当前我国公民政治参与面临的问题及对策

当前我国政治参与面临着公民参与水平不高、参与机制不健全、政治效能感不强等问题。要解决这些问题需要采用大力发展经济、加强政治文化建设、提高公民政治素质、健全参与制度体系、拓宽参与渠道等措施。     

略论我国微博政治参与

公民政治参与渠道的有限性与其强烈参与愿望的不满足之间的矛盾，是现阶段我国民主政治生活中面临的重大问题，是影响我国政治局面稳定发展的潜在的重要不稳定因素。微博的出现为缓解这一矛盾带来了新的契机，微博政治参与具有成本低、效率高、议题广、效能强的优势，但却也带来了一些消极效应。研究我国公民微博政治参与问题，对于提高我国民主政治水平，促进社会稳定发展具有重大意义。     

当前我国农民政治参与意识研究

当前我国农民政治参与意识的基本状况是:从政治参与主体来看,农民的文化素质偏低,民主意识亟待提高；从政治参与内容来看,农民政治参与的范围有限,层次较低；从政治参与的方式方法上看,农民政治参与途径缺失.影响农民政治参与意识变化的主要因素有:经济发展水平的制约；农民文化素质不高的制约；传统政治文化影响的制约；农村干部的腐败行为的制约；政治参与制度不健全的制约.这就要求找到能够提高农民政治参与意识的有效途径.     

现阶段我国公民政治参与基本问题

政治参与是公民政治生活中的重要组成部分,公民政治参与水平的高低直接影响国家民主政治进程的发展。随着我国现代化步伐的推进,我国公民政治参与水平有所提升,但总体来说还存在着质量不高和不平衡等问题。要继续推进民主政治发展进程,扩大公民政治参与是必要的,其中增强公民的自主参与意识是基础性措施。     

试论我国经济体制转换期公民政治意识的嬗变

人们的政治意识是特定的经济、政治和文化等因素合力作用的产物，它将随着这些因素的变化而发生嬗变。从1957年起到党的十一届三中全会，我国公民在政治生活中逐渐表现出的政治客体意识与政治盲从倾向是我国特定历史时空中经济、政治和文化等因素交互作用的结果。随着我国经济体制的有序转换，我国公民的政治意识也发生着从客体型向主体型的嬗变。这种嬗变给我国现行政治系统的运作带来了富有挑战意义的问题。     

我国公民政治参与的限制性因素及建议

公民政治参与是我国公民的一项重要政治活动,但目前其在社会、政府、公民等方面仍存在一些制约性因素,对这些因素产生的原因进行分析,有助于采取相应的措施予以应对,以提升我国公民政治参与的水平,促使我国政治民主化发展和社会主义和谐社会的建构。     

基于村民自治视域的我国农民政治冷漠问题探析

政治冷漠是农民政治参与的一种特殊方式.通过对我同农民政治冷漠的萌芽、产生和发展演变的纵向考察.分析当代农民政治冷漠存村民自治、公民社会、政治民主化等方面的消极效应,探寻政治文化、经济水平、教育状况、制度缺陷等因素,在农民政治冷漠问题形成中的作用.从发展农村经济、推进农民教育、完善参与制度、创新参与形式、保障弱势群体权益等方面,寻求消解农民政治冷漠的对策.     

扩大公民参与，发展社会主义民主政治

改革开放以来，我国在公民参与方面进行了有益的实践和探索。但由于我国正处于社会主义市场经济完善时期。现行的公民参与政治生活和公共决策过程尚存在如经济与文化落后的客观限制、传统政治思想与文化的影响、公民参与的组织机构和渠道单一、政治参与的具体制度不健全等不能适应市场经济发展要求的问题。这些问题影响了社会主义民主政治的建设，所以现阶段要不断扩大公民的政治参与，完善社会主义市场经济，促进经济发展，增强公民参与的物质基础；摒弃附庸意识，增强主体意识；拓宽参与渠道，增加参与形式；推进体制改革，促进制度建设。     

中国社会转型时期政治文化对政治行为的双重作用

当前，中国正处于社会转型的历史时期，社会正发生着深刻的变化。伴随着社会的变化，政治文化也发生相应的变革，从而对政治行为产生双重的作用，即：一方面有利于全民族的凝聚、社会成员政治信念的塑造和有效的政治参与以及政治权威的树立和增强，另一方面又制约着公民的政治认同、政治参与和政治决策的权威。     

政治共识：中国公民文化建设的症结

阐述了公民文化的背景,认为当前制约中国政治共识的因素有三：经济共享的分化对政治共识的掣肘,历史革命因素强化对政治共识的牵制,儒家理想主义的内在冲突对政治共识的阻碍。在由“臣民文化”向“公民文化”转变的过程中,政治共识是一个为公民文化研究者所忽视的症结。只有在中国社会发扬和谐文化,培育社会共同生活的平台,塑造公共理性,才能构筑出普遍而深厚的政治共识,进而为中国公民文化建设摆脱困境提供基础。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
