Sterile and semi-fertile F_1 plants were obtained by intergeneric sexual hybridization between paternal Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra (genome CC, 2n=18) and maternal Sinapis alba (genome SS, 2n=24), BC_1 plants were obtained by backcrossing between paternal B. oleracea and ma-ternal semi-fertile F_1 plants. Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) combined with dual-colour fluorescence in situ hybridization (dcFISH) showed that sterile F_1 plants contained 21 chromosomes consist-ing of one B. oleracea chromosome set and one S. alba chromosome set, belonging to expected hybrids, and semi-fertile F_1 plants contained 30 chromosomes consisting of two B. oleracea chromosome sets and one S. alba chromosome set. It is obvious that the semi-fertile F_1 plants belong to unexpected hybrids. 1―3 trivalents were detected at meiotic metaphase I of semi-fertile F_1 pollen mother cells (PMCs). Different separation ratios of S chromosomes were detected at anaphase I. A monosomic alien addition line (MAAL) was identified by GISH-dcFISH from BC_1 plants; it contained 19 chromosomes consisting of 18 C chromosomes and 1 S chromosome. At meiotic metaphase I, 9 divalents from B. oleracea and one univalent from S. alba could be detected. Sometimes, one putative C-S trivalent could also be detected. The achievement of B. oleracea-S. alba monosomic alien addition lines lays a foundation for gene introgression, location and cloning.  相似文献

Petroleum contamination in terrestrial environments caused by industrial activities is a significant problem that has received considerable attention. Carbon and nitrogen isotopic compositions (δ13C and δ15N) effectively describe the behavior of plants and soils under petroleum contamination stress. To better understand plant and soil responses to petroleum-contaminated soil, δ13C and δ15N values of the plants (Trifolium repens, Leguminosae with C3 photosynthesis pathway, and Agropyron cristatum with C4 photosynthesis pathway) and the soil samples under one-month exposure to different extents of petroleum contamination were measured. The results showed that petroleum contamination in the soil induced the soil δ15N values to increase and δ13C values to decrease; from 1.9‰ to 3.2‰ and from ?23.6‰ to ?26.8‰, respectively. However, the δ13C values of Agropyron cristatum decreased from ?29.8‰ to ?31.6‰, and the δ13C values of Trifolium repens remained relatively stable from ?12.6‰ to ?13.1‰, indicating that they have different coping strategies under petroleum-contaminated soil conditions. Moreover, the δ15N values of Trifolium repens decreased from 5.6‰ to 0.8‰ near the air δ15N values under petroleum-contaminated soil, which implies that their nitrogen fixation system works to reduce soil petroleum stress. The δ13C and δ15N values of Agropyron cristatum and Trifolium repens reflect changes in the metabolic system when they confront stressful environments. Therefore, stable isotopic compositions are useful proxies for monitoring petroleum-contaminated soil and evaluating the response of plants to petroleum contamination stress.  相似文献

For the first time, a novel material of La1-x^-TexMnO3 (x = 0.04, 0.1), in which the La ions are replaced by the nonmetal element Te in the Chalcogen, has been synthesized. The material has a rhombohedral lattice with the space group of R 3^- c, and Te ions have a tetravalence state. The curves of the resistivity vs. temperature indicate that this material has the property of a metal-semiconductor transition and the colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) effect. The maximum magnetoreistance ratio MR= [p(0) - p(H)]/p(0) is about 51% at 4 T for x = 0.1. Besides, a spin-glass behavior at low magnetic fields is observed in this compound.  相似文献

Cp2Yb·2THF reacts with CpNa in 1:1 molar ratio in THF at 40℃ for 2 h, and the in situ generated anionic divalent complex NaYbCp3(THF)n reacts further with an excess of CpH at 40℃ for 48h, after work-up, affording the trivalent anionic ytterbium complex[Na(THF)2(μ2-η^5-Cp) (η^5, η^5,η^1-Cp3Yb)(THF)]n:(1) by oxidation reaction of Cp2Yb with CpH. Crystal structure determination reveals that complex 1 has one-dimension polymeric chains of distinct Na(THF)2(μ2-η^5-Cp) (η^5, η^5,η^1-Cp3Yb)(THF) units, which were formed by the coordination of the bridging Cp ligand with Cp3Yb'THF and Na(THF)2 in η^5,η^5 mode via self-assembly.  相似文献
