领军人才的成长特点、规律与途径——以江苏为例

研究了领军人才的概念、内涵、成长特点、成长规律与途径,认为领军人才具有杰出性和引领性相统一的特点。领军人才的成长首先具有较高的内在素质,主要表现在具有高目标的成就动机、优化的智能结构体系、坚韧的个性心理品格和独特的领军魅力;其次,领衔或参与领先性前沿性的重大科研项目、优化的创造实践活动空间、创造实践活动的自主控制权、结构合理的科研群体是领军人才成长的外部环境特点。领军人才的成长具有共生效应规律、师承效应规律、累积效应规律、马太效应规律、海归回流效应规律的自身特色,同时,存在不同的成长路径。     

林书豪成功要素分析及其启示

以“林书豪现象”为契机,通过林书豪的成长脉络的演进对其成功因素和成功意义进行分析,对比找寻对中国篮球运动的发展有益的启示．研究认为林书豪的成功主要依赖于其外部与内部环境的共同作用,其外部影响因素主要有美国篮球文化、美国篮球运动体制、竞赛体系和篮球运动训练科学化,内部影响因素在于其卓越的人生追求,对比中国篮球运动发展现状,从人才发展规律的角度出发,对中国篮球运动发展有所启示．     

技能人才培养工作的思考

本文阐述了技能人才的重要作用并认真分析了当前社会技能人才队伍现状,指出技能人才队伍面临着跨越式大发展、国内外企业技能人才激烈竞争和技术装备现代化的挑战,在此基础上对加快高级技能人才成长提出新的见解。提倡更新观念,大力实施“一把手工程”;进一步完善职业技能鉴定运行机制;进一步完善技师评聘制度;打通“双证”型高技能人才成长通道;强化企业精神理念教育,营造高技能人才成长的良好氛围。     

思想律与自相矛盾

Ⅰ同一律 论理学中有所谓思想律者,一是同一律,一是矛盾律,一是排中律。现在有人加上莱卜泥滋的“充分理由律”把它当作第四思想律,但它与演绎法没有多大的关系,所以我们可以不必讨论。“律”字的意义普通有二,一是“jus”一是“lex”;若以这两意义为标准,思想律似乎不是“律”。有些思想不遵守这三个律。有理性的思想的确遵守它们,但有理性的思想等于遵守这三律的思想。其结果是遵守这三个律的思想才遵守这三个律。这三个律,与其说它们是思想律,不如说它们是论理学中的三个假设。大多数的教科书称这三个假设为思想律,本文沿用旧名,暂不改革…     

试论"因材施教"在现代高校教育中的实现途径

现代高校规模化、标准化的分类(专业)教育方式,不但不排斥“因材施教”,反而为这种教育思想的深入贯彻搭建起了更为科学和完整的系统平台。与古代原始的“因材施教”,注重处理教师与学生个体关系的方法不同,这种大系统平台上的“因材施教”的实施方式与实现途径更为复杂,科学性要求更高。它追求通过多方面、多因素的科学协调整合过程或系统构筑过程,达到学生主观志趣与其个性特质的统一;学校专业教育与特色人才成长规律的统一;“施教”内容与培养对象的“材质”和社会需求的统一。     

把握人际吸引规律构建和谐大学校园

应通过正确理解和把握人际吸引规律,来促进和谐大学校园的构建。如:把握邻近吸引律,促进校园内外氛围的和谐发展;掌握相悦吸引律,确保校园建立积极健康的交往理念;重视类似吸引律,引导校园交往选择的适度合理;关注互补吸引律,建立校园互帮互学的人际关系;强调对等吸引律,倡导校园明礼诚信的和谐交往;利用“强迫”吸引律,创设校园和谐交往的各种环境。

童庆炳教授来校讲学 北京师范大学研究生院副院长、著名文艺理论家童庆炳教授回原籍连城县探亲期间,应我校之邀情,于今年11月24日下午前来我校讲学。我校中文科师生及校内各文学社团成员约三百人听取了童教授的讲座。 童教授的讲座分为关于文艺问题和关于青年成材两部份。第一部份,童教授理论联系实际,深入浅出地讲述了“文学是不是意识形态”,“文学是不是审美的”和“当前文艺界讨论的热点”等三个问题,见解独到,发人深省。第二部份,童教授则无限深情地以自己从山区农村农民的儿子成长为大学教授的亲身经历,生动地讲述个人奋斗成长的体会。童教授认为,人生的历程并不是一帆风顺的,成功与失败总是常相伴随。成功中有可能孕育着失败,     

修身：大学生成才的必由之路

大学生成才需要修身,这是由人性和当代大学生成长的特殊性决定的,事实也证明修身能利于和保证人的成才与成功。当代大学生要成为新世纪全面发展的高素质人才,应该吸收儒家文化中“修身”的理论和经验,因为,儒家文化中“修身”的目的,就是为了成就人才。因此,大学生成才应该借鉴和继承儒家文化中“修身”的思想和方法。     

信息熵是有序性的量度——兼评哈肯《信息与自组织》一书

热力学熵不是处理自组织的工具.哈肯企图用信息熵作为自组织的判据.而写了“信息与自组织”一书,但该书写的并不成功,正如该书所说:“当我们维持整个系统的能量为常数时,信息熵也保持常数”,而所讲的自组织正是在系统的能量一定时而突然出现的.该书所以不成功,是因哈肯对信息熵没有明确的定义,他所讲的信息熵仍然是热力学熵.我们对信息熵作明确的说明,指出它是将热力学熵中微观态的几率,发展成为任何态(包括各种宏观态)的几率,从而为我们所关心的宏观上的有序性作出判断.     

论文章的内部和外部规律

文章学不仅要研究文章的内部规律，而且应当研究文章的外部规律；对文章系统本身的内部联系的研究，形成了文章的内部规律，主要有层次律、衔接律、统一律、合体律；对文章与它所从属的更大系统的外部联系的研究，形成了文章的外部规律，主要有称物律、达意律、适读律、致用律。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
