分析了影响VSM精确测量高密度硬盘介质磁基本特性参数的几个因素——仪器定标、检测线圈安装位置、锁相放大的时间常数、外加磁场的扫描周期、盘基衬底噪声和退磁场等,在综合考虑并消除诸因素的影响后,使自制高密度硬盘盘片介质的磁基本特性参数获得了较高精度,通过本VSM测试系统,得到磁记录介质的平滑磁滞回线,通过多次测量,由磁滞回线计算的磁基本特性参数相对误差小于1%.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射方法在玻璃基片上制备了SmCo磁性薄膜,并重点研究了溅射功率、溅射时间以及溅射气压等工艺参数对薄膜磁性能的影响.结果发现,当磁性层溅射功率为60 W,溅射气压为0.5Pa,溅射时间为8min,且底层溅射功率为125 W,溅射气压为0.5Pa,溅射时间为4min时,薄膜的矫顽力高达3500Oe.  相似文献

用背散射/沟道、溅射剥层/背散射和二次离子质谱方法分析了分子束外延生长的Si/GexSi1-x多层膜。由2MeV^4He^ 离子背散射/沟道分析,确定了外延生长薄膜的厚度、组分和晶格结构的完美性;用低能Ar^ 离子溅射剥层,减薄样品外延层厚度后,再做背散射分析,可获得有关较深层薄膜与基体界面和溅射剥层的信息;二次离子质谱分析清晰地显示出溅射剥层前后样品的交替层周期性结构。  相似文献

对W18Cr4V钢激光表面淬火工艺参数进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,激光表面淬火工艺参数d=1.5mm,q=124W/mm2,v=18mm/s时,激光淬火加热温度处于Ac1~T熔范围之内.可以得到无表面熔化的淬火层,淬火层深度0.25mm,淬火层组织为细针状马氏体+碳化物+残余奥氏体,显微硬度HV0.1950~1050  相似文献

采用多靶射频磁控共溅射方法制备了SmCo/Cr薄膜,用XRD和VSM测量了各样品的微结构和矫顽力.结果表明,SmCo膜具有较强的垂直各向异性,当Cr底层溅射时间为5min、SmCo磁性层溅射时间为14min、Co靶溅射功率为220W时,所得到的薄膜垂直矫顽力最大.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上成功地制备了(Sin)TbCo/Cr非晶垂直磁化膜,并就薄膜组分对其磁特性的影响进行了研究.部分Tb原子取代Sm以后,薄膜仍然具有较高的磁各项异性.薄膜组分为(Sm0.286Tb0.714)31Co69/Cr时,其饱和磁化强度Ms为330emu/cm^3,矫顽力为5.0KOe;薄膜组分为(Sm0.343Tb0.657)31Co69/Cr时,其饱和磁化强度Ms为385emu/cm^3,矫顽力为4.7KOe.薄膜组分对SmTbCo/Cr非晶垂直磁化膜的磁特性影响,可以通过对薄膜结构特性的分析得到合理的解释.  相似文献

采用连续式泡沫分离法处理废水中的Cr(Ⅵ),考察了pH值、阳离子表面活性剂质量浓度、气量、回流量、进水流量、液位高度等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响规律.分析发现最佳的操作条件是pH值为4.00、气量为0.10m^3/h、回流量15.0L/h、进水1.0L/h、表面活性剂质量浓度为300.0mg/L、液位高为105.0cm,此时去除率88.5%.实验结果表明,连续式泡沫分离技术处理水中的Cr(Ⅵ)效果比较稳定.  相似文献

采用凝固浴凝胶工艺处理壳聚糖超滤膜,在制膜过程中通过改变凝胶工艺参数来调节膜孔结构.经凝固浴处理后,壳聚糖超滤膜对酸性红B的截留率提高了83.7%;不同凝固浴的温度、凝固剂的浓度、凝固时间等处理参数对壳聚糖超滤膜的孔结构有一定的影响,采用浓度为0.25~1.0mol/L的NaOH溶液为凝固浴,凝固浴温5~15℃,凝固时间为1.5min,可使壳聚糖膜获得良好的的分离效率和孔结构.  相似文献

通过壳聚糖与粘土的结合,制备出复合吸附剂,并研究其对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附性能.研究结果表明,与单一的粘土或壳聚糖相比,该吸附剂对Cr(Ⅵ)离子吸附速度快、吸附能力强.吸附除去Cr(Ⅵ)的最佳工艺条件是:壳聚糖与粘土质量比为0.04,pH值4~6,Cr(Ⅵ)离子的质量浓度≤10mg/L,吸附平衡时间为40min,吸附荆用量为8.0g/L.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献
