菌肥特性和微生物肥料标准的研究

论述了菌肥的特性，述评了现行微生物肥料标准，提出了《成品技术指标》未能全面、可靠、有效地评价、控制菌肥质量的初步见解，从而对菌肥质量管理体制提出了成立“国家肥料农药监督管理局”的建议。     

一株固氮菌的筛选、鉴定及混菌发酵制备复合型菌糠菌肥的研究

为了利用固氮菌和溶磷微生物制备复合型菌糠菌肥,从辣椒根际处采集的土样中,根据Ashby无氮琼脂平板上的菌体长势,筛选出一株固氮菌YX.经形态学、生理生化特征和系统进化分析,确定菌株YX归属于嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia).YX菌固氮量可达28.27±2.4 mg/L,溶磷量...     

西双版纳橡胶,胡椒植株上的微生物区系及部分真菌的拮抗 …

调查了西双版纳橡胶，胡椒的根，茎，叶，果各部分微生物区系状况，根部的微生物数量最多，种类最丰富，从橡胶上分离到细菌１０属，真菌６属；从胡椒上分离到细菌１６属，真菌１３属，部分真菌菌株对引起橡胶褐根病及咖啡炭疽病的病原真菌有明显拮抗作用。     

西双版纳橡胶、胡椒植株上的微生物区系及部分真菌的拮抗试验

调查了西双版纳橡胶、胡椒的根、茎、叶、果各部分微生物区系状况。根部的微生物数量最多，种类最丰富。从橡胶上分离到细菌１０属，真菌６属；从胡椒上分离到细菌１６属，真菌１３属，部分真菌菌株对引起橡胶褐根病及咖啡炭疽病的病原真菌有明显拮抗作用。     

一株解钾解磷菌株的筛选

实验分离筛选到一株既能解钾又能解磷的路德维希肠杆菌,可作微生物肥料的备选菌株。     

固氮菌在白肋烟上的应用

试验采用两种固氮菌肥与氮肥配合施用，用正交实验方法，探讨了各种肥料配比对白肋烟产量和产值的影响，结果表明：白肋烟每株施氮15g，肥力高牌菌肥2g，肥老大牌菌肥1g时能获得理想的产量和产值。     

施用生物菌肥和复合微生物肥料对玉米产量的影响

通过施用生物菌肥和复合微生物肥料对玉米产量试验表明,生物菌肥和复合微生物肥料用作底肥和追肥能使玉米产量明显提高。为进一步探索生物菌肥和复合微生物肥料对玉米产量的影响,2009年在三合镇长青村进行了试验。     

水体微生物降解生物质气化洗焦废水

污水处理系统中的微生物区系构成和数量组成是影响污染物降解的重要因素。本文对污染程度不同的生物质气化洗焦废水中微生物的种类和数量变化进行了试验分析，并对水样2的微生物进行了筛选。结果表明：不同污染程度的生物质气化洗焦废水中的微生物数量与COD值并不呈简单的线性关系；从水样2中分离得到4株优势降解菌，其混合菌的降解效果好于单一菌株。     

植酸酶分泌型酵母工程菌的构建

通过逆转录PCR从无花果曲霉总RNA中扩增出1.4-kb带信号肽的植酸酶基因，将其克隆到穿梭表示载体pYES2，构建了含有目的的基因的重组质粒pYPA1.用pYPA1转化酿酒酵母INVSc1菌株，成功地构建了能分泌活性植酸酶的工程菌株。该菌株的成功构建为饲料和食品添加剂以及解磷工程菌肥的开发奠定了基础。     

硅酸盐细菌JF88菌选育的研究

笔者分离到硅酸盐细菌JF88菌株，经鉴定为邻单胞菌属，用四苯硼钠比浊法对该萝株的解钾能力进行测定，结果为实验组水溶性钾含量比对照组增加30．5％，用磷钼比色法对该菌的解磷能力进行测定，结果为JF88菌株的解磷能力是美国菌肥商品生产菌种MB1的15．79倍，用直接记数法测得JF88菌株的生长繁殖速度超过MB1。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
