Seventeen Tsinghua research achievements recently won 2007 State Science and Technology Awards. Tsinghua professors accepted the awards on January 8, 2008, in Beijing at the annual National Science-Technology Award Ceremony in the Great Hall of the People. Tsinghua's research achievements ranked first among Chinese universities. Of Tsinghua's seventeen awards, one was a State Natural Science Award second prize; eight were State Technological Invention Award second prizes; and eight were State Scientific and Technological Progress Award second prizes. Altogether nine research achievements were completed by Tsinghua as the lead research institution in collaboration with others.  相似文献

In Document No.19 (2009) issued by the State Council,Shanghai was asked to be built into an international financial center as well as an international shipping center;the general goals of the latter center included:By 2020,Shanghai will have established an international shipping center with high concentration of maritime resources,sound shipping services,excellent shipping market environment,efficient modern logistics services,and good capacity to allocate global shipping resources.It will become an international shipping hub with Shanghai as the center,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces as the wings,the Yangtze River Basin as the hinterland,and with reasonable functional allocations and close collaborations with the other ports in China.  相似文献

The 364-bp nucleotide sequence in hypervariable region I (HVRI) of mitochondrial DNA is successfully amplified from 9 out of 11 individuals of an ancient population buried in the Jiangjungou Cemetery in Inner Mongolia dated back to the Warring States Period in China. Nine fragments with different variations are obtained. A phylogenetic tree and a multidimensional scaling (MDS) plot are constructed using mtDNA sequences from the ancient population and several modern Asian populations. The results show that ancient population shares a closer genetic relationship with East Asian populations than with North and Central Asian populations. The genetic and historical evidence raise the possibility that the population might be the immigrants from Zhongyuan area, sent by the King Wuling of Zhao State to guard the nation against the attack from Huns.  相似文献

The State Transition Equation (STE) based method to automatically generate the parallel CRC circuits for any generator polynomial or required amount of parallelism is presented. The parallel CRC circuit so generated is partially optimized before being fed to synthesis tools and works properly in our LAN transceiv-er. Compared with the cascading method, the proposed method gives better timing results and significantly re-duces the synthesis time, in particular.  相似文献

Three-particle W states are used as decoy photons, and the eavesdropping detection rate reaches 63 %. The positions of decoy photons in information sequence are encoded with identity string ID of the legitimate users. Authentication is implemented by using previously shared identity string. State 丨φ^- ) is used as the carrier. One photon of 丨φ^-) is sent to Bob; and Bob obtains a random key by measuring photons with bases dominated by ID. The bases information is secret to others except Alice and Bob. Both the eavesdropping detection based on three-particle W state and the secret ID ensure the security of the protocol. In line with the rapid development of research on high-temperature superconductors, the establishment of a National Laboratory for Superconductivity in the Institute of Physics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) was ratified by the State Commission of Development & Planning (SCDP) in 1987. The preparations were started in 1988, and in April of 1991,the Laboratory was finally established, accepted and listed as a National Laboratory open to both domestic and foreign researchers. After the joint appraisal and acceptance by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Science & Technology, it was honored with a title of the Outstanding National Laboratory in 2000.  相似文献

For quantum state trajectory tracking of density matrix in Liouville equation of quantum systems,with the help of concept in quantum system control,one can apply unitary transformation both to controlled system and free-evolutionary target system such as to change the time-variant and non-stationary target system into a stationary state.Therefore,the quantum state trajectory tracking problem becomes a steering one.State steering control law of the system transformed is designed by means of the Lyapunov stability theorem.Finally,numerical simulation experiments are given for a five-level energy quantum system.The comparison analysis of original system’s trajectory tracking with other method illustrates the advantage in control time of the method proposed.  相似文献
