苏芸金芽孢杆菌与蜡状芽孢杆菌基因组DNA同源性及多态性的研究

用ＲＡＰＤ－ＰＣＲ扩增到６１个标准株、生产用菌株及２４个蜡状芽孢杆菌参比菌株的全ＤＮＡ指纹图,通过计算多态性扩增片段的大小,利用ＮＴＳＹＳ软件进行聚类分析,蜡状芽孢杆菌菌株并未形成独立于苏芸金芽孢杆菌的聚群,这是此近缘种ＤＮＡ分子水平高度同源的新证据．６１个苏芸金芽孢杆菌的聚类结果表明：其ＤＮＡ指纹图与Ｈ－血清型有一定相关性．与引物０９５５－０３相比,引物０９４０－１２对苏芸金芽孢杆菌不同亚种及蜡状芽孢杆菌菌株具有更高的鉴别价值,大多数特异株ＤＮＡ全指纹图有菌株特异性,证实ＲＡＰＤ－ＰＣＲ技术是苏芸金芽孢杆菌及蜡状芽孢杆菌种下分类和鉴定的简便快速有效的方法     

苏云金杆菌噬菌体的形态及感染特性

从苏云金杆菌厂发酵裂解液中分离得到一株苏云金杆菌噬菌体ＫＰ－１．电镜观察表明，该噬菌体结构较为复杂，头部呈多面体，衣壳里六角形，在见并具有收缩性尾鞘，尾部末端呈扁平膨大基片．其寄生范围与其它“ＢＴ”噬菌体不同，具有非常广泛的寄主，专一性不明显，同时对噬菌体ＫＰ－１感染敏感菌株１８７的特性作了具体分析．

从120个土壤样品检测了11790株芽孢杆菌,其中有81株是产生伴孢晶体的苏芸金芽孢杆菌。它们在生长和对昆虫的致病力上,彼此存在明显差异。从中筛选出了毒力较强的苏芸金芽孢杆菌菌株,从而认为从土壤中分离苏芸金芽孢杆菌有效菌株,是一条新的途径。

一株产色素的苏芸金杆菌的研究

从实验室中分离到一株产色素的苏芸金杆菌—“col”菌株。经鉴定,“col”菌株血清型为H_(4a,4b)。它能在多种培养基上产生水溶性棕色色素,该菌株在色素形成上明显不同于苏芸金杆菌其他产色素变种;但它在形态、培养特征、生化特性和血清学反应方面与松蠋变种(B.t.subsp·dendrolimus)较接近,初步认为是一株产棕色色素的松蠋变种。试验证明,“col”菌株对菜青虫(Pieris rapae L)、赤松毛虫(Dendrolimus spectabilis)等农林害虫有较高的杀虫活性。     

三株杀虫菌的分离和鉴定

分别从粘虫(Leucanic sepasata Walker)、斜纹夜蛾(Prodenia lituraFalericius)和马尾松毛虫(Dendrolimus punctatua Fualker)自然死亡的幼虫尸体分离出的101、300和403三个产晶体的芽孢杆菌,绣室内毒力测定和大田防治试验,它们对多种农林害虫具有较强的致病力。经鉴定,101和300菌株定名为苏芸金杆菌武汉变种(101 & 300)[Bacillus thurigiensis var.Wuhanensis(101300)]。403菌株定名为苏芸金杆菌天门变种(403)[Bacillus thurigiensisvar.Tinmensis(403)]     

一株新的氧化亚铁硫杆菌菌株的筛选及其生长特性的研究

从湖南某矿的中性矿坑水中筛选出一株氧化亚铁硫杆菌菌株，以Fe^2＋的氧化为表征，研究了温度、pH值、Fe^2＋初始浓度、接种量对其生长特性和活性的影响．试验结果表明这株氧化亚铁硫杆菌菌株的最佳生长条件为：温度30℃左右，初始pH为2．0左右，Fe^2＋初始浓度为4．36g／L，接种量为10％．     

苏云金芽孢杆菌的杀虫毒素及其增效方略

苏云金芽孢杆菌由于其杀虫的特异性、低成本和环境可降解性而被广泛应用．其作用机制和毒力的增效已经进行了大量研究．本文简介了苏云金杆菌的杀虫毒素的类型和作用机理．为了提高毒素的效力，很多因素包括物理的、化学的方法已经用于毒素的溶解、降解及与昆虫中肠的作用方面；筛选高毒力的新菌株、使用昆虫取食刺激剂和与其他生物共同作用等都能提高苏云金杆菌的杀虫效果．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
