高支苎麻织物形态记忆整理工艺

将形态记忆聚氨酯与交联剂、柔软剂等整理剂复配后,对经液氨处理的薄型纯苎麻平布进行抗皱免烫整理,通过试验得到足够的工艺参数和织物性能的数据,运用正交试验确定最佳的形态记忆整理工艺配方及烘干、焙烘工艺条件,分析苎麻织物进行形态记忆整理的作用机制。     

海藻酸衍生物与柠檬酸混合应用棉织物抗皱整理工艺研究

将海藻酸衍生物PGA与柠檬酸混合用于棉织物的抗皱整理,改变PGA、柠檬酸的用量、不同的焙烘温度及焙烘时间,通过测试整理后织物的折皱回复角、白度以及撕破强力等性能确定最佳工艺。结果表明较优工艺条件为:海藻酸丙二醇酯为25g/L,柠檬酸为60g/L,焙烘温度为170℃,焙烘时间150s。     

柠檬酸三丁酯的合成研究

以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC).探讨了酸醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、带水剂等对反应的影响,并对催化剂进行了重复利用研究,产品经气相色谱和红外光谱分析.确定的最佳工艺条件为:酸醇物质的量比为1∶4,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的3%,反应时间4 h,产率达96.3%.     

BTCA对亚麻竹纤维交织织物抗皱整理研究

研究BTCA作为亚麻竹纤维交织织物抗皱整理剂,探讨整理过程中各因素对织物折皱回复角,强力保留率的影响,经正交试验及分析得到亚麻竹纤维交织织物抗皱整理的最佳工艺条件为：BTCA120 g/L,NaH2PO240 g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间4 min.试验结果表明,BTCA对亚麻竹纤维交织织物有良好的抗皱整理效果.     

棉梭织面料潮态免烫整理工艺研究

采用免烫整理树脂KNITTEX FA CONC在低温条件下对棉梭织面料进行潮交联,通过对织物残留含潮率、催化剂用量、树脂用量、堆置反应时间、工作液pH值的研究,确定了免烫树脂整理棉梭织面料的最优工艺参数:织物残留含潮率7%,催化剂用量130g/L,树脂用量200g/L,堆置反应时间应在16h,pH值控制在2.0左右.相对于干态交联,经该整理工艺处理的棉梭织面料抗皱免烫效果好,甲醛含量符合国家相关法令.

探讨了彩棉织物的生态整理工艺，包括彩棉织物生物酶退浆、生物酶精练、柠檬酸防皱整理等．利用正交实验得到了生态整理的优化工艺，并将生态整理工艺后整理效果与常规工艺相对比．生态整理工艺对彩棉色素变化影响较小，保持了彩棉原有的色泽；生物酶精练后织物柔软性较好，柠檬酸防皱整理后织物抗皱性能显著改善．该生态整理工艺适合彩棉织物的整理，可实现彩棉产品从原料到成品的无污染生产．     

纳米CeO2催化合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯

以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,以纳米CeO2为催化剂催化合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯.探讨了催化剂用量、酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度对反应结果的影响,对合成的产品进行了红外光谱分析.实验结果表明,纳米CeO2催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的最佳条件为n(柠檬酸):n(正丁醇)=1:4.5,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的2.0%,反应时间为3.5h,反应温度为106-140℃,酯化率可达93.47%,产品纯度＞98.8%.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
