以两种不同方法制备VPO催化剂,分别采用超临界流体干燥法(SCFD),常规见干燥法干燥。使用BET,XRD等测试手段,考察了催化剂在400℃下焙烧后的粒子比表面积的大小和晶相组成。实验结果表明:采用超临界流体法比采用常规干燥法所制得催化剂的比表面积明显增加,且对催化剂的晶相组成也有一定的影响。  相似文献

以V2O5、浓H3PO4为原料,浓HCl和柠檬酸作还原剂,加入一定含量不同金属离子作助剂,采用超临界流体干燥法制备了VPO催化剂,并在不同气氛下进行活化,应用BET、XRD表征手段,考察了各VPO催化剂粒子的比表面积、晶相结构。实验表明:采用超临界流体干燥法可使催化剂的比表面积显增加,助剂的种类和量不同、活化气氛不同、对催化剂比表面积的影响也不同,助剂的种类对催化剂的晶相结构也有一定的影响。  相似文献

以硝酸铝为原料、柠檬酸作配体、聚乙二醇(PEG)水溶液作分散剂,采用溶胶凝胶以及超临界干燥法制备了氧化铝超细粒子。采用比表面测试、透射电镜等分析手段对超细粒子的形貌、粒径、粒子分布以及比表面和孔分布等进行了研究,考察了干燥方法对氧化铝颗粒大小、比表面积和孔分布的影响。结果表明,超临界干燥方法制备的氧化铝为长100nm、直径10nm左右的高比表面纤维状超细粒子,粒子分布均匀,焙烧后不团聚。作为催化剂的载体,超细氧化铝粒子负载的Co Mo催化剂的HDS活性略高于普通干燥法制备的氧化铝负载的Co Mo加氢脱硫催化剂。  相似文献

在溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2的过程中,分别采用红外干燥(IFD)和超临界流体干燥(SCFD)技术对生成的凝胶进行干燥,采用XRD、SEM、BET对样品进行表征.测试结果表明,两种干燥方法制备的样品在形貌、晶相、晶粒大小等方面一致.但利用红外辐射技术干燥纳米TiO2可以简化制备步骤、缩短干燥时间、降低生产成本,优于SCFD技术.  相似文献

From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
