We have investigated the phase equilibria in (RE)BaCuO/Ag systems, the influence of Ag on the processing of (RE)BaCuO/Ag composites and the resulting properties. YBaCuO/Ag composites have been grown by the modified melt crystallization process with YBa2Cu3O7, Y2O3, Pt and Ag2O in the precursor. The improved strength of the YBaCuO/Ag composites compared with the conventional YBaCuO bulk material permitted us to magnetize these materials to achieve trapped fields up to 16 T (at 24 K) in the gap of a mini-magnet. The investigation of the microstructure revealed a remarkable increase of the spacing between micro-cracks especially of those perpendicular to a/b-planes when 12wt% Ag was added. In the case of SmBaCuO/Ag composites, Ag has a strong influence on processing and causes interactions between RE123 seeds and the sample. We show the growth of single-grain SmBaCuO/Ag composites in air and discuss the influence of post-annealing on increasing Tc and Jc. Furthermore, YBaCuO/Ag composites have been shown to be appropriate materials used as a solder to join large single grains to large arrays or to “repair” grain boundaries in arrays grown by a multiseeding technique.  相似文献

Through the anaerobic chromatography on the columns of DEAE 52, Q-Sepharose and Sephacryl S-200, a nitrogenase MoFe protein (△nifZ Av1) was obtained from a nifZ deleted mutant of Azotobacter vinelandii (stain DJ194).The results of Western blotting after anoxic native electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE showed that △nifZ Av1 was similar to wild type MoFe protein (OP Av1) at the electrophoretic mobility, molecular weight and subunit composition. Furthermore, △nifZ Avl was also similar to OP Av1 at the molybdenum content, EPR signal (g≈4.3, 3.65 and 2.01), and the molar extinction coefficient (△ε) of circular dichroism (CD)at 660 nm region. All of these indicated that, besides having the same α2β2 composition as OP Av1, the △nifZ Av1 also contained equal amount of reductive FeMoco in the spin state of S=3/2 to OP Av1. However, the iron content and substrate (C2H2, H^ and N2)-reduction activity of △nifZ Av1 were 74% and 46%-50% of those of OP Av1, respectively. Furthermore, the △ε at around 450 nm, which reflects P-cluster in Av1, was obviously lower than that of OP Av1. It suggested that the difference between △nifZ Avl and OP Av1 resulted from P-cluster rather than FeMoco, and from the half number of P-cluster in △nifZ Av1, but the composition or redoxstate of P-cluster in △nifZ Av1 were not changed. Thus it could propose that △nifZ Av1 is composed of two different αβsubunit pairs. One is a FeMoco-and P-cluster-containing pair, and the other is a P-cluster-deficient but FeMoco-containing pair. Since the deletion of nifZ gene leads to the deficiency of only one of two P-clusters in a α2β2 tetramer, the assembly of P-cluster may not simply depend on one gene product, and so a possible mechanism of NifZ is supposed here.  相似文献

对压力容器开孔接管区进行了三维有限元分析,获得了容器筒体、接管及其连接部位的应力分布信息。结果表明:压力容器开孔接管区产生明显的应力集中,且应力集中系数随接管与筒体连接处距离的增大而快速降低,各类应力的最大值发生在接管与筒体连接处且位于接管上部位的内侧区域,是筒体失效的危险区域。  相似文献

压力容器开孔结构的应力高度集中。为精确模拟该结构的应力状况,该文提出一种三维高阶快速多极边界元法。在三维弹性力学边界元法的基础上,推导出二阶单元的基本解快速多极展开格式。该算法通过多极展开概念,大大降低了对存储量的要求,并且不损失精度。使用高阶快速多极边界元法分析含多个开孔的压力容器整体结构,所得应力结果与大规模高阶有限元法的结果吻合得很好。研究结果表明,高阶快速多极边界元法易于分析此类大规模问题,并具有很高的数值计算精度,满足工程设计的要求。  相似文献

应用ABAQUS软件建立了设置垫板的T形件螺栓连接有限元模型,变化垫板尺寸和T形件尺寸设计5个试件,分别对其在单调受拉、单调受压和往复拉压作用下的性能进行分析,并和已有试验结果进行比较.结果表明:建立的有限元模型能够很好的模拟该连接在单调拉力、单调压力和往复拉压作用下的性能,可在更大范围内调查该类型连接的性能.设置垫板的T形件连接在往复拉压作用下滞回性能稳定、滞回环饱满,在拉压方向上均能耗散能量,其耗能能力为不设置垫板的T形件连接的1.5~2倍左右;设置垫板对连接抗拉刚度和承载力等性能影响不大;随着垫板宽度增加,连接的抗压刚度和承载力均有一定程度的增加;随着T形件长度的增加,连接的拉压刚度、承载力和耗能能力均有提高.  相似文献

运用离析和显微观测的方法,对桂花枝条木质部导管分子形态特征进行了研究.研究表明:桂花1至3年生枝条具多种类型的导管分子,主要类型为环纹和孔纹导管分子;大多数导管分子具有尾状结构,一端具尾或两端具尾,无尾导管分子较少;导管分子穿孔板类型为单穿孔,大多数穿孔板倾斜31°60°;金桂与丹桂导管分子形态特征无明显差别,1至3年生枝条导管长度平均444.86μm,直径平均31.13μm,长度和直径随枝龄的增加而增大.  相似文献

采用非经典大变形弹塑性理论和相应的结构分析有限元程序对压力容器法兰密封结构元件O形环的压扁及回弹进行了分析。进而对O形环元件的反复加卸载过程中压紧力的松驰进行了分析,结果与实验吻合得很好。分析还表明所采用的方法收敛速度快且便于工程应用。  相似文献
