用薄膜透射率变化研究了偶氮液晶聚合物膜不同功率光照条件下的取向速度及取向稳定性,并用锥光干涉图确定了相应介晶基元的取向方向。实验结果表明介晶基元的取向速度和取向度随光照时间和光照功率增加而增加,超过一定功率阈值时,取向变得不稳定,光照时间增加而薄膜的取向度(透射率)反而降低。介晶基元的取向方向结果表明在阈值功率以上强度光照时,介晶基元发生了面内和面外两种取向。面外取向的介晶基元不稳定,在停止光照后容易发生解取向,聚合物膜的透射率降低。而面内取向的介晶基元则能稳定维持其取向状态,不会发生解取向。采用不饱和取向的方法可缩短取向时间95%,薄膜取向度提高1.3倍。4 ms的一次曝光足以使聚合物膜产生可读出、稳定的面内取向,取向的结果能保持2年不发生变化。  相似文献

在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂中加入4种具有不同溶解度参数的聚合物,利用流延拉伸法制备了PET反射膜;利用扫描电镜、光学偏光显微镜对拉伸后的薄膜表面及内部形态进行观察,并通过紫外-可见分光光度计对拉伸前后的薄膜进行反射率测定,研究了溶解度参数、折射率对薄膜拉伸前后反射性能的影响。结果表明:随着聚合物与PET溶解度参数差值的增大,拉伸后薄膜内部孔隙结构逐渐增加;在一定范围内,经相同拉伸工艺制备的聚合物/PET薄膜的反射率随聚合物与PET溶解度参数差值的增大而增大。  相似文献

以γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)作中间体,用溶胶-凝胶法合成了含对硝基偶氮苯胺(DO3)生色团的新型键合型有机/无机复合非线性光学(NLO)材料,并通过FTIR,1H-NMR,UV-Vis,DSC等方法对此键合型聚合物膜的制备过程和NLO性质进行了表征.研究结果表明,有机生色团与无机SiO2网络的化学键合能有效地抑制NLO生色团的极化松弛,使制备的NLO材料具有较好的取向稳定性.二次谐波信号(SHG)测量也表明,该键合型聚合物膜的二阶非线性光学系数(d33)值可达5.79×10-7esu;NLO稳定性也较好,在室温下放置90 d,其d33值能维持初始值的93.5%;在100℃下放置300 min后,其d33值仍能维持初始值的60%.  相似文献

利用RTO金属包埋切片微米--纳米表征法,通过高分辨透射电镜观察了γ--AlOOH薄膜切片中的晶格点阵条纹像,分析了添加复合添加剂后异型纳米AlOOH的微观晶体结构,从原子层面揭示了由于铁离子的同晶替代以及硫酸根离子的插层而导致的晶格畸变.阐述了极性添加剂在晶须生长过程中首先形成复合的高聚体、进而定向生长的诱导机理,并指出了非极性表面活性剂对异型纳米AlOOH晶体形貌表面的修复和"美容"作用.用能谱及红外光谱佐证了复合多聚体的存在.  相似文献

选用侧链含有双元光敏基团的梯形聚硅氧烷材料作为光取向材料,采用偏光显微镜(POM)及晶体旋转法,研究了梯形聚硅氧烷光取向层的制备条件,包括取向剂浓度、紫外光辐照度及光照时间对光取向层的取向行为的影响.结果表明,取向剂浓度越大,光敏基团更易于组装成垂直取向状态,进而诱导液晶分子形成垂直取向的分子排列方式.在一定的紫外光辐照度范围内可以有效地引起偶氮苯光敏基团的面内、面外异构化及再取向,有利于取向层诱导液晶分子形成平面取向的分子排列方式.紫外光光照时间的增加有利于取向层诱导液晶分子形成平面取向的分子排列方式.  相似文献

The ability to micropattern materials is of great importance for manufacturing advanced electronic, optical and mechanical devices ranging from displays to biosensors. For this purpose a variety of methods have been developed, including X-ray, electron-beam and photo-lithography, microcontact printing, embossing, micromouldings and cold welding. But these techniques are often of restricted applicability, involve a multitude of elaborate and cumbersome processing steps, or require aggressive chemistry. Here we describe a simple and versatile way to create well resolved metallic structures on polymer substrates, which is based on solid-state embossing of metal-coated polymer films. Ductility of both the metal layer and the polymer substrate permits the metal to be cut into surprisingly regular, micrometre-size structures. We illustrate the method by preparing patterned electrically conducting structures, highly efficient infrared polarizers and polarization-dependent colour filters.  相似文献

以六甲基二硅氧烷为反应单体,采用连续与脉冲射频(RF)等离子体两种放电模式聚合低表面能薄膜,研究了连续放电不同功率、脉冲放电不同脉冲宽度和间隔对聚合薄膜性能的影响.通过对薄膜性能的表征:接触角的测量,红外光谱、X光电子能谱和原子力显微镜的结构和表面分析,发现在低输入功率和脉冲等离子体大与空比条件下,可得到表面能低、疏水性能好、表面结构可控的低表面能薄膜.  相似文献

研究了偶氮苯聚合物的光致各向异性光栅与表面光栅.实验结果表明短时间写入的光栅与光致各向异性有关,可以用任意偏振的单束光部分擦除.长时间写入的光栅属于表面光栅,不可擦除.它是由分子链团积引起的,分子链团积的动力来源于偶氮苯聚合物的光致异构.  相似文献

以三氯化铁为氧化剂,采用一步法制备了N-乙烯吡咯的聚合物,通过红外光谱和核磁共振表征了聚合物结构,采用紫外光谱、扫描电镜和荧光光谱研究了聚合物的形貌和光致发光性.实验表明,聚合物易溶于常见的有机溶剂,可通过旋转涂膜法制备出表面均匀的棕色薄膜.荧光光谱研究表明:聚合物在四氢呋喃溶液中表现出良好的光致发光性能,以430 nm最佳波长激发时,聚合物的最大发射波长为520 nm,发绿光;当聚合物质量分数在0.007%~0.5%之间时,随溶液浓度增大,最大发射波长逐渐红移,最大荧光强度随溶液浓度提高呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,当聚合物质量分数为0.03%时,荧光强度达到最大值.  相似文献

Magnetic fiber or fabric incorporating magnetic particles was widely used in the field of magnetic health-care.The cotton fabric was modified with poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/magnetic attapulgite(MAT)composite solution by coating,which was the PVA solution blended with MAT.The mechanical and magnetic properties were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and tensile strength test.The results of SEM show that MAT can scatter uniformly in the PVA film and the PVA/MAT polymer film has good combination with cotton fabric.The results of other tests show that the addition of PVA/MAT polymer film not only brings uniform magnetism to cotton fabric,but also increases the mechanical strength of the material.Besides,the proportion of PVA/MAT and dipping time are studied in order to determine the best parameters for further study on magnetic cotton fabric.  相似文献

Ultrathin films composed of diazoresin(DR)and polyacrylic acid(PAA)were fabricated.The surface morphology of the films in water was measured using an atomic force microscopy(AFM).The self-assembly technique makes the surface rather flat and uniform.The friction force and its dependence on the velocity differ from the surface charge of the thin films.The friction force of repulsive DR/PAA film increases linearly with velocity and has lower values than that of attractive DR film over the full range of velocity.As the velocity increases,the attractive friction of DR film first decreases to a minimum at a velocity of 2 line/s and then increases all the way.When the surface is repulsive to the friction substrate,the friction of thin films that is determined by hydrated lubrication of polymer chains that is ultralubricated;when it is adhesive to the friction substrate,the friction is mainly contributed from the elastic deformation of adsorbed polymer chains in the low velocity region and from viscous sliding in the presence of hydrated-layer lubrication of the polymer chains in the higher velocity region.  相似文献

偶氮苯类化合物分子在一定波长的光照射下会产生顺式反式的结构变化,利用东南大学分子逊实验室提出的薄膜实时演变分析技术和基于此技术所研制的系统对这一现象进行研究。我们发现甩膜法制备的异丁烯酸(2-对硝基偶氮苯)乙酯P12薄膜在光照下的折射率的变化是由于偶氮苯分子的光致异构化造成的,用360nm光照使偶氮苯分子产生由反式到顺式的结构变化,再用450nm光照使偶氮苯分子产生由顺式到反式的结构变化。在薄膜实  相似文献

We prepared the azobenzene PNA unit and synthesized various PNAs containing an azobenzene unit by a typical tBoc method. Both the azobenzene PNA unit and PNA containing an azobenzene unit (N-PNA) showed reversible photoisomerization with UV and visible light irradiation. The hybridization of N-PNA with complementary DNA resulted in a considerable decrease of the photoisomerization rate constant of the azobenzene.  相似文献

采用水热合成法合成纳米TiO2溶胶并配合一定量的高分子分散剂聚乙烯醇制备成镀膜所用的溶胶。利用电流体动力学技术(EHD)将镀膜液均匀地喷涂到氟掺杂导电玻璃表面,高温烧结后制备得到纳米TiO2多孔薄膜。通过SEM、TEM、XRD及紫外-可见吸收光谱等研究方法对制备得到的TiO2多孔薄膜进行结构表征。结果表明:所得多孔薄膜由纳米颗粒组成的亚微米级的球形团簇构成,在纳米颗粒及球形团簇间存在着从纳米到亚微米的连续尺寸的孔道分布。所制备的多孔薄膜可应用在光催化和染料敏化太阳能电池等领域。  相似文献

Polyurethane modified organic silicone was successfully prepared from hydroxyl-terminated polyether modified silicone,toluene-2,4-diisocyanate( TDI), and NaHSO3. The chemical structure of the polyurethane modified organic silicone was characterized by FT-IR and1H-NMR. The polymer film on the cotton surface was investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and the results showed that a thin polymer film was successfully formed. The FT-IR of treated cotton fabrics indicated that hydroxyl( OH) of cellulose fiber and isocyanate group( NCO)of the polyurethane modified organic silicone has formed covalent cross-linking. X-ray diffraction( XRD) analysis revealed that the crystalline region of treated cotton fabrics wasn't changed. The wet rubbing fastness of treated cotton fabrics was increased by approximately rating 1 on average. There was little change of DE values for the polyurethane modified organic silicone. The softness was improved significantly.  相似文献
