通过研究以砷化钾为背景介质周期性排列椭圆孔柱构成的光子晶体,发现在高频率区域,二维三角结构各向同性光子晶体的光子带隙并不随介电常数差单调变化,而是出现了一个极值:0.0503eω(ωe=2πc/a)的完全光子带隙.  相似文献

利用平面波展开法计算了两种不同介质材料(GaAs,Ge)构建的二维正方形介质柱Square格子光子晶体的能带结构,研究了介质柱旋转角度、填充比及介质折射率对二维光子晶体禁带结构的影响。结果发现,介质柱旋转角度为0°时,完全光子禁带最大;由不同折射率材料构建的该结构光子晶体,在折射率n=2.57时,即有完全光子禁带产生,为实现用较低折射率材料构建完全禁带光子晶体提供了便利;n=4.10时,完全光子禁带达到最大,禁带宽度Δ=0.048(ωa/2πc)。该研究结果为二维光子晶体应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

采用平面波展开法研究了由锗圆柱构成的Triangular格子、Kagome格子和Graphite格子二维光子晶体的带隙结构,发现Kagome格子和Graphite格子结构的光子晶体具有完全光子带隙,并得到了使完全带隙最大化的结构参数。数值计算结果表明,Graphite结构二维光子晶体在填充比从f=0.058到f=0.605连续变化的很大范围内都有完全带隙出现,在低能区出现了Δ=0.053(ωa/2πc)的较大带隙。为二维光子晶体材料的制备和应用提供理论依据。为二维光子晶体材料的制备和应用提供理论依据。  相似文献

借助加速器概念和矩阵转移方法对介电常数呈阶跃型分布的一维光子晶体进行了研究,自动呈现出了光子晶体的带结构,禁带宽度由公式△ω=c/ηx0[π-2/[1+l/(2x0)]^1/2]给出.结果表明,禁带宽度与宽度比l/x0有关.宽度比l/x0越大,禁带越宽.  相似文献

在适当选择结构参数的基础上,采用传输矩阵法计算模拟一维光子晶体(AB)m(CD)n(AB)m结构模型的透射谱,当光子晶体(CD)n相邻的两个导带分别处于光子晶体(AB)m(AB)m相邻的两个禁带中时,构成一维光子晶体双量子阱结构,在光量子阱透射谱的归一化频率0.3(ωa/2πc)和0.55(ωa/2πc)两处周围,分布着两套具有规律的局域共振峰,出现明显的量子化效应,且两套透过峰数目都可以通过光子晶体(CD)n的重复周期数n来调节,这一现象可以用于设计可调性多通道滤波器。  相似文献

设计一种通过改变控制光的拉比频率来调节分束比的光子晶体可控分功率器.采用平面波展开法和时域有限差分法研究了填充一定密度的电磁感应透明(EIT)原子气体的二维圆柱形光子晶体功率分束器分束比的可控特性.数值模拟结果表明:通过改变控制光的拉比频率,对归一化频率位于0.349 9~0.350 2 ωe(ωe=2πc/a)范围内的TM偏振入射光,实现了分束比从填充EIT气体前的1∶0∶0到填充EIT气体后1∶5∶0和1∶2∶7的人工调节.这种基于电磁感应透明的可控光子晶体分功率器在一定程度上降低了操作难度和工艺要求,具有更强的操作性和更高的实用价值.  相似文献

设计一种二维旋转复式晶格光子晶体,利用平面波展开方法计算其带隙结构.结果表明,通过优化参量,该结构具有较大的绝对光子禁带,带隙宽度为0.08538(ωa/2πc),禁带宽度与中心频率比值达到17.91%.相对于其它光子晶体结构,该结构更容易产生绝对带隙.  相似文献

采用ABINIT软件计算了在Troullier-Martins赝势条件下不同晶格常数的纤锌矿结构ZnO晶体总能,获得晶体总能与晶格常数关系的数据,根据能量最小原理,获得ZnO稳定结构的晶格常数为a0=3.201,c0=5.161,c/a=1.612;对数据通过Muranghan状态方程进行拟和得到弹性模量B0=168GPa,计算结果比较接近实验值.  相似文献

在二维正方晶格光子晶体中沿第一布里渊区的ΓΜ方向设置线缺陷波导,采用时域有限差分法研究不同宽度波导的传输特性。计算结果表明:一定范围内改变波导宽度,当由 增加 时,波导维持单模传输,其透射通带宽度由0.31-0.37(ωa/2πc)大幅增大到0.28-0.36(ωa/2πc),当波导宽度超过时 ,波导呈现多模特性,其透射通带几乎不变。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
