我校3751名新生结核菌素试验调查报告

为了解我校新生结核感染情况,做好结核病的防治工作,以及更好地贯彻1981—1990年全国结核病防治工作规划所提出的要求。我校从1986年起,对每年入学新生均进行了结核菌素试验（下面简称结素试验）现将3751名新生结素试验的结果报告如下: 一 对象 1986—1992年新生3751名,其中男性2433名,女性1318名,最大年龄24岁,最小年龄17岁,入学后除患有结素试验禁忌症的学生不宜注射外,其余均进行结素试验。     

内蒙古大学入学新生HBsAg阳性调查分析

乙型肝炎是一种常见的、发病率较高的传染病。我校每年入学新生人数多,来自全区各地。为了解入学新生HBV感染情况,减少相互传染,防止HBV流行,故连续五年我们应用反向间接血凝法(RPHA)对全校3643名入学新生进行了HBsAg的流行病学调查。1 调查对象和方法1.1 调查对象我校1988年～1992年入学新生,年令在17～22周岁,总人数为3643名。1.2 调查方法清晨空腹静脉采血,离心分离血清,应用反向间接血凝法(RPHA)测定HBsAg。同时设置阳

对我院1998-2000年新入学本、专科大学生4496人结核菌素试验(以下简称结素试验)、X射线检查结果进行分析,结果表明,结素试验强阳率15.5%,肺结核发病率824/10万,高于全国及全省水平.说明在新生中进行结核病普查,结核病知识宣传具有重要意义.     

武汉某高校2004-2010年新生肺结核患病情况调查分析

目的:了解高校新生肺结核的患病状况及其影响因素,为高校的结核病防治工作提供科学依据。方法:回顾性地对武汉某高校2004-2010年新生肺结核患病状况进行流行病学调查和分析。结果:2004-2010年武汉某高校新生检出活动性肺结核病例63例,年检出率分别为231.27/10万、309.77/10万、366.88/10万、239.38/10万、263.00/10万、106.16/10万、169.41/10万。男生发病40例,女生发病23例,男女生发病性别比为1∶0.58。结论:武汉某高校入学新生的肺结核检出率较高,高校应高度重视新生入学体检中的结核病专项检查。对查出的结核病患者应规范治疗和管理,同时应采取综合措施防止结核病在校内传播流行。     

大学生结核病的预防措施

讨论了我国结核病流行现状及特点，提出了控制大学生结核病流行的措施：重视新生结核菌素试验；督促转诊；认真随访、合理化疗；强化政府行为及健康教育。     

饮食结构对青少年肾功能的影响

目的 探讨青少年饮食结构对肾功能的影响.方法 从2019年在井冈山大学进行了新生入学体检管理的学生中选取有食物频率(FFQ)和膳食回顾法调查资料并符合要求的3316名新生为研究对象,分析饮食结构对肾功能的影响.结果 与膳食宝塔推荐量相比,研究对象的奶及奶制品、新鲜水果日均摄入量相对偏低,畜禽水产品类、蛋类、大豆及坚果类...

少数民族新生直接接种卡介苗引起速发反应情况探讨

为预防少数民族学生结核病的发生,多年来,在新生入校体检工作的同时,进行卡介苗接种。为简化手续,节约人力,又能做到普遍接种不遗漏,进行了直接接种卡介苗尝试。我院新生大多来自云、贵、川、青海、西藏等边远山区,结核菌的自然感染率比大城市低。根据以往资料表明,我院在1986年以前自然感染率平均在28.9％,低于上海某大学新生OT试验阳性82.6％,这对直接接种卡介苗较为有利。1 对象和方法     

社区儿童接种卡介苗后监测分析

<正> 为了掌握我院辖区地段内儿童卡介苗接种质量和效果,本文对我院辖区内1991年至1996年在册儿童结核菌素(OT)试验监测结果分析如下.1 资料与方法1.1 资料 来自我院辖区计划免疫在册儿童6年的监测资料,监测人数891人,男性455人,女性436人.1.2 方法 新生儿童卡介苗接种12周后于左前臂掌侧中、下1/3处皮内注射OTO.1ml,注射后72小时观察,记录OT反应结果,并观察两上臂三角肌处中部的痕迹.     

河北师院附属小学西藏班学生结核发病严重的教训

河北师范学院附小从1985年开始,每年为西藏培养100名学生。1985年9月,第一批学生来自西藏的昌都,其中男性50人,女性50人,年龄最大14岁,最小11岁。经调查这批学生均无卡痕和卡介苗的接种史。原因是西藏昌都未开展卡介苗接种工作。一、感染情况调查1985年9月我们对来自西藏的100名学生,全部做了结核菌素试验,并查验了反应。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
