中国式现代化历史演进中制度公正的发展进程与多维审视

现代化与制度公正具有内在一致性。中国共产党探索社会主义现代化过程中始终注重制度公正的价值追求。社会主义改造完成后进行的社会主义建设探索、改革开放以来中国特色社会主义的认识发展以及新时代中国特色社会主义建设发展,都以中国式现代化作为整体变革发展的方向,都以追求制度公正作为重要价值目标和伦理要求。具体体现在：社会主义现代化准备阶段制度公正的建构;社会主义现代化建设探索时期开启制度公正实践;改革开放新时期中国式现代化建设呈现制度公正应然与实然之间的张力;中国特色社会主义新时代推进中国式现代化形成制度公正的新实践。多维审视上述过程在于明确：在历史与逻辑相统一基础上形成中国式现代化的制度公正价值基础;在理论与实践相统一维度中彰显中国式现代化演进的制度公正取向;在继承与创新相统一基础上呈现传统价值转化为中国式现代化的制度公正价值。     

社会主义是中国现代化的必由之路

中国选择了社会主义现代化的发展道路。只有社会主义才能救中国,只有社会主义才能发展中国。社会主义是中国现代化的内在要求,中国的历史经验和中国特殊国情,是中国现代化社会主义性质的基本依据,决定了中国现代化模式的社会属性只能是社会主义的现代化。社会主义能够有效地推进现代化,并为现代化的发展提供可靠的制度保证。社会主义能够推进中国现代化的全面进步,使中国的现代化在经济、政治、文化诸领域全面展开,沿着富强、民主、文明的正确方向发展。     

把握中国走向现代化的正确方向

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
