美国高校图书馆社会化服务初探

高校图书馆除了肩负为本校服务的功能外,还应大力推进其社会化服务的功能建设。对美国高校图书馆在细分服务对象、开展馆际合作、与社会机构合作以及提供在线学习支持等方面的较为成熟的社会化服务进行了案例研究,总结了美国高校图书馆的服务特色。     

构建远程开放教育学习支持服务系统的思考

本文紧密联系全国广播电视大学远程开放教育的实际,对学习支持服务的理念、理论与实践进行了理性分析;围绕学习支持服务的构成要素、各要素间的相互关系,从理论与实际的结合上构建了学习支持服务系统;针对目前的实践从四个方面阐述了学习支持服务系统建设的思路。

根据现代远程开放教育的特点，论述了网络化图书馆为远程开放教育教学支持服务体系不可缺少的组成部分。着重从提高现代化服务水平，强化图书馆远程服务的工作项目和内容，加强多媒体馆藏资源建设和多媒体文献资源的展示工作，充分利用各种媒体资源，做好图书馆的远程教育学习支持服务工作等方面。浅析对图书馆在远程开放教育学习支持服务体系中的应起到的作用。     

浅谈如何提高非学术性学习支持服务的有效性

非学术性学习支持服务对远程教育中学习者学习成败具有至关重要的作用。本文从北京交通大学远程与继续教育学院学习支持服务实践出发,探讨如何提高非学术性学习支持服务的有效性。通过对170名学习者的考试成绩的抽样分析以及电话咨询,发现学生自身主观因素是造成课程考试不及格、缺考现象的主要原因。因此,需要将非学术性学习支持服务的重点放在＂引导学生学会自主学习,学会自我管理和自我评价、学会自我改进和提高＂上,才能有效地帮助学习者提高学习成绩。     

对人防信息服务系统建设的几点思考

人防信息服务系统主要为人民防空行业人员和市民群众提供政策学习、资料查询、数据分析、实时定位、信息管理等服务功能。对人防信息服务系统的建设需要结合人防实际需求,重点把握其服务内容,服务平台和服务方式。

开放大学建设的重点是教学基本建设,而教学资源建设是教学基本建设的重中之重。网上教学资源建设是远程教育中教学资源建设的重点,是实现学生"随时随地"学习的主要支持服务手段。对《网络管理原理与实践》课程网上教学资源建设进行阶段性总结与反思后不难发现,实现优质、有效的教学资源存在更大的进步空间。为此展望未来的资源建设工作,提出了改进的措施和努力的方向,以期为内蒙古开放大学的建设添砖加瓦。

职业院校图书馆是由职业院校所设立,负责搜集整理及保存图书信息,以全校教职员生为主要服务对象,支持教学与学习,提供学习资源,并实施图书馆利用教育的单位。近几年高职的图书馆功能除了重视知识、教育及信息的保存和传递外,还要兼顾到休闲娱乐、艺术文化,让校园内的学生可以接触到多元的学习领域。该文将主要对服务主导型高职图书馆的构建进行论述。     

新时期智慧图书馆的文化服务研究

随着智慧校园的发展需要,高校图书馆应不断进行智慧化实践探索,改变传统单一的服务模式,更好地提供现代化管理服务。该文分析了智慧图书馆的特点,总结了智慧图书馆的研究现状,指出了新时期智慧图书馆建设面临的主要问题,并提出高校馆员要为教学工作提供智慧服务、要为科研提供智慧服务。为了提供好智慧服务,高校馆员需要具备科学的学习组织能力和学习型组织的研究能力,馆员需要定期开展、组织理论学习以及建立系统的培训体系,并营造支持组织学习的馆内文化,为图书馆更好地开展文化服务提供参考。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
