 采用简单的氧化还原方法,通过控制Cu和Mn物质的量之比及煅烧温度等条件合成了一系列铜锰复合氧化物。通过考察合成条件对催化剂的晶相、形貌以及催化活性的影响,从而确定最佳的工艺条件,结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等多种表征手段揭示催化剂结构和活性的关系。研究结果表明,在单一锰氧化物中,铜的掺杂促进氧物种移动,使得铜锰复合氧化物具有较低的还原温度和较强氧化还原能力,且结晶度差的无定型态同样有利于氧空穴的增加,从而有利于甲醛的催化氧化。当Cu/Mn物质的量之比为1:2、煅烧温度为300℃时制得的铜锰复合催化剂催化性能最佳,能够在90℃下完全降解甲醛。  相似文献

Improvement of the energy density and power density of the lithium-ion batteries is urgently required with the rapid development of electric vehicles and portable electronic devices. The spinel LiMn2O4 is one of the most promising cathode materials due to its low cost, nontoxicity, and improved safety compared with commercial LiCoO2. Developing nanostructured electrode materials represents one of the most attractive strategies to dramatically enhance battery performance, such as capacity, rate capability and cycling life. Currently, extensive efforts have been devoted to developing nanostructured LiMn2O4 and LiMn2O4/carbon nanocomposites to further improve the rate capability of lithium-ion batteries for high-power applications. In this paper, recent progress in developing nanostructured LiMn2O4 and LiMn2O4/carbon nanocomposites is reviewed, and the benefits to the electrochemical performance of LiMn2O4-based cathodes by using these electrode materials are also discussed.  相似文献

采用软硬双模板法制备了多级孔Mn3O4,考察了高锰酸钾热处理温度对多孔Mn3O4结构及催化性能的影响.SEM和N2吸附-脱附表征研究显示,所制备的催化材料为多级孔催化剂;XRD分析显示,当高锰酸钾热处理的温度提高到200℃,Mn3O4变为Mn5O8.催化性能研究表明:升高温度有助于所制备的催化剂催化性能提高;高锰酸钾200℃处理的催化剂显示了最好的催化氧化性能.  相似文献

In this study, a method for preparing pure manganese sulfate from low-grade ores with a granule mean size of 0.47 mm by direct acid leaching was developed. The effects of the types of leaching agents, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, and agitation rate on the leaching efficiency of manganese were investigated. We observed that sulfuric acid used as a leaching agent provides a similar leaching efficiency of manganese and superior selectivity against calcium compared to hydrochloric acid. The optimal leaching conditions in sulfuric acid media were determined; under the optimal conditions, the leaching efficiencies of Mn and Ca were 92.42% and 9.61%, respectively. Moreover, the kinetics of manganese leaching indicated that the leaching follows the diffusion-controlled model with an apparent activation energy of 12.28 kJ·mol-1. The purification conditions of the leaching solution were also discussed. The results show that manganese dioxide is a suitable oxidant of ferrous ions and sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate is an effective precipitant of heavy metals. Finally, through chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, the obtained product was determined to contain 98% of MnSO4·H2O.  相似文献

研究了在催化剂R存在下用空气直接氧化氢氧化锰制备高视密度初级化学二氧化锰的方法.该方法是在硫酸锰溶液中加入氨水后获得的锰水解物滤饼在碱性介质中进一步处理,获得的氢氧化锰在一定温度和催化剂存在下用空气直接氧化,将二价锰氧化为四价锰.研究结果表明:氢氧化锰的氧化速度很慢,获得的初级产品中二氧化锰质量分数小于66%;催化剂R能加速氢氧化锰的氧化,且在催化剂R存在下温度、氢氧化锰颗粒大小等因素对其氧化速度有影响;在催化剂R存在和优化条件下,获得了视密度为1.7~1.8和二氧化锰质量分数大于83%的初级二氧化锰.  相似文献

本文研究了阳离子表面活性剂 溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下,苯基荧光酮(PF)与锰(Ⅱ)的显色反应。研究表明在pH为12时,锰与试剂形成比为1:4的紫色络合物。络合物的最大吸收波长为605nm.在此波长下测得表观摩尔吸光系数为(1.88×105Lmol-1cm-1)。锰量在0-5ug/25ml范围内符合朗伯比尔定律。  相似文献
