小麦转基因研究现状及展望

自二十世纪八十年代开始研究转基因植物以来,小麦作为世界主要粮食来源,其转基因遗传改良受到科学家的广泛关注。目前国内外已有近200例外源基因,主要是抗除草剂类基因、抗病虫基因、品质基因、抗旱耐盐等抗逆基因、雄性不育类基因等,通过基因枪法、农杆菌介导法、花粉管通道法等技术转入小麦的报道。从转单基因到进行多基因组装,从改良各种生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的抗逆性,到改良品质、高产等生理和农艺性状,是未来转基因小麦的研究方向。本文就近二十几年来转基因小麦研究进展及存在问题进行了全面系统的综述和探讨。     

水生高等植物化感抑藻作用研究

本文从四类水生植物所产生的化感物质,以及化感抑制机制等方面对化感控藻技术进行了评述。研究发现环境因素,如光照,营养胁迫等会显著影响化感作用效果。     

研究证明基因是导致癌症的重要因素

冰岛科学家经过近半个世纪的研究发现,癌症患者的亲属罹患同类癌症的几率,比无癌症家族史的人要高得多,这进一步证明了基因对癌症的作用。     

帕金森病治疗的新策略

以左旋多巴为主的替代疗法仍然在当今临床治疗帕金森病中扮演主要角色。近年来随着现代科技的发展和人们对帕金森病发病的病因和病理的再认识,以神经保护性治疗为主的一些新的治疗方案正日渐成熟并在逐步走向临床,而与此同时另一些新的治疗方案和药物正在不断被提出和研制。可以预期这些新疗法的实施将会为有效地缓解帕金森病病人的痛苦和延缓疾病的进展作为贡献。本文旨的对方面的研究作一介绍。     

Etiology of rheumatoid arthritis

Definite genetic associations with immunological cooperative HLA-D(R) antigens have been demonstrated for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Microbial etiology has not been proven, but some hope for the supporters of this view is still given by small viruses, plasmids of enteric bacteria or perhaps oncogen-like DNA-sequences. Yet, electrophoretical analysis of membrane proteins or surface glycoproteins of RA synovial cells does not show any differences compared to reference cells. Autoimmunity to several tissue elements has been demonstrated, but most of it is of secondary nature. Antigenicities of type II and III collagens are probably only contributory factors for HLA-DR4 positive individuals. Proteoglycans or minor cartilage collagens have not been extensively studied, so far. Endocrine, dietary or psychological influences might be triggering events for otherwise 'preloaded' individuals.

环境微生物的分子生物学研究方法

本文介绍了在环境微生物生态研究中的分子生物学方法如分子杂交，聚合链式扩增技术PC震，rRNA基因同源分析法，新型凝胶电泳技术，生物醌谱图法等和应用。这些技术的使用将大大扩展微生物生态学研究的空间，并使得在分子水平研究生态问题的机制成为可能。     

Studies on benzene mutagenesis. I. The micronucleus test

Summary The mutagenic action of benzene was studied by means of the micronucleus test performed on mice. A linear dose effect relationship was found for the percentage of micronucleated erythrocytes, against the benzene-dose logarithms. A significant dose effect correlation was found either after the standard 30-h experiments or after a prolonged 54-h one. A higher effect was found in the prolonged experiments, suggesting the induction of a delay in the cell cycle by benzene.     

新世纪的挑战--生物复杂性研究

复杂性是生物学的固有属性。生物学系统,从细胞到生态系统,总是包含大量的以复杂方式相互作用的部分。尽管目前我们已经获得了大量关于这些组分的数据,但是实际上对所有复杂的生物学系统,我们都缺少一个真正的定量的和综合的整体的认识。研究生物复杂性是二十一世纪科学面临的一大挑战。本文介绍了美国国家科学基金会的生物复杂性研究计划,并通过一些例子对生物复杂性研究涉及的相关方面作了探讨。     

Studies on biosynthesis of sucrose

Résumé Du jus de canne à sucre, les auteurs ont extrait un enzyme, le sucrose phosphorylase, qui diffère des enzymes tirés jusqu'ici dePseudomonas saccharophilia par certaines propriétés caractéristiques. La présente note étudie ces propriétés et donne la détermination de leurs constantes physiques.

Studies on the structure of collagen V. The site of binding of trivalent iron on collagen

Zusammenfassung Die Reaktion zwischen Kollagen und Fe^III wurde studiert. Es zeigte sich, dass das Eisen an die Sequenzen des Typs Ala-Asp-Gly gebunden wird. Weiter wurde gefunden, dass 1 mol Ratten-Tropokollagen 1 mol Cystein als Sequenz Cys-Ala-Asp-Gly enthält.
