Co—Si合金膜的结构和磁光克尔效应

用射频磁控溅射在衬底温度（Ｔｓ）为 ４００℃和室温（ＲＴ）两种情形制备了Ｃｏ１－ｘＳｉｘ（０．０≤Ｘ≤０．３４）合金膜．Ｘ射线衍射结果表明在这些合金膜中出现了不同程度的ｈｃｐ（００２）取向．在室温下沉积的薄膜中，仅在ｘ＝０．０时有明显的ｈｃｐ（００２）取向．在４００℃下沉积的薄膜中，随着硅含量ｘ的增加，ｈｃｐ（００２）取向先是增强，继而在Ｘ＝０．３４时消失．相应与此的４００℃下沉积的薄膜的θｋ（Ｈ）、（Ｍ（Ｈ））回线在ｘ＝０．２３时出现了磁滞现象（Ｈｃ≈６４ｋＡ／ｍ），并且有大约２０％的比剩余克尔旋转（比剩余磁化强度）．同时，当Ｘ≤０．２３，硅的加入使得钻硅合金的克尔旋转在蓝光及近紫外区相比于纯钻来说有所加强，其值约为－０．３°～－０．４°．

研究了形如Ｅｘ（ｋ）＝Ａｘ（ｋ）＋ｆ（ｋ，Ｘ（ｋ））的非线性差分方程解的极限性质．Ｅｘ（ｋ）＝ｘ（ｋ＋１）．Ａ是ｎ×ｎ（ｎ≥２）阶常数矩阵．ｘ（ｋ）∈Ｒｎ．ｆ：Ｊ×Ｇ→Ｒｎ，Ｊ＝｛ｊ０＋ｋ｜ｋ＝１，２，…．ｊ０∈Ｒ｝，Ｇ．Ｒｎ．ｆ满足对任一紧集中的ｘ（ｋ）一致有ｆ（ｋ，ｘ（ｋ））→０，当ｋ→∞．利用差分不等式及比较原理得到：当Ａ的谱半径小于１时，方程的有界解均趋于零解．当Ａ的话半径大于１时，方程有无界解．并研究了所有解均趋于零解的充分条件．     

助剂用量对 MC 尼龙力学和摩擦学性能的影响

通过改变助剂（包括催化剂和活化剂）用量合成了两个系列ＭＣ（ｍｏｎｏｍｅｒｃａｓｔｉｎｇ）尼龙，对其球晶形态和结晶度等进行了表征，研究了助剂用量的变化对ＭＣ尼龙力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响。实验结果表明，催化剂用量变化影响材料的聚合速度和结晶度，加入０．００２～０．００３摩尔比时材料具有较好的综合力学性能；活化剂用量变化影响材料的分子量，从而影响其力学性能，加入０．００２～０．００３摩尔比时性能较好；助剂用量变化对摩擦系数影响不大，但对耐磨性有一定影响，加入０．００２摩尔比时耐磨性最好。     

有序三元系超大集的进一步结果

本文对有序三元系超大集的存在性进行了进一步讨论，得到了ｖ≡１２（ｍｏｄ２４）及ｖ＝３．４＾ｋ．５＾ｎ＋４＾ｋ（ｋ≥０，ｎ≥１），ｖ＝６３．５＾ｎ＋１（ｎ≥０）时，ＯＬＭＴＳ（ｖ）及ＯＬＤＴＳ（ｖ）的存在性。     

葡萄糖-BrO3--Mn2+-H2SO4-丙酮体系的振荡反应

以葡萄糖为有机底物，与－ＢｒＯ３－－Ｍｎ２＋－Ｈ２ＳＯ４－丙酮组成振荡反应体系，在恒温条件下进行振荡反应。结果表明：反应有诱导期，体系电导（Ｌ）不随时间（ｔ）变化；振荡周期，Ｌ随ｔ发生周期变化，溶液颜色在粉红色与无色之间交替变化，有典型的振荡波型。诱导期及振荡周期反应的表观活化能分别为８４．２７５ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ和９８．１５３ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ。体系振荡反应物浓度范围［葡萄糖］０．０１～０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［ＢｒＯ３－］０．０３～０．０４５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［Ｍｎ２＋］０．０６～０．０８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［丙酮］０．２７～０．３０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［Ｈ２ＳＯ４］０．８～１．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。振荡反应有Ｂｒ２产生，Ｂｒ２准一级消耗速率常数ｋＢｒ２＝１．６×１０－５Ｓ－。对温度、反应物浓度、丙酮、Ｍｎ２＋、Ｃｌ－、底物对振荡反应的影响作了探讨。     

关于无 穷小量等价命题的推广

Sn－SnO_x薄膜的湿敏特性研究

研究了利用ＶＥＴＯ技术获得的一种新的Ｓｎ－ＳｎＯｘ电阻式薄膜湿度传感器；湿敏薄膜包含β－Ｓｎ、ＳｎＯ和ＳｎＯ２态，ＳＥＭ观察表明，孔尺寸在０．１～０．５μｍ之间的表面结构对应着高性能的湿度传感器，环境湿度从１１％～９７％ＲＨ的变化过程中，传感器阻抗变化约三个量级，传感器具有小子３０ｓ的恢复时间。     

用解卷积法测量乙醛水溶液的荧光寿命

通过相平面法和迭代卷积法相结合的解卷积处理，测得乙醛４０％水溶液的真实荧光寿命为（７．２５±０．０８）ｎｓ，表明这是一种采用纳秒量级的仪器测量纳秒甚至亚纳秒荧光寿命的有效方法．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
