复合菌剂在发酵床养猪上的应用

该研究将复合菌剂应用于发酵床养猪,拟建造出成本低、收益高,消耗低、排放少,可持续发展的生态农业养殖技术.试验选用同批次断奶猪30头,以传统猪舍为对照,研究了应用复合菌剂发酵床养猪模式对猪舍卫生环境和猪生长环境的影响.结果显示,90d后,复合菌剂发酵床相对于传统猪舍氨含量和硫化物含量分别降低了61.51%(P<0.01)和22.72%(P<0.01),气流显著提高(P<0.05);复合菌剂发酵床养猪相对于传统养猪可促进猪更快生长,日增重提高6.21%(P<0.05),料重比降低10.75%(P<0.05).表明复合菌剂可显著改善传统猪舍内的卫生环境,有利于科学生态养猪产业的建设与发展.     

庭院模式化保温猪舍温热环境的评定

对庭院模式化保温猪舍进行了 4年中间试验。结果表明 :围护结构和猪床采用保温隔热设计满足了使用要求 ,冬季窝内温暖干燥 ,气温和气湿分别为 9 84℃和 70 9% ,夏季舍内外温差 3℃以内。育肥猪全年平均日增重约为 6 43 6 5g。通风换气系统性能可靠 ,有效地排除水汽和有害气体 ,氨、硫化氢和二氧化碳的体积分数各为 6 9cm3 /m3 、5 34cm3 /m3 和 0 0 0 31m3 /m3 。猪舍布局合理 ,可满足饲养工艺的要求     

生物发酵床自然养猪法— 一项值得推广的新型环保养猪技术

生物发酵床自然养猪技术（也称零排放养猪）是根据微生态理论,利用生物发酵技术,在猪舍内铺设锯末、谷壳等有机垫料,添加微生物菌制剂降解猪粪,结合益生菌拌料饲喂,构建猪消化道及生长环境的良性微生态平衡。该技术以发酵床为载体,排出的粪尿吸附在垫料上并经微生物迅速发酵降解,     

自然通风建筑室内热环境对外墙和外窗保温性能的敏感性分析

外墙和外窗共同构成了建筑外围护结构,不同窗墙面积比情况下,自然通风建筑室内热环境对二者保温性能的敏感性不同。采用理论分析和数值计算相结合的方法,分析了外墙和外窗传热系数对夏季和冬季室内热环境的影响规律。结果表明,就全年而言,尽管加强外墙和外窗保温均可有效改善室内热环境,但是存在临界窗墙面积比,即当窗墙面积比小于0.6时,加强外墙保温可更有效地提高室内热舒适性,若窗墙面积比大于0.6,则加强外窗保温更为有效。     

基于自适应模糊神经网络的畜禽舍环境控制系统的研究

畜禽舍环境对家畜的健康、生长及遗传潜力的发挥等有重要影响,随着设施、规模化、集约化养殖的迅猛发展,对畜禽舍环境进行控制、创造一个适宜的生长环境,是目前畜禽业的发展方向.针对北方寒冷地区的特点,选取分娩母猪舍内最主要的环境影响因素:温度、相对湿度和氨气浓度作为控制对象,研究了分娩母猪舍环境控制的硬件和软件实现,建立了基于T-S型自适应模糊神经控制算法的猪舍小气候环境温度模型,实现了猪舍环境的精确的自动监测和控制.本系统在内蒙古农牧业科技园区的分娩母猪舍进行了实施和试验,结果表明,在保证舍内所需温度基本恒定的条件下,能使舍内相对湿度和氨气浓度保持在适宜范围内,证实了系统的可行性和实用性.     

带窗洞自保温暗骨架承重墙抗震试验及承载力计算

为了研究带窗洞自保温暗骨架承重墙的抗震性能及承载力计算与分配方法,设计制作足尺试件并进行低周往复荷载试验,以试验为基础分别基于等效弹性板模型、刚架斜压杆模型,建立带窗洞自保温暗骨架承重墙的开裂荷载、极限荷载计算方法,并将计算值与实测值进行比较。研究结果表明:带窗洞自保温暗骨架承重墙试样的失效可分为共同工作、转化过渡和弱框架工作3个阶段,且均为延性破坏,2个试样的延性系数分别为3.034和4.085;窗下墙先于窗间墙破坏,窗下墙为带窗洞自保温暗骨架承重墙的第一道抗震防线,窗间墙在承担抗震极限承载力方面起主导作用;窗洞宽度显著影响墙体的耗能、刚度及承载等性能。所建立的求解方法精度较高,建议在抗震设计与分析时考虑窗下墙的影响效应。     

原生态养猪的技术要点

原生态养猪又称发酵床养猪、零排放养猪、自然养猪,是一种利用微生物发酵方法处理猪的粪便,从而达到节能减排、保护环境、改善猪舍、提高肉质、变废为宝、节省工本的养猪新方法。我国江苏、山东、吉林等省先后从韩国、日本引进这一新技术,取得了丰富的经验和显著的效果。金寨县于2008年初由北京市农委援助,在5个猪场进行了试养,取得了满意的效果。现将这一技术要点介绍如下。     

养猪办“四坊”赚钱又节粮

大连普兰店杨树房镇养猪大户姜公华，多年来靠办“四坊”（鸡坊、酒坊、油坊、粉坊）养猪，降低了养猪成本，平均每头猪降低成本１８元左右，节约精、粗饲料５０kg以上，提高了经济效益，促进了养猪业发展，使千头养猪场地越办越好。该场现存栏瘦肉型优良公猪有杜洛克３头，长白３头，约克２头（实行人工授精）；经产母猪有梅新７０头，永新５０头，新金５头。从１９９０年１月至今办“四坊”养猪以来，共向市场提供瘦肉型商品猪１２０００余头，共获利４０多万元，节省粮食２０多万kg。同时，还可生产一定数量的鸡蛋和肉鸡、白酒、豆油、粉…

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
