国际奢华酒店在中国大陆的时空分布与影响因素研究

我国酒店业市场对外开放以来,国际酒店集团在我国呈渐进式扩张,尤其是奢华酒店在高端市场上的扩张,推动着我国酒店业的发展.本文主要通过运用ArcGis软件、最邻近距离指数、基尼系数和洛仑兹曲线对各酒店的时空分布状态进行分析,发现各酒店在时间序列上呈现出由沿海经济商圈向内陆二三线城市地区逐步扩张,空间上集中于沿海珠三角、长三角、京津冀等政治经济文化中心,并且省际间差异大、分布不均衡的特征.通过Pearson相关性分析,奢华酒店布局与民用航空客运量、地区经济外向程度、各地区接待旅游过夜人次等方面显著正相关,与5A级景区数量相关性不显著.通过研究希望为之后的国际酒店选址布局以及中国品牌的高端酒店未来发展提供一定借鉴.

随着全球的经济一体化进程加快,海外直接投资成为了国际经济关系中国家层面上极其重要的一个方面.中国是最大的新兴经济体,同时也是新兴经济体中最大的海外投资国.中国公司的海外对外直接投资已经成为公司战略管理研究的重要课题.从制度基础理论和资源基础理论为视角展开,从战略管理的角度分析了中国公司海外直接投资现状,以期为中国企业海外直接投资行为做出解释和提供理论指导.

知识经济和全球化背景下,作为知识资源重要载体的研发机构,开始了全球范围的区位选择.上海作为中国最大的经济中心城市和资本流通最活跃的城市之一,正在成为海外资本和技术进入中国的"桥头堡",研发机构的数量大幅增加,在空间上出现了向某些地区集聚的现象.以上海的研发机构为着手点,在分析了影响研发机构布局的区位因子的基础上,研究了上海研发机构空间布局的特征,发现上海市研发机构的分布受产业基础、政府政策导向以及科研资源等因素影响,表现出分布不均衡与园区化集聚显著等特点.     

全球经济治理话语权主导问题及中国话语权提升路径研究

随着传统全球经济治理秩序式微和中国经济实力日益增强,全球经济治理话语权“谁来主导”问题浮出水面。回顾二战以来全球经济治理话语权博弈的演变特征不难发现,在旧有的国际规则下话语权主导者能塑造治理规则和评判他国。当前中国提升全球经济治理话语权面临的挑战主要有美国通过霸权维系自身利益扩张、当代资本主义矛盾全球延伸、新技术更新升级、新兴经济体内部利益分化等。中国要提升全球经济治理话语权,更好地传播全球经济治理“中国方案”,应努力将独特的中华文化基因融入全球治理观,拓宽中国国际话语权多样化传播渠道,逐一回应中国话语的西方叙事以及提高国际传播精准度。

传统企业与新兴企业空间分异规律及影响因素研究 ——以中国上市企业为例

结合最近邻点指数、核密度分析及地理加权回归,利用2015年中国A股上市企业数据对比传统上市企业与新兴上市企业空间分布区位特征,并厘清其区位分异机制,得出以下结论:1)新兴上市企业较传统上市企业近邻分布效应更强;传统上市企业区位选择空间尺度范围广于新兴上市企业;各行业集聚强度和规模具有明显差异性,传统上市企业集聚规模较大,而集聚强度上不及新兴上市企业。2)新兴上市企业较传统上市企业在我国东南方向上优势显著,且空间分布差异更为显著;传统上市企业形成明显的"三足鼎立"状空间格局,新兴上市企业呈"单核"分布态势;对比发现长三角上市企业集聚最为显著,京津冀及珠三角地区传统上市企业较新兴上市企业集聚程度高,传统上市企业低值区范围较新兴上市企业更为广阔。3)地理加权回归模型显示新兴上市企业更依赖于投资、科教及信息化水平,传统上市企业则倾向于人口密度及工业集聚区位要素,且各因素对不同地区传统上市企业与新兴上市企业的影响差异较大。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
