不同脱墨方式对二次纤维孔隙结构和结晶性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用X射线衍射和等温氮吸附法研究了废旧新闻纸(ONP)在不同脱墨方式下孔隙结构和结晶性能的变化,并运用分形理论对纤维的孔隙结构进行了分析.等温氮吸附实验发现,ONP浆经过中性、碱法和酶法脱墨后,其BET比表面积、BJH孔容及BJH平均孔径变化不大.分形分析发现,脱墨前后纤维的分形维数相近,说明三种脱墨方式对纤维的孔隙结构影响较小. X射线衍射实验发现ONP浆经过中性、碱法和酶法脱墨后,结晶度下降,碱法脱墨浆纤维结晶度下降最大,达12.24%,中性脱墨浆下降6.12%,酶法脱墨浆下降最少仅0.77%.研究中还发现,经过脱墨后,纤维的保水值有所增大,其中碱法脱墨浆纤维增加最大,中性脱墨浆次之,酶法脱墨浆最小.  相似文献

The enzymatic deinking and fiber modification of old newsprint (ONP) with several cellulases and xylanase were investigated and the suitable enzyme candidates were selected for ONP deinking in this paper. The results demonstrated that the cellulases and hemicellulases could significantly improve the deinking efficiency and fiber modification.Moreover, the synergistic effects of Novozym342 and xylanase (HC) can further enhance the deinking performance, reduce the dirt count and improve the brightness of resulting pulp. Additionally, compared to deinked pulps, obtained from conventional chemical materials, enzymatically deinked pulps had better bleachability, and the brightness of the bleached pulp reached 59.1% ISO, 9% ISO higher than the unbleached pulp.  相似文献

不同培养方式对白腐菌降解染料体系抑杂菌效果的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了非灭菌环境白腐菌降解染料体系的抑菌方法。采用3种不同碳氮摩尔比液体培养基。试验结果表明,当采用白腐菌孢子作为种子在非灭菌环境进行培养时,3种碳氮摩尔比液体培养基在培养2 d后全部感染酵母菌,使体系失去降解染料能力;而采用先灭菌环境培养后非灭菌环境脱色的方法却获得了较好的脱色效果,3种液体培养基中的白腐菌对染料的脱色率均在70%以上,与灭菌环境得到的结果基本相当。因此,当采用白腐菌孢子作为种子进行培养时,只有采用灭菌环境培养的方法,才能使白腐菌在非灭菌环境具有较高的降解染料的能力。  相似文献

就白腐真菌漆酶对环境中几种常见的有毒污染物的降解效果进行了研究.结果表明:白腐真菌漆酶能够很好地催化氧化芳胺类及其衍牛物,当控制苯胺浓度<800 mg/L、邻苯二胺浓度<150 mg/L时,白腐真菌漆酶对苯胺、邻苯二胺的降解率均可达90%、100%;白腐真菌漆酶对硝基苯类化合物的降解效果不明显,当控制其浓度<150mg/L,对硝基苯化合物的降解率可达80%.  相似文献

研究了Mn^2+对白腐菌(Phanerochanete chrysosporium)产生的过氧化物酶(MnP和LiP)活力的影响及胞内外酶在氯代酚化合物降解过程中的作用。结果表明:Mn^2+对MnP和LiP的活力有显著影响;白腐菌对相对分子质量低的有机化合物的降解主要在细胞内依靠胞内酶的作用进行,而胞外酶加快了降解速率;两种胞外酶MnP和LiP在降解过程中所起的作用不同,MnP起主要作用,LiP起次要作用。白腐茵对酚类化合物的基质亲和性较活性污泥低,适宜于高浓有机废水的预处理;白腐茵对毒性的忍受能力与活性污泥微生物相似,但处理方式和条件的改变可以提高其毒性忍受能力。  相似文献

采用纤维素酶对废书刊纸进行了脱墨探索,实验结果表明,酶法脱墨较佳的工艺条件为pH 5~6、浆料浓度5.5%、酶用量0.1%~0.15%、处理时间40min~50min、处理温度50℃~60℃。同时,酶法脱墨还能改善浆料的物理强度,提高其可漂白性。  相似文献

废纸脱墨产新闻纸系统中热分散的结垢会较大地影响设备生产效率、能耗和产品质量,为了对热分散系统的垢物进行有效控制,对热分散系统垢物进行采样,用热解气质联用色谱(Py-GC/MS)、红外光谱(IR)、离子色谱(IC)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法研究垢物的化学成分,并分析了有机垢、无机垢的形成原因。研究表明:脱墨线垢物以钙垢和硅垢等无机垢为主,其中SiO2质量分数为35.2%,CaSiO3质量分数为21.2%,CaCO3质量分数为11.2%;热分散盘齿有机胶黏垢来源于废纸原料,或由系统白水回用将施胶部胶黏物带入。加强废纸原料的筛选与洗涤是控制垢物生成的根本,此外,在不影响成纸质量的情况下尽量减少化学品的添加量。  相似文献

本文对不同浓度纸浆在不同的超声波脱墨时间下进行脱墨.同时采用浮选法脱墨,比较所得再生纸的关键性特性白度、色度等.研究结果发现:纸浆浓度5%,超声波脱墨时间4 0min时再生纸白度最好;纸浆浓度5%,超声波脱墨时间20min时黄色色度最低.相同的脱墨条件下,得纸率按浓度的递增而呈上升趋势.  相似文献
