高分辨率遥感图像分类是当前一个研究热点,基于深度卷积网络和全连接条件随机场的高分辨率遥感图像分类模型(Deeplab),因其高效精准的分类性能被广泛应用于该研究领域,但Deeplab模型存在空洞卷积核对高分辨率遥感图像的信息利用率不足、限制分类精度进一步提高的问题。本文提出一种基于密集连接的轻量级高分辨率遥感图像分类模型Dspp,采用密集卷积网络连接结构,将Deeplab的空洞卷积金字塔结构替换成密集连接结构,以提高信息利用率且增强模型的泛化能力,并与当前经典的FCN、FCN8S、Deeplab分类网络模型进行实验对比。结果表明,Dspp模型相较于FCN模型、FCN-8S模型和Deeplab模型的整体精度分别提高16.8、11.7和7.7个百分点,验证了本模型的有效性。  相似文献

为解决现有的篡改检测算法难以提取图像篡改边缘特征、篡改区域定位精度较低问题,提出一种改进的DeepLabv3+同图复制篡改检测算法。该算法在DeepLabv3+网络中引入双重注意力机制模块,用于捕捉上下文信息,以提高模型对篡改区域的适应性;采用残差细化模块对预测掩膜进一步优化,以增强模型对篡改边界的敏感性;使用一种新的混合损失函数用于模型训练,以利于模型在像素级和图像级中学习篡改图像与对应真实掩膜之间的映射关系。实验结果表明,改进的DeepLabv3+同图复制篡改检测算法,在COPYMOVE_NIST和COPYMOVE_COCO数据集上的3个评价指标均高于FCN、U-Net及DeepLabv3+算法,检测精度分别达到0.929和0.895,能够有效地提取图像篡改边缘特征,解决边缘像素漏检和误检问题。  相似文献

针对当前显著性检测算法在检测图像目标边界时,由于轮廓信息不能够及时有效地被利用,导致检测目标效果差的问题,提出一种结合轮廓特征信息的显著性检测算法。该算法以深度残差网络的编解码结构为基础,在自下而上的路径中,首先引用一种融合方式交换轮廓特征与显著特征之间信息的单元模块,然后采用递归结构加强融合进行优化,提升轮廓信息的利用率。最后在此基础上,通过特征提取模块从分阶段的网络模型中提取出最有价值的上层特征,并且与真值图进行监督学习,以生成最优的边界预测。在DUT-OMRON、ECSSD等公开数据集上进行实验,结果表明,相对ITSD、F3Net等算法,该算法能够明显提高检测目标边界的精准度。  相似文献

针对现有目标检测算法在自动驾驶等领域的车辆目标检测中存在检测精度不高,实时性和鲁棒性较差等问题,本文提出一种基于YOLOv5的车辆目标检测方法.本文在YOLOv5s网络模型框架下,引入一次性聚合(OSA)模块优化主干网络结构,提升网络特征提取能力;并采用非局部注意力机制进行特征增强;同时利用加权非极大值抑制方法实现检测框筛选.实验结果表明,在自制车辆检测数据集上,改进网络模型与原YOLOv5s模型相比,平均准确率均值(mAP)提升3%,不同目标类检测的平均准确率(AP)均得到提升,且检测速度满足实时性要求,对于密集车辆和不同光照条件下均能较好实现车辆目标检测.  相似文献

针对机器人抓取检测任务中对未知物体抓取检测精度低的问题,本文提出了一种多模态深度神经抓取检测模型。首先,在RGB和深度两个通道中引入残差模块以进一步提升网络的特征提取能力。接着,引入多模态特征融合模块进行特征融合。最终通过全连接层回归融合特征以得到最佳抓取检测结果。实验结果表明,在Cornell抓取数据集上,本文方法的图像拆分检测精度达到95.7%,对象拆分检测精度达到94.6%。此外,本文还通过消融实验证明了引入残差模块可以提高网络抓取检测性能。  相似文献

基于卷积神经网络的人群计数方法促使人群计数精度取得了显著提高. 然而,密集人群中的人头尺度变化与复杂环境干扰仍是影响网络计数精度的主要因素. 本文提出了一种基于局部-全局双分支网络对密集人群计数. 局部分支主要由尺度感知特征提取模块实现,以建模密集人群中人头的尺度变化. 全局分支主要由位置感知注意力模块实现,以增强网络对人群与背景之间的判别力. 提取到的局部特征与全局特征会送入特征融合分支处理,回归人群密度图. 本文方法在3个常用的人群计数数据集与一个遥感目标计数数据集上进行了实验. 定量与定性结果表明了本文方法的有效性.   相似文献

为解决图像低级特征不能够均匀进行显著目标检测的问题,将高层先验语义和低级特征进行结合,提出一种新颖的基于高层先验语义的显著目标检测算法模型。利用深度卷积神经网络对输入图像以及显式显著性先验信息分别进行语义分割提取,得到显式显著性检测图;通过将图像中隐含的先验显著性特征与显著性值进行映射得到训练模型计算隐式显著性图;将显式显著性检测图和隐式显著性检测图进行自适应融合,形成均匀覆盖显著目标像素的精确显著检测图。为验证算法模型的有效性,将算法在具有挑战性的ECSSD和DUT-OMRON图像数据集进行实验仿真,实验结果表明,该算法的显著目标检测效果较其他方法有较为显著的提升。  相似文献

提出了一种用于复杂场景的基于目标熵的特征引导网络显著目标检测方法。首先提出多层密集连接的特征引导网络模型,实现了特征深度学习使前景和背景区域更加清晰,并抑制具有“突出”外观的非显著区域。为给不同的外观显著区域分配前景标签,在每个抽象层次上使用多尺度特征提取模块来获取多尺度的上下文信息,进一步挖掘了图像信息。另外设计了一个目标熵损失函数,有效提升了模型的收敛效果。最后在多个复杂场景数据集上的实验结果显示提出的方法的平均F-measure,加权F-measure,E-measure比现有最好的方法平均提升了0.082,0.079,0.041,而MAE则下降了0.015。实验结果说明了显著目标检测精度明显优于其他方法,而且该方法在复杂场景下的具有更好的检测效果以及更小的计算复杂度。  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
