电致动聚合物致动器的动态响应研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用电场型电致动聚合物--介电弹性体(DE)制作了一种圆形致动器,在交流电压和直流脉动电压驱动下,分别研究了电压波形、幅值和频率的位移响应情况.实验结果表明,当幅值和频率相同、波形不同时,DE薄膜的驱动位移相差较大,在方波、正弦波和三角波电压下,其驱动位移依次减小.随着频率的增高,驱动位移的递减速度依次增大.当电压波形相同时,位移随电压幅值的增加而增大,随频率的增高而减小,均呈非线性关系,并且直流脉动电压比交流电压的驱动过程稳定.对比双向预拉伸2×2、3×3、4×4倍的DE致动器电致动实验结果可知,预拉伸4×4倍的DE致动器所需的驱动电场强度比预拉伸2×2倍和3×3倍的DE致动器所需的驱动电场强度高,从变形过程的稳定性、响应速度以及稳定变形条件下DE致动器所能承受的频率来看,预拉伸4×4倍的DE致动器优于预拉伸2×2倍和3×3倍的DE致动器.  相似文献

为实现高密度硬盘驱动器磁头的精确定位,设计和制作了一种与不锈钢基体粘结的压电薄膜微致动器。该致动器中的锆钛酸铅多层膜元件采用溶胶凝胶技术制作而成。对该致动器进行了实验测试和有限元分析。结果表明:当采用双层膜结构时,压电微致动器的位移/驱动电压灵敏度和谐振频率分别达到了1.396μm/±20V和15.13kHz;有限元仿真结果与实测结果基本吻合。  相似文献

纳米致动器是能够以0.1~100 nm 的步距驱动或移动被控对象的各种装置或器件.根据特征尺寸分为毫米尺度以上的宏机械纳米致动器、制作在芯片上的微米尺度纳米致动器及分子尺度的纳机械致动器,它们的共同特征是可以实现纳米级精度的机械驱动和定位.该文综述了纳米致动器国内外研究状况和主要研究成果,特别对近几年出现的典型的微机械纳米致动器的驱动机理进行了分析,讨论了纳米致动器在工程实际中的应用,指出了其发展的关键技术、存在问题及未来发展前景和趋势.  相似文献

在传统的超磁致伸缩微位移致动器碟簧设计中,以预压力大小作为唯一设计指标.首先定性分析了微位移致动器的结构形式、传力机理;然后定量分析了超磁致伸缩致动器的输出特征,指出引入软性碟簧的可行性和必要性,使超磁致伸缩材料在阶跃段可获得更大的位移输出.针对不同预压应力及相关条件设计碟簧参数,通过试验证明了采用软性碟簧可以有效降低阶跃段系统等效刚度,从而改善换能系统输出.  相似文献

为了使微小型光学镜头驱动系统满足低能耗、高稳定性以及结构简单的要求,采用新型智能材料IPMC设计了一种微小型的光学镜头致动器,并对其输出力、位移及响应速度等性能进行了研究.根据直线驱动要求确定了瓣形和环形结构;通过化学还原方法制备了IPMC材料,采用激光切割技术分别制作出5种形状的环形和瓣形致动器,并对其性能进行了测试.利用有限元软件,通过等效热模型分析了致动器的基本性能,结果表明:实验测试与理论分析结果一致,误差率在10%以内;瓣形致动器的总体位移性能比环形致动器的好;在3V驱动电压下两者的位移均大于200 μm;当内圆半径为2 mm、瓣数为8时,致动器的最大位移与响应速度均最佳.  相似文献

为了适应微动隔振平台自适应控制的要求,提高系统响应速度,对隔振平台系统的执行元件——压电致动系统进行了迟滞特性分析。为避免系统各部分间迟滞量混淆,将压电致动系统分为驱动电源和致动器两部分,首先根据Maison等效电路分析了驱动电压的迟滞量,然后综合考虑压电堆和机械结构的动态特性。在对压电致动器整体动态建模的基础上得出了系统输出位移-电压的迟滞量表达式,由表达式分析了影响迟滞的六个因素及影响。为高精度压电驱动系统的设计、控制系统的优化提供了依据。  相似文献

设计、制作并分析了一种用于高密度硬盘磁头精确定位的新型压电厚膜微致动器.采用流延技术制备PMN-PZT多层膜元件,使用丝网印刷工艺制作Ag/Pd内电极,并对其进行了有限元建模和仿真.仿真结果表明,当采用4层结构的压电厚膜微致动器时,在外加电压±30 V的条件下,可以实现0.921 6 μm的悬臂自由端位移和19.638 kHz的谐振频率.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
