In this paper, a -times integrated C-regularized cosine functions and mild a -times integrated C-existence families of second order are introduced. Equivalences are proved among a -times integrated C-regularized cosine function for a linear operator A, C-wellposed of (a + l)-times abstract Cauchy problem and mild a -times integrated C-existence family of second order for A when the commutable condition is satisfied. In addition, if A = C~1AC, they are also equivalent to A generating the a -times integrated C-regularized cosine function. The characterization of an exponentially bounded mild a -times integrated C-existence family of second order is given out in terms of a Laplace transform.  相似文献

To study the effect of ntrC gene product on the expression and regulation of other important nitrogen-fixing genes in Alcaligenes faecalis, partially ntrC-deleted mutants of A. faecalis have been generated. To start with, the ntrC gene of A. faecalis was cloned into a suicide plasmid pSUP202 to create a recombinant plasmid pSUM1. The ntrC gene in pSUM1 was then replaced by a lacZ-Kmr fragment resulted in the generation of a plasmid pSUM2. The lacZ fragment in pSUM2 was further removed and a plasmid pSUM3 produced. As a second step, the plasmid pSUM2 or pSUM3 was introduced into the wild type of A. faecalis A1501 by conjugation and two partially ntrC-deleted mutants A15CM1 (ntrC∷lacZ) and A15CM2 (ntrC-) were obtained. To understand the regulatory effect of the NtrC on the expression of nifH and nifA, a nifH-lacZ gene or a nifA-lacZ gene was introduced into the ntrC- mutant by conjugation. The results indicated that: (ⅰ) although the ntrC- mutant was nif + , its nitrogen fixation activity was only 20% that of the wild type; (ⅱ) the ntrC- mutant failed to grow on the medium containing nitrate as a sole nitrogen source; (ⅲ) the regulation of ntrC gene expression did not require its own product; (ⅳ) the expression of nifH in A . faecalis was positively regulated by the ntrC. Deletion of the ntrC resulted in the reduction of nifH expression or even totally inactivated nitrogen fixation; (ⅴ) there was no obvious influence on the expression of nifA in A. faecalis if the ntrC gene was deleted.  相似文献

This study deals with the sources of signal distortion of a piezoelectric transducer heated by measured gas flow. These signal distortions originate from both unloading of preload on a piezocrystal because of expansion of a diaphragm in the test apparatus and the pyroelectric effect of a heated piezoelectric crystal. A plastic film on the diaphragm of the transducer can effectively insulate the diaphragm and the piezocrystal within transducer from heating by gas flow, eliminating the sources of distortion. A method for evaluating the thickness of the film is proposed.  相似文献

A tiny ultrasonic motor was constructed by using a piezoelectric ceramic cylindrical rod as a vibration generator of the stator. The fabricated tiny motor has a diameter of 1 mm, a length of 5 mm and a weight of 36 mg. The resonant frequency is 32 kHz with one fixed boundary or 83 kHz with two free boundaries. Four silver electrodes were deposited on the cylindrical surface. The spacing between two adjacent electrodes was carefully designed. A method was developed for the polarization of the stator. By using the bending vibration mode of the stator, the motor shows a performance with a speed of 1800 rpm and a stalled torque of 4μNm, and can bear a high driving voltage up to 350 Vpp. The motor was used to drive an optical prism for circular scanning in an endoscopic OCT system. The tomographic images of the inner cavities of a plastic tube and a scallion were obtained, and the resolution was of the order of micrometer-scale.  相似文献

A new approach for photorealistic rendering of a class of objects at arbitrary illumination is presented. The approach of the authors relies entirely on image based rendering techniques. A scheme is utilized for re-illumination of objects based on linear combination of low dimensional image representations. The minimum rendering condition of technique of the authors is three sample images under varying illumination of a reference object and a single input image of an interested object. Important properties of this approach are its simplicity, robustness and speediness. Experimental results validate the proposed rendering approach.  相似文献

Duplex stainless steels (DSSs) used in subsea structures and desalination industries require high corrosion and erosion resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties. The newly introduced cast duplex grade ASTM A890 7A has a unique composition and is expected to have a much better resistance to corrosion and erosion compared with the super-duplex grades 5A and 6A. This work is a comparative study of the mechanical properties, corrosion, and erosion?corrosion resistance of super-duplex grades 5A and 6A and the hyper-duplex grade 7A. The three DSSs exhibited equiaxial austenite islands in the ferrite matrix and balanced phase ratios. The hardness of the grade 7A was nearly 15% higher than those of the super-duplex grades, which is attributed to the effect of the higher contents of W and Mn in 7A. The impact toughness of grade 7A was found to be lower than those of the super-duplex grades due to the carbide precipitation resulting from the partial substitution of Mo with W. The oxide layer strengthening effect of rare earth elements and the higher pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) of grade 7A resulted in higher corrosion resistance. The harder and more passive grade 7A showed a 35% lower material loss during erosion?corrosion.  相似文献

The C2 domain originally referred to the second of four constant structural motifs in protein kinase C (PKC). Now this domain represents a large structural family sharing a homologous dimensional structure in many proteins that play important roles in many organisms. The C2A domain is one of the two C2 domains of synaptotagmin I involved in the Ca^2 regulation of exocytosis. This domain is mostly composed of β-sheet except for a small fraction of α-helix, and therefore provides an ideal model for a protein folding study. In this report, the unfolding equilibrium of the C2A domain in guanidine hydrochloride (GdnHCI) containing solutions has been studied using ultraviolet (UV) difference spectrum, fluorescence spectrum, size exclusion chromatography (SEC), and circular dichroism (CD) spectrum. The results suggest that unfolding of the C2A domain occurs as a two-state process during GdnHCI titration. By examining the changes of both tertiary structure and secondary structure, no intermediates could be detected during this unfolding study. However, it has been found that the native state of the C2A domain has a large hydrophobic surface. This result suggests that as a fragment of a protein, the C2A domain itself may exist in a state with large hydrophobic surface. This hydrophobic surface may be the molecular basis for interaction between domains in the whole protein.Furthermore, the hydrophobic behavior may play a role during the oligomerization of svnaptotagmin.  相似文献

The use of genetically modified mosquitoes to reduce or replace field populations is a new strategy to control mosquito-borne diseases. The precondition of the implementation of this strategy is the ability to manipulate the genome of mosquitoes and to induce specific expression of the effector molecules driven by a suitable promoter. The objective of this study is to evaluate the expression of defensin A gene of Anopheles sinensis under the control of a vitellogenin promoter in transgenic Anopheles ste- phensi. The regulatory region of Anopheles gambiae vitellogenin was cloned and subcloned into transfer vector pSLFa consisting of an expression cassette with defensin A coding sequence. Then, the expression cassette was transferred into transformation vector pBac[3xP3-DsRedafm] using Asc I di- gestion. The recombinant plasmid DNA of pBac[3xP3DsRed-AgVgT2-DefA] and helper plasmid DNA of phsp-pBac were micro-injected into embryos of An. stephensi. The positive transgenic mosquitoes were screened by observing specific red fluorescence in the eyes of G1 larvae. Southern blot analysis showed that a single-copy transgene integrated into the genome of An. stephensi. RT-PCR analysis showed that the defensin A gene expressed specifically in fat bodies of female mosquitoes after a blood meal. Interestingly, the mRNA of defensin A is more stable compared with that of the endogenous vitellogenin gene. After multiple blood meals, the expression of defensin A appeared as a reducible and non-cycling type, a crucial feature for its anti-pathogen effect. From data above, we concluded that the regulatory function of the Vg promoter and the expression of defensin A gene were relatively con- served in different species of anopheles mosquitoes. These molecules could be used as candidates in the development of genetically modified mosquitoes.  相似文献

Mycalamides A (1a) and B (1b) are potent antiviral compounds from a New Zealand sponge of the genus Mycale. Apart from their antitumor property, mycalamide A (1a) exhibits immunosuppressive action by blocking T-cell activation in mice and is significantly more potent than FK-506 and cyclosporine A. Porous Co(OH)2 film directly grown on nickel foam is prepared by a facile hydrothermal method.The as-prepared Co(OH)2 film possesses a structure consisting of randomly porous nanoflakes with thicknesses of 20-30 nm.The capacitive behavior of the Co(OH)2 film is investigated by cyclic voltammograms and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests in 2 mol/L KOH.The porous Co(OH)2 film exhibits a high discharge capacitance of 935 F g-1 at a current density of 2 A g-1 and excellent rate capability.The specific capacitance keeps a capacitance of 589 F g-1 when the current density increases to 40 A g-1.The specific capacitance of 82.6% is maintained after 1500 cycles at 2 A g-1.  相似文献

Vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite concentrates were desulfurized with Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans (A. ferrooxidans). The sulfur content of the concentrates was reduced from 0.69wt% to 0.14wt% after bioleaching for 15 d with a 10% pulp density at 30℃. Maintaining a stable pH value during biodesulfurization was critical because of high acid consumption, resulting from a combination of nonoxidative and oxidative dissolution of pyrrhotite in acid solution. It is discovered that the citric acid-disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer of pH 2.0 can control the solution pH value smoothly in the optimal range of 2.0–3.0 for A. ferrooxidans growth. Using the buffer in the volume fraction range of 5.0%–15.0% stimulates A. ferrooxidans growth and improves the biodesulfurization efficiency. Compared with the buffer-free control case, the maximum increase of biodesulfurization rate is 29.7% using a 10.0vol% buffer. Bioleaching provides an alternative process for desulfurization of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite ores.  相似文献

A gene encoding a cysteine proteinase was isolated from senescent leave of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) cv liaomian No. 9 by utilizing rapid amplification of cDNA end spolymerase chain reaction (RACE-PCR), and a set of consensus oligonucleotide primers was designed to anneal the conserved sequences of plant cysteine protease genes. The cDNA, which designated Ghcysp gene, contained 1368 bp terminating in a poly(A)^ trail, and included a putative 5‘(98 bp) and a 3‘(235 bp) non-coding region. The opening reading frame (ORF) encodes polypeptide 344 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 37.88 kD and theoretical pl of 4.80. A comparison of the deduced amino acid sequence with the sequence in the GenBank database has shown considerable sequence similarity to a novel family of plant cysteine proteases. This putative cotton Ghcysp protein shows from 67% to 82% identity to the other plants. All of them share catalytic triad of residues, which are highly conserved in three regions. Hydropaths analysis of the amino acid sequence shows that the Ghcysp is a potential membrane protein and localizes to the vacuole, which has a transmembrane helix between resides 7-25. A characteristic feature of Ghcysp is the presence of a putative vacuole-targeting signal peptide of 19-amino acid residues at the N-terminal region. The expression of Ghcysp gene was determined using northern blot analysis. The Ghcysp mRNA levels are high in development senescent leaf but below the limit of detection in senescent root, hypocotyl, faded flower, 6 d post anthesis ovule, and young leaf.  相似文献
