Zusammenfassung An der isolierten Kaninchenaorta hebt Kokain erst in hoher Konzentration die kontraktile Wirkung von Angiotensin auf. Hingegen wird die Wirkung von Tyramin am selben Präparat in sehr viel niedrigerer Konzentration aufgehoben. Prokain antagonisiert bei gleicher Konzentration die Wirkung der beiden Pharmaka. Die Ergebnisse lassen annehmen, dass eine indirekt sympathomimetische Wirkung von Angiotensin an der isolierten Kaninchenaorta sehr fraglich ist. Ausserdem gibt die gefundene antagonistische Wirkung der verwendeten Lokalanästhetika gegenüber den myotropen Pharmaka den Eindruck, dass dieser Antagonismus unspezifisch ist und nichts mit ihrer lokalanästhetischen Wirkung zu tun hat.  相似文献

PGE1 administration to isolated strips from pregnant and lactating rabbit mammary gland resulted in different effects on oxytocin-induced contractions. Résumé Des bandelettes aortiques du lapin sont fortement stimulées par l'élédoisine. Après prétraitement du lapin à la réserpine, l'aorte devient deux fois plus sensible à l'élédoisine que normalement. Cette sensibilisation envers l'élédoisine diminue après incubation de l'aorte isolée avec la noradrénaline. Le même prétraitement à la réserpine n'a pas augmenté l'effet de l'élédoisine sur la veine isolée du lapin. Cette préparation par contre devient facilement tachyphylactique.

Summary Crude kallikrein (Padutin®), but not pure kallikrein, when preincubated with angiotensin I caused a potentiation of the myotropic effect of decapeptide on the isolated continuously superfused rabbit aortic strip. Addition of converting enzyme inhibitor, SQ 20881, to the medium inhibited this potentiation. The potentiation by crude kallikrein of the myotropic effect of angiotensin I is probably due to the conversion of decapeptide to octapeptide angiotensin II. This study indicates that Padutin is not a pure kallikrein preparation and probably contains a kininase fraction which causes the conversion of angiotensin I.The authors are greatful to Prof. G. L. On different days following coitus, i.e., during the first stages of pregnancy, adult female rabbits were treated with antiblastokinin obtained from a chicken. A high prenatal mortality was observed and a reduction of the weight in the stillborn of the rabbits treated. The antiblastokinin produces evident biological effect about the 4th day following coitus, during the period of maximum production of blastokinin by the endometrium in vivo.  相似文献
