含3-芳基吡唑的饶丹宁衍生物的合成及抗菌活性评价

目的设计合成一系列含芳基吡唑的饶丹宁衍生物,用于抗菌活性的筛选。方法以盐酸氨基脲和不同取代的苯乙酮为起始原料,经亲核取代消除反应、维尔斯迈尔—哈克反应和缩合反应,得到了12个的3-芳基吡唑缩饶丹宁衍生物。采用连续稀释法评价12个化合物对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的抑制活性。结果所合成化合物对革兰氏阴性菌未见抑制活性,部分化合物对革兰氏阳性菌显示出一定的抗菌活性,其中化合物3j对金黄色葡萄球菌(CMCC(B)26003)的抑菌活性MIC值达到32μg/mL。结论本研究合成的3-芳基吡唑缩饶丹宁衍生物对革兰氏阳性菌具有较弱的抑制活性,虽然活性强度未能达到预期目的,但该研究进一步丰富了饶丹宁类衍生物的抗菌构效关系,为新的抗菌活性化合物乃至候选药物的发现奠定了基础。     

绕丹宁衍生物的合成方法和生物活性研究

通过优化绕丹宁及其衍生物的合成路线,合成一系列绕丹宁衍生物,并研究其生物活性.以双羧甲基三硫代碳酸盐为原料,在水做溶剂的条件下与相应的胺反应,生成绕丹宁环,然后再与不同取代基的醛脱水缩合得到目标化合物.其结构经核磁共振谱等表征且同时进行抑菌活性测定.目标化合物5a,5c,5d对革兰氏阳性菌具有较好的抑菌活性,目标化合物5a,5b,5c,5d,5l,5n对革兰氏阴性菌具有较好的抑菌活性.该合成方法可用于合成绕丹宁类CFTR抑制剂.     

7β-(1-芳基-5-甲基-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲酰胺基)-3-(2-芳胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑-5-硫亚甲基)头孢菌素衍生物的半合成和抗菌活性

通过2－芳胺基－1，3，4－噻二唑－5－硫醇1a,1b和头孢菌素母体7－ACA的亲核取代反应，先制得头孢菌素新母体1a,1b,用1－芳基－5－甲基－1，2，3－三唑－4－甲酰氯3a,3b与2a,2b缩合，制得头孢菌素新衍生物4a,4b。初步体外抗菌试验结果表明，所合成的头孢菌素衍生物4a,4b对革兰氏阳性菌显示出中等程度的抑制活性。     

新型含联苯基的多氟代吡唑衍生物的合成及Aurora激酶A抑制活性测试

结构多样性和生物活性多样性的吡唑类衍生物成为药物研究的一类重要化合物.该文以2,4-二氟联苯为原料,经傅-克酰基化、缩合、环化等反应步骤,合成了新型含联苯基的多氟代吡唑衍生物4a ～ 4f ,其结构用红外光谱(IR)、高分辨质谱(HRMS-ESI)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)进行了表征.测试了目标化合物对Aurora激酶A的抑制活性,初步的测试结果表明,目标化合物对Aurora 激酶A的抑制活性较弱.     

5′-脱氧-5′-取代嘧啶氨基核苷类似物的合成及抗肿瘤活性

通过微波促进的一锅法反应合成了一系列C-5′羟基取代的嘧啶基核苷类衍生物,化合物结构经NMR和HRMS等表征.利用MTT法研究了合成化合物的抗肿瘤活性,二甲氨基修饰的嘧啶基5-甲基尿苷衍生物3a和肌苷衍生物4a显示了好的活性,IC50值分别为10.73和10.99μmol/L.而合成的其他核苷类衍生物在测试的细胞株中没有活性,说明环状氨基修饰的嘧啶基显著降低合成的核苷类衍生物的活性.     

5-去氢枞基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫醇的微波合成及抗菌活性

以去氢枞酸为原料,经酰化后与水合肼反应合成去氢枞酸酰肼.在微波辐照下,去氢枞酸酰肼与二硫化碳在碱性条件下环合制得5-去氢枞基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫醇.通过元素分析、IR、MS、1H NMR和13C NMR对所合成化合物进行了结构表征.体外抗菌活性测试结果表明,该化合物对革兰氏阳性菌-金黄色葡萄球菌、革兰氏阴性菌-大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌均有较强的抗菌活性,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为4,8和4/μg/mL.     

巴东冬凌草的抗菌活性研究

对产自巴东的冬凌草鲜叶的水提物进行了抗菌活性研究,以平板菌落计数法进行了抑菌实验.结果表明:巴东冬凌草鲜叶的水提物具有广谱的抗菌活性,对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均有抑制作用,对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性要比对革兰氏阴性菌的高;对枯草芽孢杆菌和绿脓杆菌具有杀灭作用.     

5-芳基-7-三氟甲基吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶类化合物的合成

吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶类化合物与嘌呤结构非常类似.大量研究表明这类化合物具有广泛的生物活性及药理活性.实验合成了三个7-三氟甲基-5-芳基吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶类化合物(5a,5b和7).乙氧基甲叉基氰乙酸乙酯(1)与水合肼在乙醇中回流反应制备了中间体5-氨基-1H-吡唑-4-羧酸乙酯(2);取代苯乙酮(3)与三氟乙酸乙酯缩合反应得到1-取代苯基-4,4,4-三氟丁二酮(4);然后,化合物2与化合物4在乙酸回流条件下反应得到5-(4-取代苯基)-7-三氟甲基吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-3-羧酸乙酯(5a,5b),5a经过NBS溴代、最后溴代中间体与吗啉反应制备目标产物7.其结构经核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱进行了表征.     

苯基吡唑缩单胺类席夫碱衍生物的合成和电化学、光物理性能

为寻找更好的苯基吡唑类席夫碱衍生物的发光材料,以苯基吡唑为结构母体设计合成了6种苯基吡唑缩单胺类席夫碱系列衍生物.通过IR,~1H NMR,MS和元素分析等对这6种目标产物进行了表征,其中1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基-苯基)-5-[(2-羟基亚苄基)-氨基]-1H-吡唑-3-甲腈,即APY(PhOH)的结构进一步通过单晶衍射确证,并测试了其紫外、荧光光谱,探讨了其电化学性质和光物理性能.结果表明:6种苯基吡唑缩单胺类席夫碱衍生物的结构与设计相符,具有有效的共轭结构与发光效能,是良好的发光材料,为设计合成具有优良发光性能的共轭型有机发光材料奠定基础.     

4-噻唑酮羧酸衍生物的合成

合成了具有潜在杀菌活性的3-苯基-5-苯亚甲基-2-苯氨基噻唑-4-酮的羧酸衍生物.以邻乙基苯胺为原料,合成中间体N,N′-二(2-乙基苯)硫脲(Ⅰ)和2-(2-乙基)苯基-3-(2-乙基)苯基噻唑-4-酮(Ⅱa),化合物Ⅱa与不同的底物醛发生缩合反应生成2-(2-乙基)苯基-3-(2-乙基)苯基-5-苯亚甲基噻唑-4-酮(Ⅲ),化合物Ⅲ经过加成反应和水解反应,得到目标化合物.同时以二苯基硫脲为原料合成一个类似物,共合成3种3-苯基-5-苯亚甲基-2-苯氨基噻唑-4-酮的羧酸衍生物.产物经核磁共振谱、质谱表征,产物纯度采用高效液相色谱法测定,均大于98%.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
