高校贫困生思想政治教育问题浅析

随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深入和高校招生规模的不断扩大,贫困生群体也开始出现,贫困生队伍逐渐庞大。党和政府高度重视解决贫困生问题,积极构建了一套以＂奖、贷、助、补、减＂多种形式并存的贫困生资助体系,解决贫困生的经济困难,为其顺利完成学业铺平道路 社会各界也为贫困生的求学提供了诸多帮助。但是,各高校对贫困生的资助工作往往偏重于经济上的帮助,忽略了对贫困生的思想政治教育和引导,不能真正做到＂以人为本＂,很多贫困大学生产生了不同的价值取向、思维方式和性格特征,产生了一定的社会问题。做好贫困生的思想政治教育工作,既是贯彻党的教育思想的集中体现,又是贫困生健康成长的必然要求,是高校思想政治教育工作中一个重要组成部分。     

浅析高校贫困生的思想教育

随着高等教育规模的快速发展,高校贫困生问题日益凸显。如何做好大学生中的弱势群体——贫困大学生的思想教育,是高校思想教育工作中一个不可忽视的问题。文章主要从思想政治教育工作者出发,提出几点建议。如加强与贫困生的交流和沟通、加强贫困生的心理咨询与指导工作、强化育人环境、资助与育人相结合、广泛开展艰苦奋斗及理想信念教育、诚信教育及引导贫困生正确对待国家和社会给予的资助、增强贫困生的社会责任感和使命感等。     

高职院校贫困生群体的思想工作对策研究

高等教育的大众化,高职院校学生来源多个省份,其中贫困生人数占到学生总人数的20%左右,贫困生群体问题日益凸显,成为学校工作的一个难点。虽然国家对各高校都建立了贫困生资助体系,但贫困生群体既有贫困问题又存在一定的心理障碍,对贫困生的帮扶不仅需要经济资助,更重要的是有针对性的思想工作。该文从工作实际出发,对贫困生群体的思想工作提出了思考和建议。     

经济帮扶+思想教育+能力培养——高校90后贫困生资助新模式探析

90后贫困生是目前高校的一个特殊群体。原有的贫困生资助模式已不再适应90后贫困生的心理特点,因此创新90后贫困生的资助工作模式已迫在眉睫。本文针对90后贫困生的心理特征,创新性的提出了的"经济帮扶+思想教育+能力培养"新型三维资助模式,以期更好地解决贫困生的资助问题,着力提高他们自我战胜贫困的能力。

高校贫困生思想政治教育的有效途径探索

贫困生是高校的一个特殊群体,加强贫困生思想政治工作具有重大的社会意义和现实意义。本文总结出当前高校贫困生思想政治工作中存在的不足,并结合工作实际,创新思路,提出了改进高校贫困生思想政治教育工作的五个有效途径：坚持＂以生为本＂的理念;引导贫困生进行自我教育;开展反哺教育、诚信教育和自强教育;加强心理健康教育;建立家庭、社会、学校对贫困生的立体育人氛围。     

创新贫困生资助模式 提高“造血”功能

我国高校贫困生资助工作已基本形成了多元化资助体系,使绝大多数家庭经济困难学生受到了资助。但这种资助大多数是无偿资助,使得部分受资助的贫困生回报社会的意识淡漠了。本文对新形势下如何创新贫困生资助模式、提高＂造血＂功能进行了探析。     

地州高校贫困生资助育人工作的不足及改进策略

高校贫困生资助育人工作处在层次比较低,资助质量不高的发展阶段,存在育人主题模糊化、资助内容物质化、资助流程形式化等突出问题。高校贫困生资助育人工作要加强内涵建设,提升育人质量。针对贫困生的个性特点和成长需求,以励志成才为主题,构建思想教育和心理援助工作平台;以贫困差异为依据,构建贫困生个性化资助平台;以能力提升为导向,构建贫困生自立自强自助平台。     

山区高校贫困生思想教育略论

关注贫困大学生，不应忽视山区高校；在资助贫困生的同时，必须注重思想教育。山区高校贫困生思想教育的主要内容有：进行正确的人生观、价值观教育；关注贫困生的心理，解除他们的焦虑；增强贫困生自信心，完善自我：加强贫困生艰苦奋斗教育。山区高校贫困生思想教育的方法是：各种资助与自励教育相结合；心理咨询与自我调适相结合；人关怀与应有的尊重相结合；普遍教育与个别疏导相结合。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
