反相高效液相色谱法测定痕量钴和镍

在ＫＩＯ４存在下，新有机试剂２（－２－苯并噻唑偶氮）－５－磺丙氨基苯酚与Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）和Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）反应形成水溶性、紫红色１∶２配合物而被保留在Ｃ１８硅氧烷键合固定相上，用含有７．５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸铵的甲醇－丙酮－乙醇－水（２７∶１６∶５∶５２，Ｖ／Ｖ）流动相洗脱，在５２５ｎｍ处检测，Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）－和Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）－ＢＴＡＳＰＡＰ配合物在４ｍｉｎ内获得完全分离。最小检测量分别为０．２ｎｇ和０．０９ｎｇ。该方法应用于铝合金试样中钴、镍的分离测定。     

钴,镍,铜与磷酰化丙氨酸固体配合物的制备及光谱研究

研究了Ｃｕ（Ｉ）、Ｃｏ（Ｉ）、Ｎｉ（Ｉ）的Ｎ－磷酰化丙氨酸（ＤＩＰＰＡｌａ）固体配合物的制备,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、ＸＰＳ、电子光谱以及热分析等手段对配合物的结构进行了表征．研究表明,Ｃｕ与ＤＩＰＰＡｌａ的羧基形成四配位结构,而Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ则与羧基及水形成六配位结构．热分析实验表明,三种配合物的分解温度相近,但Ｃｕ配合物的分解活化能更高     

水溶性卟啉的合成及与铜（Ⅱ）显色反应的研究

合成了水溶性ｍｅｓｏ－四「４－甲基－（α－乙酰苯胺基）铵苯基」卟啉「简称Ｔ（４－ＡＭＡＰ）Ｐ」。并用分光光度法研究了它与Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）的显色反应，确立了最佳配位条件，测定了配合物的摩光吸光系数以及配合物的组成。该方法可用于中中良量铜的测定。

合成了５种本丙氨酸希夫碱地渡金属配合物Ｍｎ（Ｓａｌ－Ｐｈｅ）、Ｆｅ（Ｓａｌ－Ｐｈｅ）、Ｃｏ（Ｓａｌ－Ｐｈｅ）、Ｎｉ（Ｓａｌ－Ｐｈｅ）、Ｃｕ（Ｓａｌ－Ｐｈｅ）对配合物进行了热重－差热分析,红外光谱分析、ＸＰＳ分析,测定了配合物的金属含量（ＩＣＰ）对配合物结构进行了初步分析。

N，N′－双（8－喹啉基）和N，N′－双（2－羟基苯基）丙二酰胺金属配合物的合成及物化性质研究

合成了配体Ｎ，Ｎ’－双（８－喹啉基）丙二酰胺（ｑｍａＨ＿２），Ｎ，Ｎ’－双（２－羟基苯基）丙二酰胺（ｈｐｍａＨ＿４）及其金属配合物［Ｍ＝Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）、Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）］。并采用元素分析，’ＨＮＭＲ、ＵＶ－ｖｉｓ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、摩尔电导、熔点测定进行了化合物的结构表征对配体ｑｍａＨ＿２的金属配合物作了荧光测定。结果表明：配体ｈｐｍａＨ＿４与Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）和Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）配位时，酰胺分别非去质子化和去质子化；配体ｑｍａＨ＿２与金属离子生成类芳香性配合物。由于金属ｄ电子参与芳环π电子的共轭，表现出芳环紫外吸收峰蓝移和荧光性质，尤以Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）配合物最佳；配体ｑｍａＨ＿２与Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）配位时表现出吸氧特性，生成μ－过氧键配合物。

报导了４－氯苯甲醛甘氨酸席夫碱及其Ｃｏ（Ⅱ），Ｚｎ（Ⅱ），Ｃｏ（Ⅱ），Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）配合物的合成方法，并通过元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、核磁共振谱、摩尔电导等方法对配体及配合物进行了表征。抗菌活性试验表明，４种配合物对浅部真菌均有较强的抗菌作用。     

邻苯二胺电聚合膜中Ni的掺杂及其催化作用

采用二甲基甲酰胺、水杨醛、氨基乙酸、乙酸改性的聚邻苯二胺膜电极（ＰＯＤＢ）配合Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）,形成ＰＯＤＢｄ－Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）,ＰＯＤＢｈ－Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）,ＰＯＤＢｅ－Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）,ＰＯＤＢａ－Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）电极。红外光谱显示,Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）是由于改性物质和ＰＯＤＢ以酰胺的形式结合,从而引入更多的含孤对电子的元素,配合到ＰＯＤＢ膜中去的。在ＨＣｌ溶液中（ｐＨ＝３）,ＰＯＤＢａ－Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）的配合稳定性最好。掺杂Ｎｉ的ＰＯＤＢ对Ｏ２和抗坏血酸（Ｈ２Ａ）有电催化还原和氧化的作用。对Ｈ２Ａ的催化氧化属于平行催化机理,电极反应受Ｈ２Ａ向电极表面扩散的控制。     

同核双卟啉金属配合物的合成及其对细胞色素P450模拟

合成了Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）－Ｆｅ（Ⅲ），Ｍｎ（Ⅲ）－Ｍｎ（Ⅲ），Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）－Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）３种同核双卟啉金属配合物，用元素分析、紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、１Ｈ－核磁共振谱和顺磁共振谱等进行表征．研究了这些同核双卟啉金属配合物模拟细胞色素Ｐ４５０催化环己烷羟化作用，实验结果表明，同核双卟啉金属配合物具有较高的催化活性，其催化活性顺序为：Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）－Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）＞Ｍｎ（Ⅲ）－Ｍｎ（Ⅲ）＞Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）－Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
