上半年软件业收入520亿元 今年上半年我国软件业继续保持快速增长。1月到6月我国软件业共完成软件与系统集成收入520亿元人民币,同比增长32％;完成软件出口额6亿美元,同比增长41％,创历史最好水平。 信息产业部表示,今年我国软件业在去年快速发展的基础上保持了大幅度的增长势头,是继中国移动通信产业后的又一发展活跃的行业,对电子信息产业经济运行的支撑作用更加明显。     

基于DEA-Malmquist指数的经济全要素生产率增长及其区域优势分析

自西部大开发战略实施以来，中国西部地区的经济发展取得了历史性成就，但与东部地区相比仍然存在一定差距。有效分析西部地区经济增长的区域相对优势，对其发展战略的制定具有重要意义。全要素生产率增长是经济增长的核心，是衡量地区经济增长质量的重要指标。从全要素生产率增长的角度出发，借鉴广义DEA的理论框架，构建了一种基于多种参考集进行评价的DEA-Malmquist指数模型。采用该模型测算基于东部和西部两种生产环境的西部地区全要素生产率增长指数及其分解指数，从纯技术效率变化差异、技术变化差异和规模效率变化差异三种视角进一步分析了西部地区全要素生产率增长的区域相对优势。结果表明，提出的模型不仅可以给出西部地区基于西部生产环境的全要素生产率增长状况，还可以给出西部地区基于东部生产环境的全要素生产率增长状况，进而能够实现西部地区全要素生产率增长的区域相对优势分析。

大力发展信息服务业 加速西部大开发进程

分析信息服务业对于西部地区发展的重要促进作用,认为西部地区需要加大力度、有重点有策略地发展信息服务业,以加速西部大开发进程。建议建设和完善符合西部地区发展需要的信息服务体系,加强信息资源开发利用和软件业发展的引导,加大信息基础设施建设力度,广泛开展实施电子商务工程,加快物流信息化进程,务实推进远程服务工程等。     

西部欠发达地区发展必须注意规避的经济陷阱

根据经济增长模型以及重视人力资本的新经济增长理论的分析认为，西部欠发达地区的经济增长应注意规避几个经济陷阱。从西部经济发展的要素供给看，土地和劳动力过剩，而资金、技术、人才等要素特别缺乏。并指出可从内部得以积累，采取有力措施吸引要素从东部流向西部。也应当引起西部欠发达地区各级政府决策者的重视。     

财政金融投入的农业经济增长效应研究 ——基于变系数模型分析

运用固定影响变系数模型,对中国大陆29个省、市、自治区1987-2007年的财政金融投入对农业经济增长的效应进行分析：结果表明：东部、中部和西部地区财政、金融机构支农对农业经济增长效应的影响有较大差异：财政支农对农业经济增长的效应在东部地区明显;西部地区存在财政支农和金融信贷资金年增长率高者对农业经济增长的促进作用明显,中部和东部地区相反;西部、中部和东部的财政支农、金融信贷资金对农业经济增长的基础效应不同。平均西部最高,依次是中部和东部。     

居民消费对短期经济增长的实证研究

在生产函数的理论基础上,研究居民消费变量对短期经济增长的贡献率;以西部1999-2008年的面板数据为依据,建立了以时间为影响的时点固定效应模型,研究了我国西部居民消费对经济增长的促进状况;研究结果表明:居民消费对经济增长是规模报酬递增的,并且居民消费对经济增长的贡献率呈现出逐渐增强的趋势。

全国软件业恢复增长——2020年1-11月全国软件业收入增速平稳

2020年1—11月,我国软件和信息技术服务业(以下简称软件业)持续恢复,收入增速平稳,利润增速略有下降,电子商务平台技术服务和集成电路设计收入保持较快增长。总体运行平稳回升软件业务收入增速平稳回升。2020年1—11月,我国软件业完成软件业务收入73142亿元,同比增长12.5%,增速较上年同期回落3.0个百分点,较2020年1—10月提高0.8个百分点。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
