硅胶负载铂催化剂催化合成环己基甲基二氯硅烷   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在硅胶负载铂催化剂的催化作用下,以甲基二氯氢硅烷(DCMS)和环己烯为原料,通过硅氢加成催化合成了环己基甲基二氯硅烷(CMCS),采用红外光谱和色质联机等分析测试手段对产品进行了结构表征并逐一归属.考察了原料配比、催化剂的用量、催化剂的重复使用性能、反应温度、反应时问等因素对产品收率的影响.结果表明,合成环已基甲基:氯硅烷的最佳工艺条件为:取环己烯0.1 mol,n(环己烯):n(DCMS)=1.0:1.1(摩尔比),催化剂的崩量1.0 g,反应压力1.0 MPa,反应温度80~90℃,反应时间为5.0 h,在上述反应条件下,环己基甲基二氯硅烷(CMCS)产率可达92.0%,产品质量分数为99.2%.  相似文献

采用并流沉淀法制备纳米Ru-Zn催化剂,并考察了反应温度和预处理等反应条件对Ru-Zn催化剂催化苯选择性加氢制环己烯性能的影响.结果表明,制备的Ru-Zn催化剂Zn与Ru的物质的量比为0.15,催化剂粒径集中分布在3.4 nm,比表面积为56 m~2/g. Ru主要以金属Ru存在,Zn主要以ZnO或Zn(OH)_2存在.随反应温度的升高,Ru-Zn催化剂的活性逐渐升高,环己烯的选择性先升高后降低. Ru-Zn催化剂催化苯选择加氢制环己烯的最佳温度为140℃.反应物苯的反应级数为1,苯选择加氢反应的活化能为65.20 kJ/mol.随预处理时间的增加,Ru-Zn催化剂的活性先逐渐降低后升高,环己烯选择性先升高后降低.预处理12 h的Ru-Zn催化剂表面最适宜生成环己烯,环己烯收率达到了56.4%.而且Ru-Zn催化剂具有良好的重复使用性能和稳定性.  相似文献

在以丙酮为溶剂、以V2O5/SiO2为催化剂、8-羟基喹啉为助剂的催化条件下,以过氧化氢水溶液为氧化剂,对环己烯催化氧化制备环己烯酮的催化反应体系进行了研究。考察了V2O5的负载量以及8-羟基喹啉的用量及反应温度对环己烯氧化反应的影响,发现适当的负载量有利于V2O5催化性能的提高。结果表明,当V2O5负载量(质量分数)为5%、催化剂的量和8-羟基喹啉的质量相等、反应温度为30℃时环己烯的转化率和环己烯酮的选择性较好。这源于V2O5高度分散于SiO2载体上,增大了活性组分V2O5的表面积,从而增加了其活性中心的个数及活性组分与反应物的接触面积,从而增加了催化活性。  相似文献

以分子筛 -5 A(简称 MST-5 A)负载 1 2 -钨硅酸作催化剂 ,对环己醇脱水生成环己烯的反应进行了研究。并采用差热分析、红外光谱等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明 MST-5 A负载了 1 2 -钨硅酸后 ,催化剂的稳定性及对环己醇脱水反应的催化活性都有了明显的提高。适宜的反应条件是 :环己醇 2 1 m L,催化剂 2 g,反应温度 1 75℃ ,反应时间 45 -5 5 min。环己烯的产率 95 .1 %。  相似文献

以环己烯为原料,在微反应器中将环氧化反应与水解反应串联制备1,2-环己二醇。实验发现,环氧化反应采用双氧水/甲酸体系,而皂化反应采用Na OH催化开环产物水解。在环氧化反应中,当选用HCOOH作为载氧体,n(环己烯)∶n(双氧水)∶n(HCOOH)=1∶2∶8,40℃下在微反应器中反应5 min;在皂化反应中,n(环己烯)∶n(Na OH)为1∶1.5,70℃下反应10 min,所得到的1,2-环己二醇的产率高达98.1%。  相似文献

以环己烯与乙酸为原料,在大孔苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂D006的催化下,通过烯烃酯化反应合成乙酸环己酯。对合成条件进行优化,并考察了树脂催化剂的稳定性。得到较佳的工艺条件为:n(环己烯):n(乙酸)=1:3,反应温度90℃,树脂用量2%(相对于环己烯和乙酸总质量),反应时间5h,搅拌速率300r/min,环己烯转化率94.5%,乙酸环己酯收率83%。催化剂连续使用10次,乙酸环己酯选择性维持在94%左右。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
