目的:探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)辅助治疗鼻咽纤维血管瘤的护理。方法:回顾性总结了本科1997年~2008年以实施DSA检查及栓塞肿瘤供血的25例鼻咽纤维血管瘤患者的护理经验。结果:25例均一次性造影、栓塞成功。结论:数字减影血管造影辅助治疗鼻咽纤维血管瘤可大大降低手术危险性及术后复发率,减轻病人的痛苦,护理人员应具备相关新业务,新技术的护理知识。  相似文献

目的探讨经鼻内镜治疗鼻咽纤维血管瘤的围手术期护理.方法对采用技术动脉插管造影栓塞配合手术治疗鼻咽纤维血管瘤的护理进行回顾性总结.结果27例均一次造影栓塞成功, 27例好转出院.结论数字减影血管造影治疗鼻咽纤维血管瘤可大大降低手术危险性及术后复发率,减轻病人的痛苦,护理人员应具备相关业务的护理知识.  相似文献

数字减影脑血管造影术是各种脑血管疾病的最具诊断价值的影像学检查手段,目前已广泛运用于临床。但该方法系一种有创检查,病人有可能出现某些并发症。因此高质量的围检查期护理是保障脑血管造影术的顺利进行及病人安全的重要环节。笔者对本院近年来行脑血管造影检查的病人的护理体会总结如下。1临床资料自1997年9月至2004年6月间本院共收治病人55例,全部采用在局麻下经股动脉穿刺插管途径脑血管造影,其中男性34例,女性21例,年龄15~72岁,平均36岁。脑血管造影检查结果见脑血管管畸形22例,脑动脉瘤16例,其他病变(颅内肿瘤)6例,未发现异常11例…  相似文献

观察3D重建技术用于脑动脉瘤介入术患者的实际效果,探讨该影像学诊断方案的临床应用价值。选择2016年4月至2017年3月甘肃省定西市人民医院收治的98例采用数字减影血管造影术(DSA)进行脑血管检查的住院患者,均行3D重建(3D-DSA)及常规二维血管造影术(2D-DSA),对两种检查手段的诊断准确率及显示情况进行比较分析。98例患者中72例最终确诊为脑动脉瘤,其中采用2D-DSA检查出脑动脉瘤62例,3D-DSA检查出脑动脉瘤71例,两种检查手段在假阳性率方面无统计学差异(P0.05),但在假阴性率方面存在统计学差异,3DDSA的假阴性率显著低于2D-DSA(P0.05)。此外,3D-DSA的成像清晰度明显高于2D-DSA,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3D重建技术用于脑动脉瘤介入术的术前诊断较少出现漏诊,且成像更为清晰,能够显示复杂的血管结构,对介入治疗有更高的指导意义,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的总结数字减影血管造影(DSA)导向下经皮腰椎间盘切吸术(PLD)联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理经验。方法回顾80例DSA导向下PLD联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症术前、术中及术后护理方法。结果手术成功80例,无一严重并发症,疗效优良率为91.25%。结论DSA导向下PLD联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理配合,保证了治疗与康复的顺利进行。  相似文献

以血管截面图像的二值重建作为研究对象,着重讨论了基于代数重建方法(Algebraic Recon-struction Technique,ART)下的算法实现问题,主要内容包括提高重建速率及改善重建质量,即简化ART权因子,缩短算法迭代时间;利用被重建对象为二值的先验特点,对重建结果加以后处理,模拟实验结果证明,这种方法应用于旋转DSA(数字减影血管造影术)的心血管重建中,在保证质量的前提下,可以极大地降低所需投影的个数。  相似文献

目的 :探讨脑动静脉畸形 (AVM)血管内栓塞治疗的疗效。方法 :2 0例脑AVM患者 ,行数字减影全脑血管造影 (DSA)后 ,采用Magic - 1 8F ,1,5F或MP 1 2F微导管系与α -氰基丙烯酸正丁酯 (NBCA)栓塞剂 ,进行血管内栓塞治疗 ,其中 6例栓塞后行γ -刀治疗。结果 :全部病人手术过程顺利 ,疗效满意。栓塞达 70 %以上 8例 ,70 %以下 12例。 1例发生短暂的血管痉挛 ,无出血等并发症和死亡发生。术后随访 ,全组临床症状均明显改善。结论 :血管内栓塞治疗脑AVM可提高治愈率 ,降低并发症和病死率 ,是一种安全而有效的治疗手段  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
