时间行为和硬件仿真核,进行交易级建模层次化设计和通信细化.重点分析了AUTOSAR描述语言和SystemC语言之间的相似点,并且设计了AUTOSAR环境到SystemC虚拟原型设计的转换过程.结果表明,这种建模方案能有效地实现符合AUTOSAR规范的汽车电子系统的仿真,仿真速度快,有利于系统设计早期阶段验证及性能分析.  相似文献

This paper studies the business process known as project management. This process has exhibited a remarkable growth in business interest over the last 15 years, as demonstrated by a 1000% increase in membership in the Project Management Institute since 1996. This growth is largely attributable to the emergence of many new diverse business applications that can be successfully managed as projects. The new applications for project management include IT implementations, research and development, new product and service development, corporate change management, and software development. The characteristics of modern projects are typically very different from those of traditional projects such as construction and engineering, which necessitates the development of new project management techniques. We discuss these recent practical developments. The history of project management methodology is reviewed, from CPM and PERT to the influential modern directions of critical chain project management and agile methods. We identify one important application area for future methodological change as new product and service development. A list of specific research topics within project management is discussed. The conclusions suggest the existence of significant research opportunities within project management.  相似文献

Change or innovation diffusion is a key issue for most business organizations but is yet difficult to implement as the change management process is often complex as it relies on an organized methodology to complement an organization’s commitment and participation. An ambiguous environment surrounding change mechanism tends to develop unintended attitudes, resulting in resistance and conflict. The study proposes a model for the management of such conflicts among change participants (involved and affected) in the context of organizational change. The authors consider organizational change process as an innovation project that treats change and conflicts holistically with the Ulrich’s notion of boundary considerations (boundary critique). A social network setting of multiple stakeholders is considered to effectively help in resolving problematic situations that hinder organizational learning and change. The proposed model provides a theoretical foundation based on concepts governing Critical Systems Heuristics (CSH), change theory, stakeholder theory and conflict management.  相似文献

This article explores collaborative management research (CMR). As one of the streams within the action research family, CMR is one approach that has been identified as a potent method for advancing scientific knowledge and bringing about change in organizations. The article proposes a hybrid model of the CMR research process in organizations. Following a brief introduction of collaborative management research, we advance an emerging, inductively derived, hybrid process model of CMR. Three critical clusters for achieving the intended outcomes of collaborative management research include: (1) contextual factors, (2) quality of the collaboration, and (3) the development of the collaborative research process itself. Within each cluster, concepts, variables, and processes were identified and linked together to form a hybrid model of CMR process. An illustration of a collaborative management research project that focused on the study of collective creativity with an Italian fashion and design company is followed by a reflective analysis. The discussion provides directions for future research and implications for practice.  相似文献

基于意义构建的“设定-选择-保留”过程,论证并检验了变革愿景沟通对员工变革承诺的影响机制。通过对235份三阶段调查样本进行统计分析,结果发现:认知重塑在变革愿景沟通与员工变革承诺间具有显著中介效应;变革自我效能感不仅在愿景沟通与认知重塑的关系间起调节效应,对认知重塑的中介作用也具有调节效应。研究结论对以往变革愿景内容视角和沟通视角的研究进行了补充,丰富了变革情境下意义构建过程的个体差异研究,也为组织变革管理实践提供了一定的启发。  相似文献

Social responsibility can be seen as a condition of efficient change management and even as a tool in crisis solving, mainly if associated with innovative social thinking and action. Change/Innovation management is the principal topic of the study, because it is seen as the main way to grow social effectiveness. New management fields are signaled; among them, crisis management and strategic management are accented and concisely presented. A system of effectiveness principles and its internal structure is described and explained. How to innovate is one of questions that our work tries to answer, because a well managed change offers the best formula, both fast and durable, of social problem solving. Can we, finally, design a science of socially responsible change, applied by change/innovation management? Crisis and lack or excess of effectiveness are strongly connected, as showed by our findings. Responsibility-ruled social effectiveness increasing is hence a central theme of the presented study. Economic and global effectiveness without abuse as aspects of social effectiveness are pointed out and a system of criteria for socially responsible social effectiveness evaluating and increasing is sketched.  相似文献
