高职创新教育的探索与实践

高职教育学生实践能力培养

提高学生实践能力、实行实践教学是高等职业教育的关键性环节,也是制约高等职业教育发展的"瓶颈"。提高学生的实践能力,不仅要学生自身下功夫,更要建立实践型的师资队伍,不仅要在学生实习实训中不断实践,更要在理论知识中不断渗透,才能达到良好的教学效果。     

高职院校课程选学的新思路

根据高等职业教育中存在的问题,本文提出"套餐—点菜—分层+学分制"的设想来弥补教学课程的某些不足,充分调动学生的积极性,创造性,从而培养出更优秀的人才。     

基于校企合作的生产实习作业模块化教学模式研究

近年来,高等职业教育迅速发展,校企合作人才培养模式成为我国高等职业教育的主要模式.高职教育培养的高素质技能型人才应具备实践能力、技术文案写作能力等基本能力,阐述我国高等职业教育校企合作人才培养模式的现状和人才培养的特点,分析"2+1"人才培养模式的弊端,提出生产实习作业模块化的校企合作人才培养模式,实践表明,这种模式实现了理论和实践的融合,更好地发挥了学校在校企合作中理论指导的作用.能为社会和企业培养出更多的高素质人才.     

甘肃省高等职业教育经费来源结构分析

随着高等职业教育迅速发展,投入问题越来越成为制约高等职业教育发展的关键因素。甘肃省高等职业教育在发展过程中也面临着教育经费来源结构不均衡的问题。针对这一问题,应从加大政府对高职教育的直接投入、积极鼓励支持社会力量参与办学、降低学费标准、完善高职院校学生资助制度和增强"造血"功能四方面着手解决。

高等职业教育的目的就是要培养出面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质技能型专门人才。作为职业教育,培养出的学生能够"零距离"就业。这里"零距离"不仅是指职业技能方面,也是指职业道德素质和职业规范方面。这就要求高职院校教育过程中要加强对学生职业素质能力的培养,严格要求学生,提高学生的道德修养,培养良好的职业道德行为。在高职学生中加强以就业乐业为导向的职业素质教育,对提高高职学生就业率和就业质量具有重大意义。     

教材在双证书教育体系中的作用

在现代高等职业教育中,越来越多的院校构建了融学历教育与职业技能鉴定为一体的双证书教育体系。但在教材的选用上出现了很多困惑.通过三年多的研究,我们认为高等职业教育,重点应突出学生的动手、实践和可持续发展能力的培养。在教材的选用上,既要有利于学生技能的训练,又要尽量做到与双证书教育的衔接。     

高等职业教育发展亟待解决的几个问题

高等职业教育近几年得到较快发展,但存在的问题不容忽视,必须进一步优化高等职业教育发展环境,准确把握高等职业教育办学特征,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,加大投入,真正办出特色,做到规模质量协调发展.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
