论篮球运动有氧和无氧训练的强度

为推动科学化训练的进程,本文结合现代篮球运动比赛的对抗特点及训练实践,运用生理生化学理论,对篮球有氧和无氧训练强度阈值的选择和确定作一论述,其目的在于进一步提高有氧训练和无氧训练的强度和质量.     

青少年中跑运动员基础期全面训练探讨

对１４名（男女各７名）青少年中跑运动员基础期训练中如何有效地进行全面训练作了探讨．在训练内容的选择上，有速度、力量、有氧耐力、无氧耐力、柔韧性等素质训练和专项训练．在量的分配上，素质（不包括无氧耐力）与专项之比为９：１．速度、力量、有氧耐力之比为１：１．２：２．６．在全面发展身体素质中突出有氧耐力训练．利用各身体素质之间有着良好的相互促进作用的特性，使身体素质得到全面提高．经两年基础期全面训练的１４名中跑运动员其速度、力量、有氧耐力、无氧耐力、专项成绩以及基础心率、肺活量、ＰＷＣ１７０、ＶＯ２ｍａｘ等生理指标测定结果证实，全面训练方案是正确、可行的．     

有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生体质的影响

以南京农业大学部分肥胖女大学生(BMI≥30)为对象,通过8周有氧健身操的训练,以身体形态、生理机能和身体素质等为评价指标,探讨有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生生理功能的影响。结果证明:有氧健身操运动可使肥胖女大学生的身体成分发生明显变化,身体素质、心肺功能得到明显提高。建议这些学生长期坚持有氧健身操的训练,并接受有效的心理疏导。     

对提高足球专项运动员有氧耐力的探讨

本文通过对影响足球运动员有氧耐力的分析,指出影响足球运动员有氧耐力的生理因素主要有:1、肺泡通气量及呼吸肌抗疲劳的能力2、红细胞的数量及机能稳定性3、心肌射血及抗疲劳的能力4、运动肌肉的氧弥散和氧利用能力。在此基础上根据足球有氧耐力的特点提出了一系列足球有氧耐力训练的方法与建议。     

从“适应理论”分析男子中长跑有氧与无氧训练

采用文献资料、对比等方法，对我国男子中长跑现状进行调查分析．从适应理论视角分析，现代中长跑有氧训练应与速度力量、技术训练相结合，提高速度素质．应在大强度训练与频繁赛事之间增大有氧训练比例，以良好竞技状态完成无氧训练，从刺激、恢复两个方面提高训练质量．     

赛艇运动员有氧乳酸阈和无氧乳酸阈的测试与应用

为了提高江苏女子赛艇运动员有氧训练的科学化程度,运用赛艇运动员有氧训练中的血乳酸值及其对应的心率指标,来使运动员的有氧训练从原有凭经验的训练,提高到现在以指标为客观依据进行定性定量训练,提出了：1）赛艇运动员有氧乳酸阂和无氧乳酸阂的测定;2）赛艇运动员有氧水平的评定;3）有氧乳酸阈心率和无氧乳酸阈心率的应用,使得我们运动员有氧能力有了科学依据。     

有氧耐力训练对多次大强度短距离跑的成绩影响

一些研究证据表明有氧耐力训练可提高体育运动项目中多次大强度短距离跑运动成绩,当前,对这两者之间关系的基础理论研究受到关注,但缺少直接的证据。尽管进行多年的研究,但由于研究的方法及对数据的分析存在差异,对有氧耐力训练提高体育运动项目中多次大强度短距离跑运动成绩生理上的认识仍存在不足,有待于进一步研究。

通过教学实验法探讨有氧健身操对大学女生健身效果的影响．结果表明，有氧健身操的动作结构和负荷强度适合女生的生理和心理特点，坚持长期锻炼，可以有效地改善女生的身体形态、提高生理机能能力和运动素质水平．

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
