长沟峪急倾斜煤层巷道锚网索支护技术研究

针对北京长沟峪煤矿东二西四槽回采巷道的地质条件,利用FLAC^2D软件模拟研究了该巷道的非对称变形特征及强度薄弱部位,确定了用于这类巷道的合理的锚网索支护方案,通过现场实施,进行了巷道表面位移、围岩深部位移、锚杆（索）动态锚固力等内容的矿压监测。数据显示,该支护方案设计合理,取得了理想的支护效果及显著的经济效益,对类似急倾斜煤层支护提供了有益借鉴。

A displacement of catecholaminergic-positive and catalase-containing cells from the median eminence into the arcuate nucleus at puberty has been described previously. This study reports on the displacement phenomena after postnatal administration of melatonin. Catalase-positive cells undergo a delayed displacement from the median eminence into the arcuate nucleus. However, part of this cell population lags behind within the median eminence. This differential reaction of cell displacement by catalase-positive cells is considered as a special reaction of these cells to melatonin administration.     

喷油量自动测量装置的研究

基于ATmega128单片机和差动变压器式（LVDT）位移传感器,运用位移法的工作原理,设计了高精度柱塞油缸量油系统。在设计之前,对柱塞油缸进行了精度分析。并在喷油泵试验台上进行了对比试验,结果表明该测量系统精确、可靠。

地基土上水工建筑物的抗滑动稳定

利用基坑内压板抗滑动试验成果，确定地基土抗滑动承载能力。采用地基土承受偏心荷载的最大压应力σmax控制地基土与压板的位移和抗滑动形式，可产生3种不同的最大位移面，形成8种抗滑动形式。根据地基土承受的最大压应力，提出定量确定地基土与压板抗滑动的计算摩擦阻力的方法和设计抗滑动的4个数值计算公式，分析预测可能发生的最大位移面和抗滑动形式。对三河闸、高良涧进水闸、三河船闸3座已建水工建筑物的抗滑稳定性分析表明，计算成果符合实物工况。     

Pubertal changes in the medio-basal hypothalamic area after neonatal suprachiasmatic nucleus lesions in the rat

Summary In order to get more insight into the mechanism by which the onset of puberty is controlled, a developmental study on the displacement of catalase- and dopamine-containing cells in the hypothalamic region was done in rats which received a neonatal lesion of the suprachiasmatic nucleus. The displacement of cells is delayed after these lesions. However, the time lost at the beginning of the displacement is made up at the end of the migration.

基于B超图像的HIFU运动控制系统位移标定

针对目前高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗中运动控制系统与B超图像之间的位移标定准确度不高的问题,基于B超图像的亚像素级配准算法,研究组合探头运动时靶区组织的实际位移与B超图像中像素位移之间的映射关系并进行标定,以提高对靶区组织B超定位的准确性,帮助HIFU临床医生更加有效地对靶区组织进行治疗。     

城市浅埋近接桩基客运专线隧道施工方案研究

依托成绵乐客运专线机场路隧道下穿成都市蓝天立交工程,采用有限差分软件FLAC3D进行三维数值模拟分析。主要从隧道开挖所造成的地表沉降、桩基下沉量以及桩基端部水平位移差值这三个方面进行研究。研究结果表明：暗挖施工方案明显优于明挖施工方案。研究成果为既有立交桥的正常运营以及机场路隧道施工的顺利进行提供了保证,又可为相似工程提供参考。     

Presence of benzodiazepine binding sites (receptors) and amplification thereof by imprinting in Tetrahymena

Live Tetrahymena cells bound 3H-diazepam specifically, as demonstrated by autoradiographic evidence of displacement of about 25% of labeled diazepam in the presence of a 1000-fold amount of cold diazepam. The 3H-diazepam bound to membrane preparations isolated from untreated (control) cells was not displaced by cold diazepam, whereas cells involved in primary interaction (imprinting) with diazepam showed amplification and specificity of diazepam binding in both in vivo (cell suspension) and in vitro (pellicle) systems, as well as displacement of bound label in the presence of 1000-fold cold diazepam. It appears that diazepam induced imprinting and, consequently, also the formation of specific receptors in Tetrahymena.     

三圈冻结法在淤泥质土深基坑工程的应用

以往的冻结法在淤泥质土及特殊工程土体中,由于所需的冻结温度低、冻结扩展速度慢、形成冻结壁的强度低等原因,在施工时容易出现片帮、底鼓、突水、涌砂等事故.轻则影响工程进度,重则造成严重的经济损失.针对此类问题,提出了用三圈冻结法优化淤泥质土深基坑开挖的方案,并应用大型数值模拟软件ADINA进行模拟分析.对普通冻结法、连续桩及三圈冻结法等围护结构的位移进行了对比,得出三圈冻结法围护结构不仅最大位移小,而且位移随深度变化平稳.     

Presence of specific binding sites for [3H]sarcophytol-A in cultured human skin fibroblasts

Summary The presence of specific binding sites for [³H]sarcophytol-A in human skin fibroblasts was examined using biochemical and morphological methods. The displacement studies clearly revealed that high (K_D=31.0 nM) and low (K_D=6.05 M) affinity sites were present in the intact cells. Moreover, autoradiographic studies using light microscopy revealed that the specific binding sites may exist in boththe cytoplasm and the nuclei.     

Behavioural effects of naloxone in rats.

Naloxone in rats induces a behavioural syndrome closely resembling that induced by intraliquorally injected ACTH peptides. This effect is probably due to a displacement of the ACTH peptides from other receptors (e.g. opiate receptors).

混凝土坝裂缝转异诊断的顺序典型小概率法

裂缝是混凝土坝不可避免的病害,其稳定与否是关系到混凝土坝结构安全的关键因素.基于裂缝开度与裂缝尖端张开位移之间的函数关系,提出了混凝土坝裂缝转异诊断的临界裂缝开度准则,并探讨了该准则所需的裂缝尖端张开位移和裂缝亚临界扩展量的确定方法.借助裂缝开度监控模型将临界裂缝开度准则进行转化,并与大坝安全监控中裂缝的原位监测资料-裂缝开度联系起来,建立了混凝土坝裂缝转异诊断的顺序典型小概率法.实例分析表明,顺序典型小概率法实现了临界裂缝开度准则在大坝安全监控中的具体应用,是合理可行的.     

The action of the peptidoleukotriene LTD4 on intracellular calcium in rat mesangial cells

The dose-dependent effect of CGP 45715A on the LTD₄-induced Ca²⁺ response of glomerular mesangial cells has been studied. Our results demonstrate that the LTD₄-dependent increase in the cytosolic Ca²⁺ concentration primarily involves an InsP₃-mediated release of Ca²⁺ from intracellular storage sites and to a minor extent an enhanced influx of Ca²⁺ through receptor-operated Ca²⁺ channels located in the plasma membrane. The action of CGP 45715A on the Ca²⁺ response is an inhibitory one and is convincingly explained by a displacement of LTD₄ from its receptor site(s). The contractile effect of LTD₄ on pulmonary smooth muscle is proposed to be mainly caused by a receptor-mediated hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate.     

Autoradiographic study of proliferative activity and cell migration in the adrenal cortex in fetal and neonatal rats]

On the 20th day of fetal life the cell proliferation is higher in the zona glomerulosa. The fate of marked cells in each cell compartment shows centripetal migration. Their displacement, from the 20th day of pregnancy up to five days post-partum, while at that time the adrenal growth is slowered down, suggests a real migration.

Kuhn, Popper, and the Superconducting Supercollider

The demise of the Superconducting Supercollider (SSC) is often explained in terms of the strain that it placed on the federal budget of the United States, and change in national security interests with the end of the Cold War. Recent work by Steve Fuller provides a framework to re-examine this episode in epistemological terms using the work of Kuhn and Popper. Using this framework, it is tempting to explain the demise as resulting from the overly Kuhnian character of its proponents, who supposedly argued for its construction by appealing to the importance of testing the predictions of a specific paradigm (i.e. the Standard Model). On this reading, the SSC case appears as an example of how Kuhn’s paradigm-driven view of science was invoked to keep science closed and autonomous from society. I argue that the SSC episode should not be viewed as giving support to the displacement of Kuhn’s view of science for Popper’s, and that such a displacement is detrimental to the project of integrating discussion on science into the public sphere. Drawing upon Rouse and Wimsatt, I argue that understanding paradigms as practices blunts some criticisms against Kuhn’s model, and that his model should play an important epistemological role in the aforementioned project.

Summary Under the action of the appropriate synthase from ripe tomatoes a 11 mixture of (3S, 4R)-[3,4-²H₂] and (3R, 4S)-[3,4-²H₂]-(2S)-adenosylmethionine is transformed into a 11 mixture of the two meso forms of [²H₂]-1-aminocyclopropanecarboxylic acid, a result which proves the operation of an inversion mechanism and which is consistent with direct nucleophilic displacement of the leaving group in the substrate.
