基于主体句和句法依赖的微博情感倾向性分析

情感倾向性分析是近年来中文信息处理领域的热点问题.通过对新浪微博进行情感的分析与研究,提出了一种基于主体句和句法依赖关系的微博情感倾向性分析方法.首先利用自定义规则和条件随机场模型进行主体句及主体评价对象的抽取;然后使用句法分析器对主体句进行依赖关系分析,可以准确的获得修饰评价对象的评价词;最后利用情感词典计算出句子的情感倾向.实验结果表明在精确获取评价对象的基础上再进行情感倾向性判别效果要优于对微博直接进行情感倾向性分析.     

面向话题的中文微博观点倾向性分析研究

随着微博快速崛起,每天数以千万的人通过微博分享自己对各类话题的观点与情感,如何自动感知微博社区对特定话题的观点倾向性,已经成为中文微博计算亟待解决的问题。由于微博内容短小且不规范,传统的情感分析效率低下且效果很难满足实际需求。现提出一种将情感词典分类的方法进行实验研究,针对腾讯微博20个话题约17 500条微博32 000个句子的数据进行实验,实验结果表明提出的情感词典分类方法效果很好。     

基于中文微博语料的情感倾向性分析

微博的兴起与传播使得短文本情感分类成为目前的热门研究领域。通过对中文微博语料的情感倾向性分析进行研究,提出了一种新的情感分类方法。首先构建了两级情感词典,并对不同级别情感词作不同增强;然后在情感特征方面使用N-Gram方法,尽量获取有限长度博文中的未登录情感词和情感信息。经实验验证与传统方式相比较,该方法的准确率和召回率都有所提高,在COAE2014微博情感倾向性评测任务中也取得了较好的成绩。     

中文微博情感倾向性分析特征工程

情感倾向性分析是情感分析的重要组成部分,是一种按照情感倾向对文本进行分类的任务。微博与传统的评论文本相比更加口语化与符号化,因此对微博进行情感倾向性分析是一个非常有挑战性的任务。基于机器学习的方法是情感倾向性分析最经典的算法,核心是要进行特征的分析和选择,例如词袋特征等。然而,由于中文语言的独特性,前人很多有效的特征都是语言相关的,将其直接用于中文微博效果不佳。在中文微博语料上,还没有学者进行细致的特征工程建设。基于此,文章综合国内外诸多特征,并考虑到中文的独特性,对中文微博的褒贬中倾向性判别特征工程的词、词组、数值和句法特征分别进行了研究,并提出了基于词典规则的情感评分的新特征。最后经过大量实验与分析,得出了可靠的特征组合。实验结果表明,此方法能够明显提高情感倾向性分析的结果。     

微博话题中的情感分析研究

微博话题的情感分析是分析出微博话题中隐含的情感并实现对微博消息的分类,该研究可以帮助网络监管人员和政府机关人员针对网络舆情及时做出积极有效的决策。微博话题情感分析的核心任务是分析微博话题中每条微博消息的情感倾向。本文提出的中文微博话题的情感分析是在基础情感词典之上,通过提取并构建程度副词、网络用词和否定词等相关词典,实现对基础情感词典的扩充,最后通过权值计算得到微博消息的情感极值,达到对微博消息进行情感分类的目的。实验结果证明所提出的方法的有效性。     

面向突发事件倾向性分析的情感词典自动构建方法

随着突发事件的频发,对突发事件在线评论进行倾向性分析引起了广泛关注,情感词典是其中重要的资源.对面向突发事件的情感词典自动构建方法进行探讨.基于对大规模评论数据的统计分析,提出采用基于词性标注和snownlp的方法实现突发事件情感词典的自动构建.为验证构建词典的有效性,设计基于情感词典的情感倾向性分析模型.结果表明,词典构建方法在准确率和召回率方面效果较好.基于该词典的情感倾向性分析模型的性能较基础模型性能有较大的提升.     

面向中文微博的情感要素抽取方法

研究第五届中文倾向性分析评测的任务3和任务4,即微博的倾向性分析和评价对象识别.网络新词多,句子格式不规范,语言简短且包含的情感内容多都是微博分析的难点.针对此问题,提出对中文微博的过滤算法.在词语倾向性识别中,构建基础观点词和网络观点词等词典,然后利用知网识别所有词语的倾向性.在评价对象的抽取方面,提出一种面向微博的基于统计和规则相结合的评价对象抽取方法,特别是提出利用句法分析和评价词、评价对象互信息的联合抽取算法.实验表明,该算法可以提升评价对象抽取的效果.     

基于微博表情符号的情感词典构建研究

基于微博表情符号,提出一种自动构建情感词典的方法。 从微博平台抓取大量带有表情符号的微博文本,并依据表情符号对微博文本进行情感倾向标注,生成情感语料库。 对语料库进行分词、去重等预处理工作,根据词性规则抽取微博文本中情感词,统计每个情感词在正向和负向语料库中出现的次数,计算情感词的卡方统计值获得情感强度,根据情感词在正负微博文本中出现的概率判定情感词的倾向性,进而生成情感词典。 这是一种全新的思路。 以人工标注的情感词典为基准数据,实验结果表明,本文方法标注情感词的准确率在80%左右,在情绪词强度阈值θ为20、30时,生成情感词典综合F值最好,达到了82%以上。      

基于三元词组模式的微博情感分类方法

针对微博的倾向性分析问题,提出了一种基于三元词组模式的情感分类方法。该方法通过构造情感词典及微博的三元词组模式,对未标注语料自动进行情感评分并标注情感极性,然后使用自动标注的语料训练得到情感分类器。在测试集上的实验结果表明,使用无人工参与标注的训练语料达到了79.26%的测试正确率。     

基于语义分析的中文微博情感分类方法

通过分析微博的结构特点,提出了一种基于语义分析的中文微博情感分类方法。首先构建了表情符号情感词典和网络用语情感词典;然后结合词典资源对微博文本进行依存句法分析并且构建情感表达式树;最后根据制定的规则计算微博文本的情感强度,依据强度值判断微博的情感倾向类别。实验结果验证了该方法的有效性,也表明所构建的表情符号情感词典和网络用语情感词典能够有效增强情感分类器的性能。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
