飞机构型控制和管理初探

产品和服务设计对一个组织能够实现其目的的程度有战略性的作用。市场环境、客户需求、设计模式、材料和工艺的改进以及生产条件的不断变化,使得飞机产品在研制、制造和交付使用过程中的构型处于不断变化的动态过程之中。从分析航空产品和服务设计入手,本文在研究民用飞机及飞机转包项目构型控制和构型管理的基础上,探讨了飞机产品数字化和PDM实施应用的飞机产品构型管理机制。     

PDM框架下飞机结构件制造过程管理研究

飞机结构件制造过程的管理和控制是提高飞机研制生产效率和质量的重要环节。通过对飞机结构件的加工制造过程和管理进行分析研究,结合目前飞机制造企业制造过程的管理体系,构建了基于PDM的飞机结构件制造过程管理数字化平台,并研究了在该平台上飞机结构件的MBOM管理。     

含缺陷盒段类T型结构单元剪切失效分析

界面脱胶或弱胶接是复合材料整体化结构制造过程中出现的主要缺陷形式,对此目前还缺乏成熟的分析手段,从而严重制约了复合材料整体化结构在飞机上的应用。本文首先开展了含界面缺陷/损伤的盒段类T型结构在剪切载荷作用下的失效分析,建立了相应的失效判据和失效分析方法,研究了损伤起始和扩展的过程,以及界面缺陷类型、尺寸对结构性能的影响。最后通过人为制造不同类型和尺寸的界面缺陷试验件的试验,验证了分析方法的有效性。     

浅谈通用飞机驾驶舱人机工程设计基本原则

驾驶舱人机界面对飞行的影响不仅是指其对飞行员体力、心理和意识活动的影响,而且将直接影响飞行员的工作效率和飞行安全。人机工程设计的复杂性在于,使用界面的是人,界面合适与否需要通过人的使用来证明。驾驶舱人机工程界面包含有控制-显示、声音、标记标牌、环境等,飞机驾驶舱设计时应以人机工程理论为基础,对飞机驾驶舱设计进行合理布局,使得飞行员能舒适、高效和安全的飞行和完成特定的任务。     

飞机结构寿命控制中的几个基本问题

飞机的寿命主要是由飞机结构寿命确定的,飞机结构耐久性/安全寿命是飞机安全服役的基础条件。在深入分析设计/制造、服役/使用中各关键因素对结构寿命影响机理的基础上,重点研究了基于安全寿命包线的结构剩余寿命预测和扩展延寿技术,并对飞机结构寿命控制技术的研究范畴、服役使用计划调整方法等内容进行了阐述。应用飞机结构寿命控制技术可以实现飞机服役/使用寿命管理由传统的"固定消耗"模式向"主动控制"模式的转变。     

飞机运动轨迹模拟器设计

为使用户能通过控制界面改变轨迹参数控制飞机的运动姿态,设计了飞机运动轨迹模拟器.该模拟器由轨迹模拟计算机和轨迹模拟软件组成.用户可根据飞机的运动参数及空气动力建立运动方程,给定控制规律,使飞机按照控制规律运动,即通过对飞机在每个控制时间段内的控制参数(俯仰角、偏航角、滚动角运动频率、盘旋周期、平飞高度等)的修改,控制飞机在空中飞行的姿态.在VC 环境下编程并调试控制参数,得到的数据信息与理论值相符.模拟得出的数据结果表明,该模拟器能很好地模拟出飞机运动轨迹,并可通过数据接口将得到的角运动信息传递给6自由度运动模拟试验台,完成对惯性器件进行测试和飞行仿真.     

飞机设计制造协同流程的研究

针对我国航空制造企业厂所分离、设计制造流程串行的现状,提出了一种设计制造并行协同的工作流程和控制方法,并依据CPC协同工作平台得到成功运用,大幅缩短了飞机产品研发周期。     

民用飞机ICD数据的管理

ICD文件是民用飞机设计的核心内容,ICD数据的管理质量对民机的功能和性能有重要影响。基于DOORS和XML语言的管理方式,对完整、正确、清晰的搜集、校验ICD数据,进行构型管理,以及追溯记录有重要意义。     

基于.NET技术的飞机维修业务信息管理系统研究

为提高飞机维修业务的管理水平,结合某大型航空制造企业的飞机维修业务管理现状,采用B/S方法开发出一套基于.NET技术的飞机维修业务信息管理系统。该系统主要包含信息资源管理和工作流管理两大模块,各个模块分别包含若干相应的子系统。结果表明,飞机维修业务信息管理系统实现了其数据信息的统计和汇总,使管理、控制、服务分布于飞机产品维修业务的全过程,从而完善现有的飞机维修管理体制。     

基于某型号飞机的结构制造偏离统计分析

该文通过研究某型号某架次飞机在零件制造、装配和大部件对接过程中产生的制造偏离及相应的处理技术,并进行详细的整理分析,总结出制造偏离产生的规律,协助设计人员优化设计,帮助制造部门改进工艺,减少批产阶段的制造偏离数量,提高产品质量.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
