SiC颗粒特性对无压熔渗SiCp/Al复合材料热物理性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用粉末注射成形-无压熔渗相结合技术制备出了电子封装用高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料. 重点研究了SiC粒径、体积分数以及粒径大小等颗粒特性对所制备复合材料热物理性能的影响规律. 研究结果表明,SiCp/Al复合材料的热导率随SiC粒径的增大和体积分数的增加而增加;SiC粒径的大小对复合材料的热膨胀系数(CTE)没有显著的影响,而其体积分数对CTE的影响较大. CTE随着SiC颗粒体积分数的增加而减小,CTE实验值与基于Turner模型的预测值比较接近. 通过对不同粒径的SiC粉末进行级配,可以实现体积分数在53%~68%、CTE(20~100℃)在7.8×10-6~5.4×10-6K-1、热导率在140~190W·m·K-1范围内变化.  相似文献

采用伪半固态挤压工艺制备SiC体积分数为40%、50%、65%的SiCp/Al复合材料,并对其微观组织和性能进行研究.结果表明:制备的高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料中SiC颗粒分布均匀,铝合金填充在SiC缝隙中,形成致密组织.Mg和SiO2均能改善SiC颗粒与Al的界面润湿性,增加界面结合强度.所制得的φ(SiC)=65%的复合材料密度为3.11g/cm3,表面硬度为HB 108.5,抗折强度302.1 MPa,热膨胀率低于5.6×10-6/K,热导率为74 W/(m·K);SiC与Al基体界面的破坏以脱粘机制为主.  相似文献

用电化学方法研究了碳化硅颗粒增强2024铝(SiCp/2024Al)基复合材料及其硫酸阳极氧化膜在35%NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性;作为比较,对2024Al的耐蚀性也进行了研究·结果表明,SiCp/2024Al复合材料在35%NaCl水溶液中比相应的基体金属有较大的腐蚀敏感性·SiCp/2024Al复合材料的阳极氧化膜具有良好的耐NaCl溶液腐蚀的能力,但其耐蚀性不如2024Al合金的阳极氧化膜,这是由于氧化膜中SiC颗粒的存在破坏了氧化膜的完整性和均匀性所致·  相似文献

采用搅拌铸造法制备粉煤灰增强铝基复合材料·粉煤灰颗粒大多为球形,密度为2 75g/cm3,颗粒直径主要集中在5~60μm,主要成分为SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3,三者质量分数总和超过85%·SEM分析表明铝基粉煤灰复合材料中存在着颗粒团聚,并有气孔产生·将制备的复合材料与6061合金就磨损、拉伸强度性能进行对比试验·试验结果表明:该复合材料在常温下抗拉强度变差,而耐磨性与6061合金相比提高20倍以上·  相似文献

将无压浸渗制备出的高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料,通过高温反挤压方式成形杯形件.研究了在高温反挤压过程中复合材料的流变规律,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析了高温反挤压参数对杯形件组织的影响.结果表明:在基体熔点以上,高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料呈黏流体状态,颗粒与基体形成固-液混合体;高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料高温反挤压变形后,基体仍保持连续,SiC颗粒在压力作用下发生转动、重排,部分颗粒破碎,颗粒分布均匀性较好;当变形温度较低、挤压速度较大时,颗粒易破碎,SiCp/Al复合材料杯形件内部颗粒尺寸不均匀,杯形件内角处颗粒尺寸较小;当变形温度较高、挤压速度较小时,杯形件内部颗粒尺寸均匀.  相似文献

采用球磨-冷等静压-热等静压-热挤压工艺制备组织均匀、颗粒分散良好的15%质量比 SiCp/6013Al复合材料,并利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和室温力学性能测试等研究不同人工时效温度下SiCp/6013Al复合材料的析出行为和力学性能. 结果表明,复合材料析出行为受热扩散控制,温度升高导致沉淀相析出加速;复合材料中的主要强化相为Mg2Si,而且SiC颗粒能显著增强强度,但也导致复合材料的塑性快速下降;相比基体6013铝合金,15%质量比SiCp/6013Al复合材料能在更低温度、更短时间内达到峰时效,经过人工时效处理后的最高硬度为180 HV0.2,抗拉强度为522 MPa.  相似文献

采用高能球磨粉末冶金法制备颗粒增强Al基复合材料,分别以ZrO2,SiC和α-Al2O3为增强体,对比分析了不同颗粒增强Al基复合材料的组织与性能.以α-Al2O3颗粒为主增强体,分析了不同粒度α-Al2O3对复合材料组织性能的影响.研究结果表明,ZrO2/Al和 SiC/Al 复合材料的界面结合不如α-Al2O3/Al复合材料的界面结合紧密,α-Al2O3颗粒粒径为45μm时,复合材料性能更好地得到改善,添加适量的Ce能改善基体与增强体的界面结合,并显著地提高了颗粒增强Al基复合材料的性能.  相似文献

Al2O3,Al3Zr颗粒增强Al-12%Si基原位复合材料的高温热膨胀性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以Al-12%Si和Zr(CO3)2作为反应组元,通过原位反应法制备出Al2O3,Al3Zr颗粒增强铝硅基复合材料,通过快速凝固成型得到铸态试样.用热膨胀仪测试了材料在50~500℃范围内的膨胀位移与温度的关系,进而得出平均线膨胀系数.结果表明:在同一温度条件下,随颗粒理论体积分数增加,复合材料的平均线膨胀系数减小.温度是影响平均线膨胀系数的重要因素.当试样温度在50~300℃时,随温度增加,平均线膨胀系数逐渐增加;当试样温度在300~500℃时,随温度增加,平均线膨胀系数逐渐减小;300℃时平均线膨胀系数最大.用Rom、Turner和Kerner模型计算了理论热膨胀系数.比较发现,实测值更接近Turner模型理论预测值.最后通过界面残余热应力分析指出具有高温低膨胀性的(Al2O3+Al3Zr)p/Al-12%Si颗粒增强铝基复合材料能有效防止材料高温时的塑性变形.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
