通过对大颗粒流化曲线及床层高度的测试对大颗粒流化床的流化过程进行了研究结果显示,大颗粒的流态化过程是一个渐进的过程,整个流化过程可以分为:床层高度恒定、颗粒位置调整、表面颗粒运动、节涌波动和完全流化5个阶段。由于颗粒自身特性的影响,导致大颗粒流化过程中的各个特征速度(如起始鼓泡流化速度和完全流化速度)产生了有别于小颗粒流化床的特性。  相似文献

利用氢氧焰燃烧合成的纳米二氧化硅颗粒,研究了其自发团聚现象及流化过程中的二次团聚行为,考察了流化床床层压降随操作气速和温度的变化,以及颗粒表面能及热处理温度对起始流化速度的影响。结果表明:在范德华力等粘性力作用下,纳米二氧化硅颗粒形成团聚体,团聚体粒度随二氧化硅颗粒表面吸附水分的增多而增大;纳米二氧化硅颗粒在流化过程中,一次团聚体在流体力作用下进一步团聚形成二次团聚体;流化停止后二次团聚体解体,此时纳米二氧化硅的团聚行为与流化前无明显差异;热处理温度对纳米二氧化硅颗粒起始流化速度影响不大,但纳米二氧化硅颗粒的起始流化速度随颗粒表面能的减小而显著降低,而且颗粒的表面处理对床层塌落与膨胀行为具有重要影响。  相似文献

通过冷态试验,对利用流化床煅烧水泥新技术中所涉及到的大颗粒气固流化床的相关特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:大颗粒气固流化床平稳地运行在鼓泡床阶段,但较易发生节涌现象,适合浅床操作,且操作流化数较低;对流化床压降脉动的分析可知,采用具有较宽粒度分布的大颗粒物料,有利于改善流化床的流化质量。  相似文献

在56 mm的玻璃流化床中,对纳米SiO2和TiO2颗粒在不同频率和声压级声场辅助下的流化行为进行了研究。实验表明,在低频(40-60 Hz)和高声压级(高于100 dB)的声场条件下,沟流和节涌得到有效抑制,纳米颗粒形成均一稳定的聚团,实现平稳流化。随声压级升高,颗粒的最小流化速度减小,流化行为类似Geldart A类颗粒。在声场的其他条件下,纳米颗粒的流化行为与不加声场相似,无法实现稳定流化。  相似文献

设计了喷动流化床试验装置,研究了不同物料粒径和物料质量的高碳铬铁粉冷态喷动流化特性,考察了最大床层压降、最小喷动流化速度、床层空隙率与物料特性之间的变化关系。试验结果和分析计算表明,在同样条件下,高碳铬铁粉在喷动流化床中的起始静床层高度大于最大喷动床床层高度时,物料才具有典型的喷动流化特征;物料密度、物料粒径是影响喷动流化形态的主要因素;最大床层压降随物料质量、物料密度的增加而增大,随物料粒径的增加趋于增大;最小喷动流化速度均随物料质量、物料粒径的增加而增大;床层空隙率随喷动流化气体流量的增加而增大,物料质量对粗颗粒物料的床层空隙率影响较大,对细颗粒物料的床层空隙率影响较小。根据高碳铬铁粉的冷态喷动流化特性和形态变化,得出了高碳铬铁粉混合物料的喷动流化床操作相图。  相似文献

通过小波分析和R/S分形分析方法,对气固流化床内静电势波动信号进行多尺度分解,研究了信号的分形特征,建立了静电波动信号的尺度划分标准.实验结果表明,在鼓泡流化状态下,静电信号中介尺度的能量分率最高,且介尺度能量分率沿径向由内而外逐渐减小,与床内空隙率的径向变化规律一致.证实介尺度信号与气泡运动有直接的对应关系,各尺度能量分率的变化能够灵敏地指示出流化床内的流型转变,据此可对颗粒的起始流化速度以及起始湍动速度作出较准确的判断.  相似文献

From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
