为助力国有建筑业企业高质量发展,提升企业及行业发展效率,通过分析建筑业发展现状,认知行业转型升级趋势,对国有建筑业企业发展效率进行概念界定.利用超效率SBM-Malmquist模型测算了不同所有制建筑业企业、不同地区国有建筑业企业的静态、动态发展效率.研究结果表明,2012—2020年建筑业企业整体发展效率相对有效,但受制于技术的创新与进步,发展效率有所下降;国有建筑业企业的发展效率相对有效,且呈上升趋势,并与所在地区的综合发展水平呈正相关.通过剖析研究过程中发现的问题和结论,从政策和企业两方面给出优化国有建筑业企业发展效率的对策建议.  相似文献

本文通过应用统计学中的因子分析法同时采用《中国统计年鉴2011》关于建筑业的行业数据,研究得出各地建筑业的发展之所以水平参差不齐与房地产企业的利润水平、员工素质、机械化水平、财政状况等都有主要关联,此外还与当地的经济发展水平、交通水平、天气水平等也存在一定的关联性。并据此对各地的建筑业的发展提出一些可行性的建议。  相似文献

将空间计量方法应用到安徽省城镇化发展影响因素的分析中,利用安徽省的市域面板数据建立空间滞后和误差模型,对所提出的6个理论假设进行了验证.结果表明:城镇化发展在相邻城市间存在空间相关性;二三产业发展水平、固定资产投资力度和居民受教育程度是影响安徽省城镇化发展的主要因素;经济发展水平对安徽省城镇化发展的影响并不显著;城乡收入差距的扩大会抑制安徽省城镇化的发展.最后,对安徽省城镇化的发展提出了相关建议.  相似文献

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
