南方蓝莓栽培管理技术

摘要：20世纪初蓝莓最先在美国开始商业化栽培,我国自1981年开始蓝莓引种栽培,栽培面积和产量迅速增长,成为新兴蓝莓产地。但是由于我国蓝莓产业起步晚,所以从品种选育、栽培技术、产量、品质都与发达国家有很大差距,加强蓝莓品种选育和栽培技术研究,缩短与发达国家的差距是我国蓝莓产业健康发展的当务之急。通过栽培试验和生产实践总结了蓝莓定植、整型修剪、土壤、肥水等栽培管理技术,为浙江省及周边地区蓝莓栽培提供参考,促进我国南方蓝莓种植业的健康发展。     

国内外蓝莓加工技术与功能性成分研究进展

蓝莓是一种越橘属浆果,除含有基础营养物质,还富含花青素、类黄酮等功能性成分,具有抗炎、抗癌、清除自由基、保护视力等功效。然而,新鲜的蓝莓易腐烂且贮藏和运输性能差,故需要进一步深加工,同时,蓝莓良好的健康属性使消费者对蓝莓加工产品的需求日益增加,应用可更好保留功能成分的先进加工技术已成为蓝莓加工产业发展的重要驱动力。阐述了近年蓝莓果汁、蓝莓果酒、蓝莓干燥等加工技术与功能性成分提取技术的研究进展,以期为蓝莓深加工产业提供理论依据。     

一种蓝莓泡腾片制备方法

本文报道一种蓝莓泡腾片剖备方法。以蓝莓鲜果为主要原料,探索了蓝莓泡腾片制备工艺、常低温保鲜浓缩干燥技术应用及科学组方确定;该泡腾片不改变蓝莓营养成分、在水中分布迅速均匀、有效成分便于吸收、生物利用度高、质地酥脆、口感舒适、食用方便,兼具固体制剂和液体制剂的特点,在食品行业具有广阔的市场前景。

南方蓝莓病虫害防治技术

在蓝莓种植的过程中,病虫害防治是种植管理的重要环节。病虫害主要是危害植株的根、茎、叶及果实,从而对植株生长不利、产量降低、果实品质降低。在我国蓝莓的种植区,由于各地气候条件及病原菌种类的不同,危害植株的病虫种类也有差异。引起蓝莓病害的有真菌性病害、细菌性病害和病毒性病害。     

蓝莓籽不同组分抗氧化作用的比较

目的:为了加强蓝莓籽的综合利用开发,研究蓝莓籽不同组分的抗氧化能力。方法:对蓝莓籽的醇提取物、蓝莓籽多酚、蓝莓籽蛋白、蓝莓籽多糖进行提取分离,采用AAPH法、DPPH法对各组分进行抗氧化能力测定。结果:AAPH法测定的抗氧化能力由高到低的顺序为:蓝莓籽多糖﹥蓝莓籽蛋白≈α-VC﹥醇提取物﹥蓝莓籽多酚;DPPH法测定的清除自由基能力由高到低顺序为:蓝莓籽多酚﹥醇提取物≈α-VC﹥蓝莓籽蛋白﹥蓝莓籽多糖。结论:蓝莓籽不同组分均显示出一定的抗氧化能力,其中以蓝莓籽多糖、蓝莓籽蛋白的抗氧化能力最强,蓝莓籽多酚的清除自由基能力最强。     

贮藏温度对蓝莓活性成分及抗氧化活性的影响

研究不同贮藏温度下,蓝莓果实的活性成分及抗氧化活性的变化,确定蓝莓鲜果适宜的贮藏温度,并为研究蓝莓果实中主要的抗氧化成分提供参考.在贮藏温度为20~25,10~15,0~5℃下,于不同贮藏期取样测定蓝莓果实中花青素、总酚和总黄酮的质量分数;测定蓝莓对DPPH自由基（DPPH.）和羟自由基（OH.）的清除率,并分析3种活性成分与蓝莓抗氧化活性的相关性.结果表明,在不同的贮藏温度下,蓝莓果实中花青素、总酚和总黄酮的质量分数及抗氧化活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在贮藏初期,较高的贮藏温度能明显促进蓝莓果实活性成分含量和抗氧化活性的增加,但在贮藏后期,较高的温度加速了蓝莓果实活性成分含量和抗氧化活性的下降速度,并缩短了蓝莓贮藏期;低温（0~5℃）能使蓝莓果实的活性成分含量和抗氧化活性始终维持在一个相对较高的水平,且能显著增加果实的贮藏期,是蓝莓较适宜的贮藏温度;蓝莓果实中花青素、总酚和总黄酮质量分数与其清除自由基的能力之间均呈显著正相关（P〈0.05）.     

基于机器视觉的蓝莓果实分级研究

针对蓝莓果实的传统分拣方法效率低的问题,提出利用机器视觉技术进行蓝莓果实投影面积的数字化识别与计算.采用最大类间方差法对蓝莓果实图像进行分割,并用形态学处理方法去除连通区域,采用最小二乘法对蓝莓果实区域进行近似圆拟合,经过标定后计算出蓝莓果实的面积和周长.结果显示,以手动分割结果作为标准计算相对准确率情况下,采用蓝莓果...     

土壤环境对蓝莓植株生长发育的研究现状与展望

蓝莓是经济价值较高的植物,国内外蓝莓产业发展迅速.蓝莓对土壤环境要求较高,种植时应综合考虑各种影响因素进行土壤改良,使蓝莓较好的生长,提高产量.本文从土壤酸碱度、土壤有机质、土壤微生物、土壤施肥及土壤温度和湿度五个方面综述了土壤环境对蓝莓的影响,并对我国蓝莓产业发展做出展望.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
