团体辅导对大学生人际交往改善的实验研究

大学生人际交往问题在当前是关系到大学生健全发展的重要方面，为进一步改善当代大学生的人际交往，社会各界都对相关方法进行了探讨。其中，“团体辅导”这一有效策略的运用在改善大学生人际交往过程中取得了不错的效果。它作为一种以心理学为基础的理论知识与技术的重叠的有效方法，用于大学生思想政治教育辅导、适应能力培养和其综合素质的提高等具有重要意义。因此，文章结合团体辅导和当前大学生的一系列特征表现，对团体辅导改善大学生人际交往方面展开探讨。     

人际沟通团体心理辅导对提高大学生交往能力的影响

了解人际沟通团体心理辅导对提高大学生交往能力的效果,探索提高大学生人际交往能力的有效途径。方法：对24名大学生进行为期5周的人际沟通团体心理辅导,用SCL-90、SAD和PRCA三份量表进行前测和后测。结果：团体心理后,成员三份量表的得分都有显著的下降（P〈0．05）。SCL-90量表中,人际敏感、强迫症状、抑郁和敌对因子的得分显著下降（P〈0．05）;SAD量表中,社交苦恼因子得分的下降达到显著性差异水平（P〈0．05）;PRCA量表中,只有小组讨论恐惧因子的得分显著下降。结论：人际沟通团体心理辅导能有效提高大学生的人际交往能力。     

改善大学生“就业难”综合征的团体辅导实验研究

严峻的就业形势给大学生带来了心理压力和焦虑.通过对存在就业心理问题的大学生40人,随机分成实验组和对照组,对实验组按照自行制定的辅导方案,进行16次就业团体辅导,用SCL-90和S-AI综合诊断量表,结合他评和自评,对辅导效果进行评估.结果表明,针对性的就业团体辅导对减轻大学生就业焦虑、激发他们的学习动机,增强大学生适应能力具有良好的效果.

对团体辅导提高大学生自我效能感的可行性及有效性进行实验研究,将34名大学生随机分为实验组和对照组,采用单因素重复测量设计自然实验,在3个月内对实验组进行10次团体辅导。采用自我效能感评定量表并结合学生自评进行评估,结果表明,辅导前后实验组的自我效能感分数表现差异显著,学生自评中自信心有很大提高,说明团体辅导在提高学生的自我效能感、增强自信心方面有良好的作用。     

特殊群体大学生的心理危机干预实验研究

为了改善特殊群体学生的心理素质，该文抽取30名大学生，采用团体辅导的方式，对其进行认知能力、人际交往，情感教育、挫折教育、团体协作、自我认识等方面的训练。训练结束后，采用主观评定和问卷测查两种方式，来检验团体训练的效果。该文运用实验组和控制组对比研究的方式，进行实验组前测、后测及追踪检验的时间序列设计，整个心理干预的研究时间持续约一年。实验的检验结果显示，团体心理干预前后，被试的心理健康水平表现出明显差异，实验的效果较为显著。

文章主要探讨团体咨询对民族大学新生适应性的改善作用.对7名存在人际关系困扰的少数民族大学新生进行了为期8周的团体心理咨询,并于2个月后对辅导的效果进行评估.评估结果表明,团体心理咨询可以有效地改善少数民族新生的人际关系水平,提高人际交往技能,对新生心理健康的维护,大学生生活适应性也有积极的影响.     

大学生人际交往现状调查及改善建议

人际交往的质量对人的心理健康和人格的健康发展起着重要的作用。在今天这样一个变革的时代，大学生的人际交往也在悄悄的发生着变化，呈现出一些新的特点及问题。因此建议以团体心理辅导形式对大学生进行心理健康教育；人际交往应成为大学生心理健康教育的重要内容；加强对班团活动指导；加强高校心理咨询工作的主动性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
