财政、金融调控经济的手段

随着我国经济的不断发展，财政、金融手段在宏观调控中的作用明显增强。目前的财政调控手段主要有税收调控、财政支出调控、财政信用调控、财政补贴调控。金融调控手段主要有法定存款准备金率调控、再贴现率调控、公开市场业务调控等。

现代市场经济需要宏观经济调控，市场经济调控体系包括，宏观调控机制，市场均衡机制和企业经营机制，调控的总目标是全面实现经济平衡，保证国民经济稳定，协高，争取较快，高效的发展。调控的主要手段是货币资金调控，在方法上分为金融和财政调控，政策上应该使财政和货币政策保持协调关系，相互配合运用，才能发挥各自的功能，实现宏观经济的调控目标。     

λ噬菌体操纵基因和调控蛋白相互作用网络及溶原态/裂解态转变特性的动力学研究

根据大肠杆菌中λ噬菌体操纵基因与调控蛋白相互作用特点,提出操纵基因与调控蛋白相互作用模型.利用动力学方法,得到了两种调控蛋白浓度随时间变化的关系和在一定的时间范围内两种调控蛋白之间的关系,并且得到调控系统的稳态性质,进而分析调控系统溶原态/裂解态的转变特性.     

细胞周期调控因子的研究进展

细胞周期调控是细胞周期在不同时相的调控点受到调节因子的调控，其中有二个调控点最重要，G1／S期，G2／M期，已有二类细胞周期调控因子被发现，分别是细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶CDK（cell dependent kinase)和细胞周期蛋白（cyclin)，它们之间的相互作用调控细胞周期的进程。

万家寨引黄北干线供水区水源调控能力分析

根据万家寨引黄北干线供水区水源调控的选择原则,对其水源工程的可调控能力进行分析,最后计算出汛期平朔区调控水量为244万m3。汛期大同区调控水源为城区的城南、城北、城西水源组成的地下水源和册田水库调水工程组成的地表水源。经计算调控水量为1 168万m3。总计共调控水量为1 412万m3,所调控水源能够满足汛期供水区的正常生产生活的需求。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
